本发明涉及筛分装置，尤其是一种调节筛分装置。
背景技术
在筛分物料时，通常需要根据需求选择筛子进行筛分，在粗略筛分中，若遇到不同的需求则需要不断更换筛子，十分麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以调节筛孔大小的调节筛分装置。
本发明公开的调节筛分装置，包括第一筛板和第二筛板，所述第一筛板重叠放置于第二筛板上方，所述第一筛板与第二筛板为宽度相同的矩形结构，所述第一筛板相对于第二筛板在长度方向上滑动，所述第一筛板与第二筛板上均开设有筛孔。
优选地，所述第一筛板和第二筛板之间设置有锁定机构。
优选地，所述第一筛板和第二筛板上的筛孔排列相同。
本发明的有益效果是：该调节筛分装置可以通过转动第一筛板，通过调节第一筛板和第二筛板筛孔的对齐情况来调节所形成的筛孔的大小，从而实现统一筛分装置可调节出多种大小的筛孔。

下面对本发明进一步说明。
本发明公开的调节筛分装置，包括第一筛板1和第二筛板2，所述第一筛板1重叠放置于第二筛板2上方，所述第一筛板1与第二筛板2为宽度相同的矩形结构，所述第一筛板1相对于第二筛板2在长度方向上滑动，所述第一筛板1与第二筛板2上均开设有筛孔。
通过滑动第一筛板1就可实现筛孔大小的调节，为便于调节好后锁定筛孔大小，所述第一筛板1和第二筛板2之间设置有锁定机构3。锁定机构3可以是插销等结构。而插销等无法实现连续调节，螺钉锁紧长期使用又会使第一筛板1和第二筛板2之间间隙增大，因此作为优选方式，所述锁定机构3优选采用夹紧式锁紧机构，夹紧式锁紧机构将第一筛板1和第二筛板2夹紧从而实现锁紧。为使得调节形成的所有筛孔，大小一致，所述第一筛板1和第二筛板2上的筛孔排列相同。

1.调节筛分装置，其特征在于：包括第一筛板(1)和第二筛板(2)，所述第一筛板(1)重叠放置于第二筛板(2)上方，所述第一筛板(1)与第二筛板(2)为宽度相同的矩形结构，所述第一筛板(1)相对于第二筛板(2)在长度方向上滑动，所述第一筛板(1)与第二筛板(2)上均开设有筛孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的调节筛分装置，其特征在于：所述第一筛板(1)和第二筛板(2)之间设置有锁定机构(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的调节筛分装置，其特征在于：所述第一筛板(1)和第二筛板(2)上的筛孔排列相同。
