本发明公开了一种环保轻质的发泡建筑装饰材料。包括由以下重量份数的成份组成:15%‑20%的氧化镁溶液35‑40份,7‑10份橡胶粉,4份润湿分散剂,10份环氧树脂,30份氯磺化聚乙烯,5‑10份四乙酸,1‑6份溶剂,1‑5份二硫醇,60份纤维素纤维,10‑20凹凸棒土。本发明通过建筑材料容重小,可作为制造吊顶、隔断墙等的轻体材料,导热系数低,防火、不燃,可广泛用于内外墙保温建材,吸声、防震、防虫、防腐,不易老化,不怕水泡,无毒无昧无污染。通过添加的纤维素纤维增加抗冻融性及抗渗性,以及较高的韧性和强度;通过添加的凹凸棒土,使得该建筑材料绝热性好,环保性好。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保轻质的发泡建筑装饰材料。
背景技术
目前,建筑装饰发泡材料有许多,大都存在如下问题:1.容重大,无法作为轻体材料用于吊顶等部位;2.导热系数高,不保温,无法作为保温材料使用;3.易老化,水泡后松散。
纤维素纤维本身具有的特性,如天然的亲水性,卓越的握裹力,巨大的纤维比表面积,及较高的韧性和强度等,加入混凝土中后,水的浸泡和外力作用下,形成大量均匀分布的细小纤维,可有效阻止混凝土塑性收缩,干缩和温度变化而引起裂缝的发生。
本发明提供一种采用纤维素纤维作为基材来制作该发泡建筑装饰材料的结构加强层。

本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种环保轻质的发泡建筑装饰材料,包括由以下重量份数的成份组成:15%-20%的氧化镁溶液35-40份,7-10份橡胶粉,4份润湿分散剂,10份环氧树脂,30份氯磺化聚乙烯,5-10份四乙酸,1-6份溶剂,1-5份二硫醇,60份纤维素纤维,10-20凹凸棒土。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明建筑材料容重小,可作为制造吊顶、隔断墙等的轻体材料,导热系数低,防火、不燃,可广泛用于内外墙保温建材,吸声、防震、防虫、防腐,不易老化,不怕水泡,无毒无昧无污染。通过添加的纤维素纤维增加抗冻融性及抗渗性,以及较高的韧性和强度;通过添加的凹凸棒土,使得该建筑材料绝热性好,环保性好。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。
