一种新型环保陶瓷材料
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种新型环保陶瓷材料。
背景技术
长期以来陶瓷器皿深受广大人民群众所喜欢,他们具有很多优点:第一、热稳定性好,传热慢;第二、化学稳定性好;第三、易于洗涤和保持洁净;第四、吸水率低。目前,陶瓷产品的价格较高,制作陶瓷的原料也比较缺乏,需要寻找新的原料。
在我们的社会上又另外存在着一种大量增加着的还没有得到有效利用的废料—污泥,据2010年发布的“第一次全国污染源普查公报”指出:我国污水处理厂污水年实际处理量为210.31亿吨,“十一五”期间,我国新增污水处理能力超过5000万吨每日,全国污水处理率由2005年的52%提高到75%以上。目前我国每年产生的干污泥为900万吨,并且每年以10%以上的速度递增。虽然污泥是较好的农业肥料,其中氮、磷、钾含量远高于农家肥,但污泥还有寄生虫,病菌等,臭味问题尤其突出,如果用污泥肥田肥林,农民无法忍受其气味,不愿意接受。况且农业生产有季节性,污泥堆肥受到季节和销售半径的明显影响,即使没有臭味等问题农林业利用也无法全部消纳城市产出的污泥。所以到现在以上还没有给污泥找到出路,仍然处于废料的地位,在2011年3月28日得科技日报上发表了“污水处理了,污泥咋办?”的文章,呼吁社会各界来关心污泥处理的问题,摆在我们面前的问题是如何将污泥在陶瓷上得到利用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型环保陶瓷材料,以解决现有陶瓷产品价格较高,制作陶瓷的原料也比较缺乏;以及污泥如何有效利用等问题。采用本发明的新型环保陶瓷材料制成的陶瓷击穿强度好;本发明为污泥废料、农作物秸秆开辟了利用的领域,有效降低本制作陶瓷成本、节约能源消耗,实现了变废为宝。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种新型环保陶瓷材料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:干污泥42-80份、农作物秸秆32-50份、石灰石10-20份、页岩矿10-20份、高岭土10-15份、氧化镁8-12份、二氧化硅6-10份、二氧化锆6-12份、铝碎块4-6份、玻璃纤维2-3份、减水剂2-3份、发泡剂0.6-1.2份、发泡调节剂0.4-1份、催化剂0.4-0.6份、交联剂0.4-0.6份、稳泡剂0.2-0.4份、双氧水30-40份、水350-450份。上述原料中的污泥可以是生活污水处理中得到的污泥,也可以是工业污水处理中得到的污泥或者生活和工业混合污水处理中得到的污泥,污泥中含有机物和重金属,污泥需要通过预处理,即除水,除臭,除有机物和分离重金属。
所述新型环保陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将干污泥、农作物秸秆、石灰石、页岩矿、高岭土、氧化镁、二氧化硅、二氧化锆、铝碎块、玻璃纤维放入粉碎机中,在转速为400-800r/min下粉碎2-3h,制得复合粉体;
S2:将步骤S1制得的复合粉体放入球磨机中,在转速为500-600r/min下球磨处理1-2h后过200-300目筛子,制得粉末;
S3:将步骤S2制得的粉末和减水剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、催化剂、交联剂、稳泡剂、双氧水、水在温度为,转速为100-120r/min下搅拌4-5h,制得浆料;
S4:将步骤S3制得的浆料在真空度为0.85-0.95下,抽真空15-20min,制得毛坯件;
S5:将步骤S4制得的毛坯件在60-70℃下进行微波处理,处理时间为10-20min,随后在1250-1300℃下进行烧结,烧结时间为20-25h,制得新型环保陶瓷材料。

