本发明公开了一种亲肤棉纱、制备方法及纸尿片。所述制备方法包括步骤：1）将棉纱浸入亲水剂进行亲水处理；2）在亲水处理后的棉纱上表面施加拒水剂，使其上表面形成隔水层；3）对棉纱打孔，形成多个导流通孔。上述制备方法制得的亲肤棉纱仍然具有良好的吸水导流效果，但是具有隔水层的一侧却能保持干爽。所述亲肤棉纱是棉纱材质构件，透气性能优于一般的棉布，同时其强韧度也优于现有的纱布，与肌肤接触无任何刺激，无负作用，久穿对婴儿身体有益无害，卫生性能良好，婴儿使用后也不会引皮肤过敏和其它皮肤症状，具有防疹的功效，十分利于婴儿的身体健康。

一种亲肤棉纱、制备方法及纸尿片
技术领域
本发明涉及吸收垫技术领域，特别是一种亲肤棉纱、制备方法及纸尿片。
背景技术
中国专利公告号CN 203400263 U，其公开了由棉布或纱布作为内表层的纸尿裤。但是棉布或纱布虽然能快速吸收液体，但同时也会锁柱部分液体在内表层，使得婴儿娇嫩的肌肤会持续受到刺激。
发明内容
本发明提供一种棉纱亲肤纸尿片，其改进了内表层的结构，使得纸尿裤既保持了原有的快速吸水功能，又能令婴儿肌肤感觉较为清爽。
一种亲肤棉纱的制备方法，包括步骤：
1）将棉纱浸入亲水剂进行亲水处理；
2）在亲水处理后的棉纱上表面施加拒水剂，使其上表面形成隔水层；
3）对棉纱打孔，形成多个导流通孔。
上述制备方法制得的亲肤棉纱仍然具有良好的吸水导流效果，但是具有隔水层的一侧却能保持干爽。
一种亲肤棉纱纸尿片，由内表层、吸水锁水系统、无纺布外表层、前腰贴、弹性后腰及设置于弹性后腰左、右侧的无胶腰贴组成，在吸水锁水系统的左、右边上还分别做出有防漏护档与防侧漏结构，所述内表层是上述的亲肤棉纱，其上表面具有隔水层，并且具有多个导流通孔。
本发明由于前面所述技术方案，使其具有如下有益效果：
所述亲肤棉纱是棉纱材质构件，透气性能优于一般的棉布，同时其强韧度也优于现有的纱布，与肌肤接触无任何刺激，无负作用，久穿对婴儿身体有益无害，卫生性能良好，婴儿使用后也不会引皮肤过敏和其它皮肤症状，具有防疹的功效，十分利于婴儿的身体健康。

一种亲肤棉纱的制备方法，包括步骤：
1）将棉纱浸入亲水剂进行亲水处理；
2）在亲水处理后的棉纱上表面施加拒水剂，使其上表面形成隔水层；
3）对棉纱打孔，形成多个导流通孔。
上述制备方法制得的亲肤棉纱仍然具有良好的吸水导流效果，但是具有隔水层的一侧却能保持干爽。当水分落在亲肤棉纱上时，由于隔水层的存在，水分仍然保持很高的表面张力，水珠会在隔水层上滚动直至进入导流通孔后被引导穿过亲肤棉纱。
如图1和2所示，一种亲肤棉纱纸尿片，由内表层1、吸水锁水系统2、无纺布外表层3、前腰贴4、弹性后腰5及设置于弹性后腰5左、右侧的无胶腰贴6组成，在吸水锁水系统2的左、右边上还分别做出有防漏护档7与防侧漏结构8，所述内表层1是上述的亲肤棉纱，其具有隔水层11和导流通孔12。当婴儿小便后，尿液会在隔水层11上流动，并且从导流通孔12穿过内表层1，与吸水锁水系统2接触。尿液不会积存在内表层1内，有效避免婴儿的肌肤长期受尿液刺激而引起红屁股。
以上对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明，但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例，熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换，这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种亲肤棉纱的制备方法，其特征在于包括步骤：
1）将棉纱浸入亲水剂进行亲水处理；
2）在亲水处理后的棉纱上表面施加拒水剂，使其上表面形成隔水层；
3）对棉纱打孔，形成多个导流通孔。
2.一种亲肤棉纱，其特征在于：由权利要求1所述的制备方法制得。
3.一种亲肤棉纱纸尿片，由内表层（1）、吸水锁水系统（2）、无纺布外表层（3）、前腰贴（4）、弹性后腰（5）及设置于弹性后腰（5）左、右侧的无胶腰贴（6）组成，在吸水锁水系统（2）的左、右边上还分别做出有防漏护档（7）与防侧漏结构（8），其特征在于：所述内表层（1）是权利要求2所述的亲肤棉纱。
