Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片，包括聚酰胺层和铝箔层，聚酰胺层设置在铝箔层的上方，通过粘胶与铝箔层连接；铝箔层的下方依次设置有聚酯硬片层和复合软膜层；复合软膜层分为上聚乙烯层、乙烯醇树脂层和下聚乙烯层；聚酰胺层的上方设置有印刷层；聚酯硬片层的厚度为0.025‑0.035mm；复合软膜层的厚度为0.06‑0.085mm。本发明将复合软膜层和聚酯硬片层粘接固定，聚酯硬片层对液体农药具有较强的抗腐蚀性和阻隔性，并且复合软膜层由乙烯醇树脂层分别与上下两层热塑性较好的聚乙烯层构成，而乙烯醇树脂层是一种氧气阻隔性和耐酸、碱腐蚀性极好的高分子材料；因此本发明具有优异的耐腐蚀性，可耐酸碱。

一种耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬片，尤其涉及一种耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片。
背景技术
液体农药，如杀虫剂、除草剂等其成分比较复杂，大多含有强腐蚀性、强刺激性等物质，有些本身就具有强酸或者强碱的腐蚀性的有机化合物。我国对于这类物体的包装，之前大多采用化学结构稳定性较强的玻璃进行避光处理后灌装。随着塑料制品在包装行业的飞速发展，现在大多采用质量轻、易加工成型、坚韧的塑料作为液体农药的包装，从而代替易碎的玻璃制品。这样给产品的运输、存储和使用上都带来了极大的便捷。但是很多单一的塑料都不能承受液体农药的强腐蚀性，因此需要将耐腐蚀性的塑料相复合组成耐腐蚀性强同时又兼具优良的气密性、避光性、耐磨性、防潮效果好的包装材料。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术所存在的不足之处，本发明提供了一种耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片。
为了解决以上技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片，包括聚酰胺层和铝箔层，聚酰胺层设置在铝箔层的上方，通过粘胶与铝箔层的上表面粘结；铝箔层的下方依次设置有聚酯硬片层和复合软膜层；聚酯硬片层和上方的铝箔层、下方的复合软膜层均通过粘胶粘结；复合软膜层从上往下分为上聚乙烯层、乙烯醇树脂层和下聚乙烯层；上聚乙烯层、乙烯醇树脂层和下聚乙烯层之间均通过粘胶粘结；聚酰胺层的上方设置有印刷层；聚酯硬片层的厚度为0.025-0.035mm；复合软膜层的厚度为0.06-0.085mm。
聚酰胺层的厚度为0.025-0.03mm。
铝箔层的厚度为0.04-0.06mm。
印刷层的上方设置有防伪层。
本发明的结构设计采用了多层复合结构，将复合软膜层和聚酯硬片层粘接固定，由于聚酯硬片层的聚酯作为硬片的基材，对液体农药具有较强的抗腐蚀性和阻隔性，并且复合软膜层由乙烯醇树脂层分别与上下两层热塑性较好的聚乙烯层构成，而乙烯醇树脂层是一种氧气阻隔性和耐酸、碱腐蚀性极好的高分子材料；因此本发明的产品具有优异的耐腐蚀性，可耐酸碱；此外再加上铝箔层的优良特性，本发明的耐磨性、避光性、防潮效果也得到进一步提升，尤其适合液体农药的包装材料使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明包括聚酰胺层1和铝箔层2，聚酰胺层1设置在铝箔层2的上方，通过粘胶与铝箔层2的上表面粘结；铝箔层2的下方依次设置有聚酯硬片层3和复合软膜层；聚酯硬片层3和上方的铝箔层2、下方的复合软膜层均通过粘胶粘结；复合软膜层从上往下分为上聚乙烯层4、乙烯醇树脂层5和下聚乙烯层6；上聚乙烯层4、乙烯醇树脂层5和下聚乙烯层6之间均通过粘胶粘结；聚酰胺层1的上方设置有印刷层7；聚酯硬片层3的厚度为0.025-0.035mm；复合软膜层的厚度为0.06-0.085mm。
聚酰胺层1的厚度为0.025-0.03mm。
铝箔层2的厚度为0.04-0.06mm。
印刷层7的上方设置有防伪层8。
本发明为复合硬片，主要是聚酯硬片层和复合软膜层粘接连接，其中，聚酯硬片层的聚酯具有良好的阻隔性和耐腐蚀性，并且将复合软膜层设计为三层，上下层均为聚乙烯层，中间层为乙烯醇树脂层；由于聚乙烯具有良好的抗冲击性、耐腐蚀性和热塑性等优点，因此可以和中间的乙烯醇树脂层很好的结合；并且乙烯醇树脂层是一种氧气阻隔性和耐酸、碱腐蚀性极好的高分子材料，因此本发明由聚酯硬片层和复合软膜层提供了双重保护，具有良好的抗阻隔性和耐腐蚀性；再次，为本产品加设了铝箔层，由于铝箔优异的耐磨、防潮、避光等特性，因此采用本发明的耐磨性、避光性、防潮效果极佳，包装后的产品不会因光照、水分的影响发生化学反应，从而影响效果或者发生危险。
此外，由于产品的商标、名称易于伪造，在缺乏可对比性的情况下，60％的伪造品与100％真品难以确认；消费者容易上当受骗，本发明还加设了防伪层，这样可方便消费者辨认和有效识别产品的真假，买到真正放心的产品。

1.一种耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片，包括聚酰胺层(1)和铝箔层(2)，其特征在于：所述聚酰胺层(1)设置在铝箔层(2)的上方，通过粘胶与铝箔层(2)的上表面粘结；所述铝箔层(2)的下方依次设置有聚酯硬片层(3)和复合软膜层；所述聚酯硬片层(3)和上方的铝箔层(2)、下方的复合软膜层均通过粘胶粘结；所述复合软膜层从上往下分为上聚乙烯层(4)、乙烯醇树脂层(5)和下聚乙烯层(6)；所述上聚乙烯层(4)、乙烯醇树脂层(5)和下聚乙烯层(6)之间均通过粘胶粘结；所述聚酰胺层(1)的上方设置有印刷层(7)；所述聚酯硬片层(3)的厚度为0.025-0.035mm；所述复合软膜层的厚度为0.06-0.085mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片，其特征在于：所述聚酰胺层(1)的厚度为0.025-0.03mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片，其特征在于：所述铝箔层(2)的厚度为0.04-0.06mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸、耐碱腐蚀的硬片，其特征在于：所述印刷层(7)的上方设置有防伪层(8)。
