Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于波浪能的近海航标,包括航标浮体和浮筒,航标浮体顶端设有航标灯,航标浮体内部设有发电装置,发电装置与航标灯电性连接,航标浮体底部设有锚系,航标浮体外壁上通过液压装置连接浮筒,本发明结构简单,通过波浪带动浮筒运动,将动能传递至液压装置,液压装置带动发电装置内震动机构动作,从而实现发电。

本发明涉及航标技术领域,具体为一种基于波浪能的近海航标。
背景技术
航标,是为帮助船舶安全、经济和便利航行而设置的视觉、音响和无线电助航设施,其中航标灯是为保证船舶在夜间安全航行而安装在某些航标上的一类交通灯,它在夜间发出规定的灯光颜色和闪光频率,达到规定的照射角度和能见距离。
随着航运事业的快速发展和人类水上活动范围和方式的日益增多,沿海船舶习惯航路、锚地和航道等通航水域的船舶交通流密度持续增长,通航环境日益复杂,通航压力持续增大,为了保障通航安全,为水上活动提供及时准确的安全信息,航标的建设与发展越来越受到重视。
航标所用的能源主要以电能为主,电能系统又可以分为非可再生电能源和可再生电能源两大类。随着传统能源的日益减少及环境保护的需要,各类新能源技术的开发和应用成为未来能源政策的发展方向。
中国专利号“201520489317.6”公开了一种基于波浪能的近海航标,其优点在于:采用仿生多节结构,并靠各节之间相对运动获取能量;其不足之处在于:其虽然能实现发电,但是其发电装置结构复杂,安装和维修极不方便,实用性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于波浪能的近海航标,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于波浪能的近海航标,包括航标浮体和浮筒,所述航标浮体顶端设有航标灯,所述航标浮体内部设有发电装置,所述发电装置与航标灯电性连接,所述航标浮体底部设有锚系,所述航标浮体外壁上通过液压装置连接浮筒,所述液压装置包括缸筒,所述缸筒内设有内缸,所述内缸内设有柱塞杆,所述缸筒固定连接发电装置外壁,所述柱塞杆固定连接浮筒外壁;
所述发电装置包括发电盒、充电模块和蓄电池,所述发电盒内设有中心柱、弹簧、磁化重块和线圈,所述中心柱固定在发电盒底盘的中心,所述弹簧的中心与中心柱的中部连接,所述弹簧的两端分别连接一个磁化重块,所述线圈环绕于发电盒的内壁,并与充电模块电连接,所述充电模块电性连接蓄电池。
优选的,所述缸筒和内缸侧壁均设有进油孔,所述缸筒和内缸的侧壁及底部均设有油槽,所述柱塞杆与内缸之间及缸筒与内缸之间均设有密封圈。
优选的,所述弹簧设置4-8根。
优选的,所述浮筒设置6-10个。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构简单,通过波浪带动浮筒运动,将动能传递至液压装置,液压装置带动发电装置内震动机构动作,从而实现发电。
(2)本发明采用的发电装置结构简单,轻微震动即能实现发电,而且安全性能高,便于安装维护,适合在海上恶劣的环境中使用。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种基于波浪能的近海航标,包括航标浮体1和浮筒2,航标浮体1顶端设有航标灯3,航标浮体1内部设有发电装置4,发电装置4与航标灯3电性连接,航标浮体1底部设有锚系5,航标浮体1外壁上通过液压装置连接浮筒2,浮筒2设置6-10个;发电装置4包括发电盒7、充电模块8和蓄电池9,发电盒7内设有中心柱10、弹簧11、磁化重块12和线圈13,中心柱10固定在发电盒7底盘的中心,弹簧11的中心与中心柱10的中部连接,弹簧11的两端分别连接一个磁化重块12,弹簧11设置4-8根;线圈13环绕于发电盒7的内壁,并与充电模块8电连接,充电模块8电性连接蓄电池9,本发明采用的发电装置结构简单,轻微震动即能实现发电,而且安全性能高,便于安装维护,适合在海上恶劣的环境中使用。
本实施例中,液压装置包括缸筒14,缸筒14内设有内缸15,内缸15内设有柱塞杆16,缸筒14固定连接发电装置4外壁,柱塞杆16固定连接浮筒2外壁,缸筒14和内缸15侧壁均设有进油孔17,缸筒14和内缸15的侧壁及底部均设有油槽18,柱塞杆16与内缸15之间及缸筒14与内缸15之间均设有密封圈19,本发明结构简单,通过波浪带动浮筒运动,将动能传递至液压装置,液压装置带动发电装置内震动机构动作,从而实现发电。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种基于波浪能的近海航标,包括航标浮体(1)和浮筒(2),其特征在于:所述航标浮体(1)顶端设有航标灯(3),所述航标浮体(1)内部设有发电装置(4),所述发电装置(4)与航标灯(3)电性连接,所述航标浮体(1)底部设有锚系(5),所述航标浮体(1)外壁上通过液压装置连接浮筒(2),所述液压装置包括缸筒(14),所述缸筒(14)内设有内缸(15),所述内缸(15)内设有柱塞杆(16),所述缸筒(14)固定连接发电装置(4)外壁,所述柱塞杆(16)固定连接浮筒(2)外壁;
所述发电装置(4)包括发电盒(7)、充电模块(8)和蓄电池(9),所述发电盒(7)内设有中心柱(10)、弹簧(11)、磁化重块(12)和线圈(13),所述中心柱(10)固定在发电盒(7)底盘的中心,所述弹簧(11)的中心与中心柱(10)的中部连接,所述弹簧(11)的两端分别连接一个磁化重块(12),所述线圈(13)环绕于发电盒(7)的内壁,并与充电模块(8)电连接,所述充电模块(8)电性连接蓄电池(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于波浪能的近海航标,其特征在于:所述缸筒(14)和内缸(15)侧壁均设有进油孔(17),所述缸筒(14)和内缸(15)的侧壁及底部均设有油槽(18),所述柱塞杆(16)与内缸(15)之间及缸筒(14)与内缸(15)之间均设有密封圈(19)。
