一种防止高铁脱轨设置,上弓钩(1)两端刀刃型弓背(2)刀刃型下弓钩(3)相互连接,弓形槽铁下弓钩边缘设成半椭圆刀刃状,弓形槽铁的弓背两端设成刀刃状,弓形槽铁上弓钩上设孔,火车放上轨道后,将弓形槽铁固定在火车上,下弓钧悬在铁轨外沿下,下弓钩碰不着铁轨和道钉,不影响火车高速进退行驶,只要道轨牢固,火车速度再高也不会脱轨翻车。

本发明一种防止高铁脱轨设置涉及高铁领域。
技术背景
因温州一次高铁脱轨事故,致500时速高铁建设大潮退回到时速200多公里状态,情有可原,高铁在几米空中高速行驶,一旦脱轨损失严重,要发展高铁,需创新保障高铁不脱轨安全系统。
发明目的
本发明一种防止高铁脱轨设置,它可保障火车不脱轨,从此,所有火车都可大幅提速,特别是可大胆发展时速超500公里高铁。
发明内容
本发明一种防止高铁脱轨设置是这样实现的:
将弓形槽铁下弓钩边缘设成半椭圆刀刃状,弓形槽铁的弓背两端设成刀刃状,弓形槽铁上弓钩上设孔,火车放上轨道后,将弓形槽铁固定在火车上,下弓钩悬在铁轨外沿下,下弓钩碰不着铁轨和道钉,不影响火车高速进退行驶,只要道轨牢固,火车速度再高也不会脱轨翻车。
本发明一种防止高铁脱轨装置效益:
所有火车都可大幅度提速,特别是可加快发展超高速高铁。

1.一种防止高铁脱轨设置,其特征是:弓形槽铁下弓钩边缘设成半椭圆刀刃状,弓形槽铁的弓背两端设成刀刃状,弓形槽铁上弓钩上设孔,火车放上轨道后,将弓形槽铁固定在火车上,下弓钩悬在铁轨外沿下,下弓钩碰不着铁轨和道钉,不影响火车高速进退行驶,只要道轨牢固,火车速度再高也不会脱轨翻车。
