插入式安全阀,包括重锤式阀体(1)、排气管式阀杆(2)。其特征是:重锤式阀体(1)与排气式阀杆(2)螺纹连接,排气式阀杆(2)侧部开有长条形排汽孔。现有“被插入式”安全阀技术的最大缺点就是容易被堵塞,且被堵塞后不易及时发现,造成安全隐患,被堵塞后需将整个高压锅冷却、降压、开盖后才能处理。而本发明插入式安全阀的最大优点就是不易堵塞,在万一被堵塞时也能及时发现即时处理,不需将整个高压锅冷却、降压、开盖后才处理。

技术领域
本发明属于厨房用具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种插入式安全阀。
背景技术
使用高压锅既节能,又省时。安全阀是高压锅一个重要的安全附件,安全阀性能的优劣,对高压锅整体性能的优劣起着重要的作用。目前家庭高压锅常用的安全阀多为“被插入式”安全阀,此种“被插入式”安全阀侧面开有排气孔,底部开有与高压锅锅盖排气管相配合的孔,使用时将高压锅上的排气管“插入”安全阀即可。“被插入式”安全阀结构简单使用方便,但是容易被堵塞,被堵塞后也难发现,埋下安全隐患,堵塞处理也麻烦,需将整个高压锅冷却、降压、开盖后才能处理。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种插入式安全阀。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种插入式安全阀,包括重锤式阀体(1)、排气式阀杆(2),其特征是:重锤式阀体(1)与排气式阀杆(2)螺纹连接。
所述的插入式安全阀,其特征是:重锤式阀体(1)底部中心开有与排气式阀杆(2)配合的内螺纹。
所述的插入式安全阀,其特征是:排气式阀杆(2)上端开有与重锤式阀体(1)配合的外螺纹,侧部开有长条形排汽孔。
本发明的优点:
与现有技术相比,本发明的最大优点就是不易堵塞,在万一被堵塞时也能及时发现即时处理,不需将整个高压锅冷却、降压、开盖后才处理。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种插入式安全阀,重锤式阀体(1)底部中心开有与排气式阀杆(2)配合的内螺纹,排气式阀杆(2)上端开有与重锤式阀体(1)配合的外螺纹,侧部开有长条形排汽孔,重锤式阀体(1)与排气式阀杆(2)螺纹连接。
使用时将排气式阀杆(2)插入高压锅锅盖(3)即可。当高压锅锅内压力达到设定压力时,重锤式阀体(1)连同排气式阀杆(2)一起被顶起,蒸汽便从排气式阀杆(2)上的长条形排汽孔排出。若重锤式阀体(1)连同排气式阀杆(2)已被顶起,但蒸汽并未从排气式阀杆(2)上的长条形排汽孔排出,即可判断被堵塞,此时只需将重锤式阀体(1)连同排气式阀杆(2)一起上下抽动几下即可将堵塞疏通。与现有“被插入式”安全阀技术相比,本发明插入式安全阀的最大优点就是不易堵塞,在万一被堵塞时也能及时发现即时处理,不需将整个高压锅冷却、降压、开盖后才处理。

1.插入式安全阀,包括重锤式阀体(1)、排气式阀杆(2),其特征是:重锤式阀体(1)与排气式阀杆(2)螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述插入式安全阀,其特征是:重锤式阀体(1)底部中心开有与排气式阀杆(2)配合的内螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述插入式安全阀,其特征是:排气式阀杆(2)上端开有与重锤式阀体(1)配合的外螺纹,侧部开有长条形排汽孔。
