本发明涉及一种体育锻炼用品，特别是一种体育锻炼帽。
背景技术
目前使用的帽子只具有保暖和遮阳的功能，很少有当作体育锻炼器具使用。
发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种体育锻炼帽，它不但具有保暖和遮阳的功能，还可以当作锻炼手臂和锻炼眼睛的体育器具使用。
本发明采取的技术方案是：一种体育锻炼帽，它包括带松紧调节扣的帽子，其特征是：该帽的前帽沿为横直边，在前帽沿横直边上有一自锁铰链，与自锁铰链连接的是圆弧形塑料板，在圆弧形塑料板的圆心处有转轴，转轴的内外有曲柄，内曲柄上装有一小球，外曲柄上套有一摇把。
采用以上技术方案后，该体育锻炼帽后面的松紧调节扣可使该帽紧戴在锻炼者的头上，平时不锻炼时，帽沿前的圆弧形塑料板可水平设置或由自锁铰链向上折转设置，需要锻炼时，圆弧塑料板可以水平设置或由自锁铰链向下折转90度角下垂设置，左手或右手分别握住摇把作顺时针摇动和逆时针摇动，这样可锻炼上肢和手腕，在手摇动外曲柄摇把的同时，内曲柄上的小球也跟着顺时针或逆时针转动，这时锻炼者双眼紧盯住小球跟着运动，双眼也跟着顺时针或逆时针的圆周转动，这样可以锻炼眼肌的运动促使血液循环，提神醒目；圆弧形塑料板为水平设置时小球圆周转动时，小球会由远处转向近处再由近处转向远处不停的变化，两眼紧盯住小球可锻炼睫状肌的拉伸与收缩，会使晶状体在睫状肌的拉伸和压缩聚焦中得到了按摩变得柔软有弹性，因而能辅助治疗眼睛的近视和远视，所以该体育锻炼帽不仅具有保暖和遮阳的功能，而且它还可当作锻炼上肢和锻炼眼睛的体育器具使用。
