本发明所述一种电力设备用电线电缆护套料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:聚氯乙烯40‑50%、乙烯‑三氟氯乙烯共聚物0.1‑1%、磷酸二氢铝0.1‑3%、饱和十八碳酰胺0.1‑3%、邻苯二甲酸酐0.1‑3%、聚酰亚胺40‑60%。本发明具有强度高、阻燃耐高温、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于材料科学技术领域,尤其涉及一种电力设备用电线电缆护套料。
背景技术
电缆包括电气装备用电缆、电力电缆、架空线、通讯电缆、漆包线和光织光缆。电气装备用电缆用于电气设备的连接线,包括内部连接线或者外部连接线;电力电缆用于传输电能,常用于城市地下电力的传输;架空线用于专门输入电能,常做架空铺设,使用成本低;通讯电缆用于传输入电信号,常铺设于地下或架空,漆包线用于电机绕组,将电能转化为机械能;光织光缆用于传输光信号,因为具有低衰减性能,常用于当作长途通讯的主干线。
阻燃电线电缆护套料主要分为含卤阻燃料、低卤阻燃料和无卤阻燃料,含卤阻燃料在燃烧时释放出大量浓烟及腐蚀性卤化物气体。在发生火灾时,这些浓烟及有害气体将对人体及设备造成危害。随着国际环保要求的不断提高,在大多数电缆使用场合,含卤阻燃料及低卤阻燃料将被限制或禁止使用。为达到低烟、低毒和阻燃的目的,国内外很多电缆材料生产企业都在致力于开发无卤阻燃的电缆护套料,这类材料在燃烧时发烟量少,几乎不产生有毒气体,能将火灾中因电缆燃烧时对人体及设备的危害降到最低。
在公开号为CN103265773A的专利文件中,公开了一种聚氯乙烯树脂电缆护套料及其制备方法,其组成原料为:聚氯乙烯树脂、聚氨酯乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物、白炭黑、改性蛭石粉、磷酸三苯酯、促进剂TMTM、防老剂RD、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、硬脂酸镁、苯骈三氮唑、氧化锌和甲基丙烯酸甲酯;本发明采用聚氯乙烯树脂作为主料,电缆护套的拉伸强度、断裂延伸率、老化后的断裂伸出保持率和冲击脆化温度同时具有优异的性能,而且通过对填料蛭石粉的改性处理,增强电缆护套内部的连接,可以有效防止电缆护套的断裂,延迟使用寿命;但该发明的强度不足,耐高温能力能进一步提高。

为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种电力设备用电线电缆护套料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
聚氯乙烯40-50%;
乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物0.1-1%;
磷酸二氢铝0.1-3%;
饱和十八碳酰胺0.1-3%;
邻苯二甲酸酐0.1-3%;
聚酰亚胺 40-60%。
本发明具有强度高、阻燃耐高温、使用寿命长的特点。

本发明所述一种电力设备用电线电缆护套料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:聚氯乙烯45%、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物0.5%、磷酸二氢铝0.5%、饱和十八碳酰胺1%、邻苯二甲酸酐2%、聚酰亚胺 51%。

聚氯乙烯 40-50%;
乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物 0.1-1%;
磷酸二氢铝 0.1-3%;
饱和十八碳酰胺 0.1-3%;
邻苯二甲酸酐 0.1-3%;
聚酰亚胺 40-60%。