S2:将步骤S1制得的复合粉体放入球磨机中,在转速为500r/min下球磨处理2h后过200目筛子,制得粉末;
S3:将步骤S2制得的粉末和减水剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、催化剂、交联剂、稳泡剂、双氧水、水在温度为,转速为100r/min下搅拌5h,制得浆料;
S4:将步骤S3制得的浆料在真空度为0.85下,抽真空20min,制得毛坯件;
S5:将步骤S4制得的毛坯件在60℃下进行微波处理,处理时间为20min,随后在1250℃下进行烧结,烧结时间为25h,制得新型环保陶瓷材料。
实施例3
一种新型环保陶瓷材料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:干污泥80份、农作物秸秆50份、石灰石20份、页岩矿20份、高岭土15份、氧化镁12份、二氧化硅10份、二氧化锆12份、铝碎块6份、玻璃纤维3份、减水剂3份、发泡剂1.2份、发泡调节剂1份、催化剂0.6份、交联剂0.6份、稳泡剂0.4份、双氧水40份、水450份。
所述干污泥的含水量为6%。
所述农作物秸秆粉末的粒径≤300μm,水分含量≤14%,所述农作物为玉米、水稻。
所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂。
所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
所述发泡调节剂为丙烯酸酯类发泡调节剂。
所述催化剂为辛酸亚锡、三乙烯二胺·六水。
所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
所述稳泡剂为硅酮酰胺。
所述新型环保陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将干污泥、农作物秸秆、石灰石、页岩矿、高岭土、氧化镁、二氧化硅、二氧化锆、铝碎块、玻璃纤维放入粉碎机中,在转速为800r/min下粉碎2h,制得复合粉体;
S2:将步骤S1制得的复合粉体放入球磨机中,在转速为600r/min下球磨处理1h后过300目筛子,制得粉末;
S3:将步骤S2制得的粉末和减水剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、催化剂、交联剂、稳泡剂、双氧水、水在温度为,转速为120r/min下搅拌4h,制得浆料;
S4:将步骤S3制得的浆料在真空度为0.95下,抽真空15min,制得毛坯件;
S5:将步骤S4制得的毛坯件在70℃下进行微波处理,处理时间为10min,随后在1300℃下进行烧结,烧结时间为20h,制得新型环保陶瓷材料。
采用实施例1-3的新型环保陶瓷材料制作陶瓷并进行性能检测,结果如下表所示:

由上表可知,由本发明实施例1-3的新型环保陶瓷材料制成的陶瓷击穿强度为6.48-6.54KV/mm,具备良好抗冲击能力,同时其他性能也良好。

1.一种新型环保陶瓷材料,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:干污泥42-80份、农作物秸秆32-50份、石灰石10-20份、页岩矿10-20份、高岭土10-15份、氧化镁8-12份、二氧化硅6-10份、二氧化锆6-12份、铝碎块4-6份、玻璃纤维2-3份、减水剂2-3份、发泡剂0.6-1.2份、发泡调节剂0.4-1份、催化剂0.4-0.6份、交联剂0.4-0.6份、稳泡剂0.2-0.4份、双氧水30-40份、水350-450份;
所述新型环保陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将干污泥、农作物秸秆、石灰石、页岩矿、高岭土、氧化镁、二氧化硅、二氧化锆、铝碎块、玻璃纤维放入粉碎机中,在转速为400-800r/min下粉碎2-3h,制得复合粉体;
S2:将步骤S1制得的复合粉体放入球磨机中,在转速为500-600r/min下球磨处理1-2h后过200-300目筛子,制得粉末;
S3:将步骤S2制得的粉末和减水剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、催化剂、交联剂、稳泡剂、双氧水、水在温度为,转速为100-120r/min下搅拌4-5h,制得浆料;
S4:将步骤S3制得的浆料在真空度为0.85-0.95下,抽真空15-20min,制得毛坯件;
S5:将步骤S4制得的毛坯件在60-70℃下进行微波处理,处理时间为10-20min,随后在1250-1300℃下进行烧结,烧结时间为20-25h,制得新型环保陶瓷材料;
所述干污泥的含水量≤10%;所述农作物秸秆粉末的粒径≤300μm,水分含量≤14%;所述农作物包括玉米、水稻中的一种或多种;所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂;所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;所述发泡调节剂为丙烯酸酯类发泡调节剂;所述催化剂包括辛酸亚锡、六水三乙烯二胺中的一种或两种;所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;所述稳泡剂为硅酮酰胺。
