Abstract
一种塑料粒,它由原料为聚乙烯100份、碳化硅5份、氧化铝5‑15份、氢氧化镁5‑20份、抗老化剂2‑4份配制而成。本发明电缆料具有难以燃烧同时可阻止燃烧的性能,阻燃等级可达V‑0级,燃烧时不易产生含卤素的有毒物质,也不易产生烟尘,可适用于高低压电力电缆使用。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种低烟电缆料。
背景技术
电力电缆在长期工作中,很容易积聚热量而发生火灾,而燃烧时产生的烟,这些烟不但产生大量的有毒物质,而且可以导致人窒息,这才是因火灾而死亡的主要因素,而现有大多数电力电缆料燃烧时都会产生大量的烟和有毒物质,而且这些多是有机聚合物,很容易燃烧,因此在火灾时助长了火势,造成更大的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低烟、无卤的电缆料。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,本发明采用技术方案如下:它由原料为聚乙烯100份、碳化硅5份、氧化铝5-15份、氢氧化镁5-20份、抗老化剂2-4份配制而成。
本发明有以下有益效果:
本发明电缆料具有难以燃烧同时可阻止燃烧的的性能,阻燃等级可达V-0级,燃烧时不易产生含卤素的有毒物质,也不易产生烟尘,可适用于高低压电力电缆使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将原料为聚乙烯100份、、碳化硅5份、氧化铝10份、氢氧化镁15份、抗老化剂3份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
实施例2
将原料为聚乙烯100份、、碳化硅5份、氧化铝20份、氢氧化镁20份、抗老化剂2份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
实施例3
将原料为聚乙烯100份、、碳化硅5份、氧化铝14份、氢氧化镁5份、抗老化剂2份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
