Abstract

本发明涉及一种改性氧化淀粉无醛胶合板的制备方法,属于板材制备技术领域。本发明首先将杨木块经过处理得到杨木纤维,再将其进行纳米化处理,得到杨木纳米纤维,接着将预糊化的玉米淀粉酸解,再与过硫酸钾反应,制得氧化淀粉与硼砂进行交联反应,再加入制备的杨木纳米纤维,得到改性氧化淀粉胶黏剂,最后将其涂覆于杨木单板上,按奇数层原则且相邻单板纤维方向互相垂直,组成板坯,将板坯热压成型,即可得到改性氧化淀粉无醛胶合板。本发明制备的改性氧化淀粉无醛胶合板中不含有游离的甲醛,也不会释放其他有害气体,且制备工艺简单,所需成本低。
