技术领域
本发明涉及纳米复合材料领域,具体涉及一种纳米防雾化薄膜。
背景技术
在潮湿环境中,透明的塑料薄膜会在其表面凝结一层细微水滴,使薄膜的表面模糊雾化,从而降低了进光率,进而影响薄膜内的产品品质。因此急需开发出一种薄膜,能够起到防雾化的作用,用于生活和生产中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纳米防雾化薄膜,具有防雾特性。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种纳米防雾化薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚乙烯55-70 份,抗氧剂1-3 份,玻璃纤维3-8份,石蜡3-6份,甘油1-4份,硬脂酸钡1-4份,助抗氧剂0.6-1.2 份,柠檬酸1-4 份,丙烯酰胺3-8 份,矿物纤维1-5 份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5-1.3 份,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯0.5-1份。
本发明通过以下技术方案进一步实现:
前述的一种纳米防雾化薄膜,抗氧剂为抗氧剂DNP 。
前述的一种纳米防雾化薄膜,助抗氧剂为助抗氧剂DLTP。
本发明通过上述组分可阻止在薄膜上形成雾气,可大大提高透光率,广泛的应用于生产和生活实践中。

实施例子一:一种纳米防雾化薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚乙烯55份,抗氧剂DNP 1份,玻璃纤维3份,石蜡3份,甘油1份,硬脂酸钡1份,助抗氧剂DLTP0.6份,柠檬酸1份,丙烯酰胺3份,矿物纤维1份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5份,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯0.5份。
实施例子二:一种纳米防雾化薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚乙烯70 份,抗氧剂DNP3份,玻璃纤维8份,石蜡6份,甘油4份,硬脂酸钡4份,助抗氧剂DLTP1.2 份,柠檬酸4 份,丙烯酰胺8 份,矿物纤维5 份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.3 份,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1份。
实施例子三:一种纳米防雾化薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚乙烯60 份,抗氧剂DNP2份,玻璃纤维5份,石蜡5份,甘油3份,硬脂酸钡3份,助抗氧剂DLTP0.8 份,柠檬酸2份,丙烯酰胺5 份,矿物纤维4 份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.1份,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯0.7份。
