Abstract
本发明公开了一种模拟细胞体内环境的微流体器件及其应用,包括进液口、出液口、以及至少一微流体腔;微流体腔具有入口通道与出口通道,入口通道连通进液口,出口通道连通出液口;微流体腔内设置众多微结构元素,其中具有微斜坡结构。该微流体器件能够模拟细胞体内环境,高效、柔和,利于细胞保护、识别和释放,增强并促进细胞和抗体的亲和作用,增加细胞和抗体的接触时间和面积,可用于癌症研究,各种癌症的临床诊断的研究,以及个人诊断肿瘤靶向治疗的研究。因其切变应力小,使细胞能够承受较高的流速,可以缩短样品处理时间,提高分离效率;从而实现了快速样品处理,减少生物标记的损伤,保护了生物标记的原始性和完整性。
