本发明公开了一种自阻燃可防虫的通信线缆料,由特定重量份的PVC树脂、热致液晶聚合物、右旋丙烯菊酯、马来酸酐接枝相容剂、滑石粉、EVA耐磨剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、抗氧化剂2246构成。本发明具有高耐热性和阻燃性,并且能够起到良好的驱虫作用,提高了通信线缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信线缆领域,具体是一种自阻燃可防虫的通信线缆料。
背景技术
通信线缆主要用于通信设备之间传输电信号或光信号,其主要由缆芯和护套构成。随着现代科学技术的发展和技术的进步,对通信线缆提出了更高的要求。通信线缆的护套材料即线缆料对通信线缆的性能有着重要影响。现有技术通信线缆需要添加阻燃剂以提高阻燃性能,但现有技术的阻燃剂会导致线缆整体的机械性能下降,并且通信线缆易受虫蚁叮咬。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自阻燃可防虫的通信线缆料,以解决现有技术通信线缆料存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种自阻燃可防虫的通信线缆料,其特征在于:其组分及各组分的重量份如下:
PVC树脂 60份—100份,
热致液晶聚合物 30份—50份,
右旋丙烯菊酯 4份—8份,
马来酸酐接枝相容剂 40份—80份,
滑石粉 12份—18份,
EVA耐磨剂 30份—50份,
铝酸酯偶联剂 2份—6份,
抗氧化剂2246 1份—5份。

抗氧化剂2246 3份。
本发明采用热致液晶聚合物,能够有效提高线缆整体耐热性,并能起到良好的阻燃作用,同时添加右旋丙烯菊酯能起到良好的驱虫作用。
本发明具有高耐热性和阻燃性,并且能够起到良好的驱虫作用,提高了通信线缆的使用寿命。

PVC树脂 60份—100份,
热致液晶聚合物 30份—50份,
右旋丙烯菊酯 4份—8份,
马来酸酐接枝相容剂 40份—80份,

EVA耐磨剂 30份—50份,
铝酸酯偶联剂 2份—6份,
抗氧化剂2246 1份—5份。
