本发明的一种复合膜下压模块。一种复合膜下压模块,它包括机台;所述机台中间设置有复合膜;所述复合膜的一侧的机台上设置有挡块;所述复合膜的两侧还设置有支架;两个支架上设置有悬臂,横跨于复合膜的正上方;所述悬臂的正中间设置有固定块,所述固定块的一端与悬臂固定;另一端伸出悬臂并固定有下压气缸;所述下压气缸的活塞杆向下穿过固定块且连接有下压联动PIN针;所述下压气缸的顶端设置有气缸速度调节阀门。本发明的一种复合膜下压模块,可阶段性自动对复合膜进行下压动作,防止复合膜中的中间膜和底膜之间分离,保证了贴膜产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及贴膜领域,特别是涉及一种复合膜下压模块。
背景技术
现有的贴膜方式,一般采用人工散片贴合,散片物料定位差异大,在贴合的过程中,物料贴合的精度较差,而且,贴膜完成后,由于其为多层结构的复合膜,且中间的膜的硬度较高,这就使得在输送过程中,在机台的末端,容易出现,底膜与中间膜分离的现象,对此,一般皆采用人员手工进行下压,容易造成膜脏污,影响贴膜产品的质量。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种复合膜下压模块,可自动对复合膜进行下压动作,有效防止底膜与中间膜分离。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种复合膜下压模块,它包括机台;所述机台中间设置有复合膜;所述复合膜的一侧的机台上设置有挡块;所述复合膜的两侧还设置有支架;两个支架上设置有悬臂,横跨于复合膜的正上方;所述悬臂的正中间设置有固定块,所述固定块的一端与悬臂固定;另一端伸出悬臂并固定有下压气缸;所述下压气缸的活塞杆向下穿过固定块且连接有下压联动PIN针。
所述下压气缸的顶端设置有气缸速度调节阀门。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种复合膜下压模块,可阶段性自动对复合膜进行下压动作,防止复合膜中的中间膜和底膜之间分离,保证了贴膜产品的质量。

实施例
如图1所示,一种复合膜下压模块,它包括机台1;所述机台1中间设置有复合膜2;所述复合膜2的一侧的机台上设置有挡块3;所述复合膜2的两侧还设置有支架4;两个支架4上设置有悬臂5,横跨于复合膜2的正上方;所述悬臂5的正中间设置有固定块6,所述固定块6的一端与悬臂5固定;另一端伸出悬臂5并固定有下压气缸7;所述下压气缸7的活塞杆向下穿过固定块6且连接有下压联动PIN针8。
所述下压气缸7的顶端设置有气缸速度调节阀门9。
本实施例的一种复合膜下压模块,在贴膜过程中,由于底膜是连续的,而中间膜上带有金属镀层,是一段一段的贴在底膜上的,材质偏硬,在输送至机台边缘时,通过本实施例的复合膜下压模块,在靠近中间膜的边缘时,通过下压气缸驱动下压联动PIN针做下压动作,使得中间膜的边缘依然保持和底膜贴合状态,有效防止中间膜和底膜的分离。
本实施例的一种复合膜下压模块,可阶段性自动对复合膜进行下压动作,防止复合膜中的中间膜和底膜之间分离,保证了贴膜产品的质量。
