Abstract
本发明公开了一种农用膜,由下列重量份的原料制得:聚烯烃40‑45份、线性低密度聚乙烯共混物45‑50份及母料10‑12份,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得本发明农用膜。本发明生产工艺简便,达到良好的防紫外线效果,适应大面积推广投产使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用大棚覆盖材料,具体涉及一种农用膜。
背景技术
随着农业科技日益发展,大棚薄膜的要求越来越高,各种功能薄膜不断出现。市场上大棚的覆盖材料多为玻璃、聚氯乙烯薄膜(PVC)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)薄膜等。这些大棚薄膜存在有以下缺点。1、强度较低,为了保证一定的强度,大棚用薄膜的厚度一般都在0.1mm以上,这样不利于节约以石油为资源的树脂原料和降低生产成本; 2、LDPE薄膜和EVA薄膜的保温性较差。PVC薄膜虽然保温性较好,但废弃焚烧时会放出氯化氢气体污染环境;3、对阳光中的近紫外线(290~380mm)没有阻隔作用。实践应用表明:阳光中的近紫外线不仅会使作物的枝杆老化而且会使土壤中的各种病菌加速繁殖生长,使作物出现病果、裂果、减少作物的收获量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种强度高、保温性好、对阳光中近紫外线阻隔效果显著的农用膜。
上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种农用膜,由下列重量份的原料制得:聚烯烃40-45份、线性低密度聚乙烯共混物45-50份及母料10-12份;
所述的母料由下列重量份的原料制得:以熔融指数为5-15g/10分钟的聚烯烃树脂为载体,并加有防老剂、功能性助剂,聚烯烃树脂用量为50-95份的防老剂、功能性助剂用量为5-50份;
其中,所述的防老剂、功能性助剂为受阻胺,苯并三唑,羟基苯甲酮,三嗪类化合物及含有铝,钾,钛,硅,镁,铁,钙,镍等的无机物。
所述的农用膜的制备方法:采用上述配比取聚烯烃及线性低密度聚乙烯共混物及母料,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得本发明农用膜。
上述制备方法所制得农用膜的厚度为0.05mm薄膜比市场上使用的普通的LDPE棚膜(厚度0.1mm)减薄1/2,其保温性提高0.3℃。本发明农用膜可连续使用一年,比普通的LDPE棚膜(厚度0.1mm)延长了一倍时间。并且它对阳光中近紫外线阻隔作用达90%以上,同时可提高作物的受光面积,调节光合作用促进作物生长。薄膜的抗拉强度为260~320kg/cm2。比普通的LDPE棚膜提高1倍左右。抗撕裂强度为95—100kg/cm2,比市场上的功能性薄膜高10%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明一种农用膜作进一行说明:
实施例1
取聚烯烃40公斤、线性低密度聚乙烯共混物45公斤及母料10公斤,母料由下列重量份的原料制得:以熔融指数为5g/10分钟的聚烯烃树脂为载体,并加有防老剂为95公斤的聚烯烃树脂、受阻胺1公斤、苯并三唑2公斤、羟基苯甲酮2公斤混合,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得本发明农用大棚薄膜。
实施例2
取聚烯烃45公斤、线性低密度聚乙烯共混物50公斤及母料12公斤,母料由下列重量份的原料制得:以熔融指数为15g/10分钟的聚烯烃树脂为载体,并加有防老剂为50公斤的聚烯烃树脂、受阻胺1公斤、苯并三唑2公斤、羟基苯甲酮2公斤混合,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得本发明农用大棚薄膜。
经测试:本发明薄膜可见光透过率:85—90%,薄膜红外线透过率:5—10%,薄膜拉伸强度为260~320kg/cm2。
Claims (3)
1.一种农用膜,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制得:聚烯烃40-45份、线性低密度聚乙烯共混物45-50份及母料10-12份;
所述的母料由下列重量份的原料制得:以熔融指数为5-15g/10分钟的聚烯烃树脂为载体,并加有防老剂、功能性助剂,聚烯烃树脂用量为50-95份的防老剂、功能性助剂用量为5-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农用膜,其特征在于:所述的防老剂、功能性助剂为受阻胺,苯并三唑,羟基苯甲酮,三嗪类化合物及含有铝,钾,钛,硅,镁,铁,钙,镍等的无机物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农用膜的制备方法:其特征在于:制备方法是:采用上述配比取聚烯烃及线性低密度聚乙烯共混物及母料,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得本发明农用膜。
