Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the overall schematic view of the first embodiment of the present invention includes a base 1, a lifting power frame 2 installed on the base, and a lifting frame 3 installed on the lifting power frame.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the bottom of the lifting power frame 2 is a base beam 21. Upward guide rails 22 are provided from both ends of the base beam 21, respectively, and the two guide rails 22 are connected by a plurality of reinforcing beams 23 provided laterally, one of the reinforcing beams 23 serving as a cross beam 231. The guide rail 22 is a grooved rail for limiting the lifting route of the lifting frame 3. And a hydraulic cylinder 24 attached to the base beam 21, wherein the power rod 241 of the hydraulic cylinder 24 is oriented in the same direction as the guide direction of the guide rail 22. And the support rod 242 is perpendicular to the power rod 241 of the hydraulic cylinder 24, and the middle part of the support rod 242 is fixed on the power rod 241. Two driving wheels 243 are respectively disposed at two ends of the supporting rod 242, and the wheel surfaces are perpendicular to the supporting rod 242. Two belts 25, each of which is engaged with two driving wheels 243 and has one end pivotally connected to the beam 231.
Hydraulic cylinder 24 also includes a return flow control valve knob 244, a cylinder lift lever 245, a pedal 246, and a return spring 247. The pedal 246 is connected to the free end of the cylinder lifting lever 245. The return spring 247 is connected to the middle of the hydraulic cylinder lifting lever 245 and is used to automatically return the hydraulic cylinder lifting lever 245 after the hydraulic cylinder lifting lever 245 is pressed to move. After the knob 244 of the backflow control valve is loosened, the pedal 246 is stepped on by feet to drive the hydraulic cylinder lifting lever 245 to move downwards, the power rod 241 rises for a certain distance, then the pedal 246 is loosened, and the hydraulic cylinder lifting lever 245 is quickly reset under the action of the reset spring 247. The rising height of the power rod 241 can be controlled by stepping on the pedal 246. After the height is raised to a predetermined height, the return flow control valve knob 244 is tightened, and the height of the power rod 241 is fixed. By releasing the backflow control valve knob 244 and not depressing the pedal 246, the power rod 241 is slowly lowered automatically.

The lower part of the base frame 31 is provided with a transverse frame 33, two ends of the transverse frame 33 are respectively pivoted with a tire supporting leg 34 extending forwards, and the lower parts of two sides of the base frame 31 are respectively partially propped against the rear end of the tire supporting leg 34 so as to limit the maximum angle of the tire supporting leg 34 relative to the base frame 31. In other embodiments, the tire support legs 34 and the base frame 31 may be connected by hinges (not shown).
The two tire supporting legs 34 are respectively provided with a roller 35, the axial direction of the roller 35 is consistent with the extending direction of the tire supporting legs 34, the two rollers 35 are oppositely arranged, and the tire frame can conveniently roll on the upper surface. The other ends of the two transmission belts in the lifting power frame 2 are pivoted on the base frame 31. In this embodiment, the upper end of the guide rail 22 is not sealed, and the crane 3 can be loaded into or taken out from the opening at the upper end of the guide rail 22.
The assembly and operation of the present invention are described below.
First, according to fig. 2, the base 1, the elevating power frame 2, and the elevating frame 3 may be assembled, respectively, and the belt 25 may not be installed temporarily. Then, the two guide rails 22 of the lifting power frame 2 are placed between the two brackets 13 of the base, the through holes corresponding to the guide rails 22 and the brackets 13 are aligned according to the required height, and then the guide rails 22 and the brackets 13 are fixed by the bolts 14, so that the assembly of the base 1 and the lifting power frame 2 is completed.
Next, the rolling bearing 32 of the base frame 31 may be aligned with the slot of the rail 22, and then the base frame 31 may be loaded into the lifting power frame 2 from top to bottom. Finally, the two belts are mounted individually, with one end pivoted to the beam 231 and then passing over and cooperating with the drive wheel 243, and the other end pivoted to the base frame 31, completing the assembly of the entire tire changing vehicle. Of course, the installation may be performed in a different order than described above, and this is merely an example.
When the tyre is disassembled, the disassembled tyre is firstly lifted off according to the conventional procedure, the tyre screw is disassembled and the wheel rim and the wheel hub are loosened, and then the tyre disassembling and assembling vehicle is pushed to insert the two tyre supporting legs 34 into the lower part of the tyre. When the knob 244 of the return flow control valve is tightened, the pedal 246 is stepped to lift the power rod 241 of the hydraulic cylinder, the power rod 241 of the hydraulic cylinder drives the transmission wheel 243 to lift, the transmission wheel 243 pushes against the transmission belt 25 to lift the base frame 31, and under the guiding limitation of the guide rail 22 and the rolling bearing 32, the base frame 31 is lifted to drive the tire supporting leg 34 to lift the tire.
After the tire is lifted to the required height, the knob 244 of the backflow control valve is screwed down to fix the height, then the tire assembling and disassembling vehicle is pulled backwards to pull out the tire, then the tire is conveyed to the designated position, the knob 244 of the backflow control valve is loosened to enable the power rod 241 of the hydraulic cylinder to descend, and the lifting frame 3 descends along with the tire until the tire is at the lowest position. Finally, the tire is pushed out from between the tire supporting legs 34 and placed at a specified position, and the whole tire dismounting work is finished. The process of mounting the tire can be reversed with reference to the above process.
The tire dismounting vehicle can also be used as a common forklift, after the roller 35 is fixed by the limiting bolt 36 at the front part of the fixed supporting leg 34, the knob and the pedal of the oil liquid reflux control valve are operated, the lifting frame can be lifted, stopped and descended, and the purpose of lifting and descending the fork-lift goods is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5, the tire assembly and disassembly vehicle of the present invention can fold the lifting power frame 2 down and the base 1 by disconnecting the two bolts 14 on the left and right of the base and the lifting power frame 2, and can fold the tire support leg and the base frame 31 by rotating the hinge on the lower part of the lifting frame 3. Finally, the whole tire dismounting vehicle can be folded into a shape as shown in fig. 5, so that the space is greatly saved, and the tire dismounting vehicle is convenient to store and carry.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the invention, and that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
