本发明涉及一种高效低噪轴流叶轮,其特征在于:包括鼓型轮毂、叶片、垫板和叶柄,所述叶片为挤压成型机翼状的中空铝型材,叶片内部设有沿机翼形状长度延伸的多道加强筋,叶片内侧边经螺栓穿接垫板锁紧连接在叶柄上,多个连接叶片的叶柄均布锁紧连接在鼓型轮毂圆周边上。采用挤压中空铝型材210机翼叶片制造的叶轮重量仅为原铸铝叶轮的50~70%,翼型性能范围覆盖宽广,叶片通过叶柄二次安装角度可调,易于适应于不同工况要求的船用风机设计、生产,其倍频带声压级与原铸铝叶轮差异性更显优势。

本发明涉及一种叶轮,具体说是一种高效低噪轴流叶轮。
背景技术
随着船舶事业的发展,船舶通风设备越来越受到客户重视,传统机翼叶片制造的叶轮重量大,翼型叶片整体铸造或锻造,加工困难,成本高,且不利于叶轮效率提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种加工方便,重量轻,成本低的高效低噪轴流叶轮。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高效低噪轴流叶轮,其特征在于:包括鼓型轮毂、叶片、垫板和叶柄,所述叶片为挤压成型机翼状的中空铝型材,叶片内部设有沿机翼形状长度延伸的多道加强筋,叶片内侧边经螺栓穿接垫板锁紧连接在叶柄上,多个连接叶片的叶柄均布锁紧连接在鼓型轮毂圆周边上。
所述叶柄尾部为管柄,所述鼓型轮毂的侧边上均布多个径向的连接孔,叶柄经管柄插合连接孔并经螺母锁紧连接在鼓型轮毂上。
本发明采用挤压中空铝型材210机翼叶片制造的叶轮重量仅为原铸铝叶轮的50~70%,翼型性能范围覆盖宽广,叶片通过叶柄二次安装角度可调,易于适应于不同工况要求的船用风机设计、生产,其倍频带声压级与原铸铝叶轮差异性更显优势。

具体实施方式
图1、2所示一种高效低噪轴流叶轮,包括鼓型轮毂1、叶片5、垫板4和叶柄2,所述叶片5为挤压成型机翼状的中空铝型材,叶片内部设有沿机翼形状长度延伸的多道加强筋,叶片5内侧边经螺栓穿接垫板4锁紧连接在叶柄2上,叶柄2尾部为管柄3,圆盘的侧边上均布多个径向的连接孔6,多个连接叶片5的叶柄2经管柄3穿接连接孔6由螺母压紧叶柄连接在鼓型轮毂1上。

1.一种高效低噪轴流叶轮,其特征在于:包括鼓型轮毂、叶片、垫板和叶柄,所述叶片为挤压成型机翼状的中空铝型材,叶片内部设有沿机翼形状长度延伸的多道加强筋,叶片内侧边经螺栓穿接垫板锁紧连接在叶柄上,多个连接叶片的叶柄均布锁紧连接在鼓型轮毂圆周边上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低噪轴流叶轮,其特征是:所述叶柄尾部为管柄,所述鼓型轮毂的侧边上均布多个径向的连接孔,叶柄经管柄插合连接孔并经螺母锁紧连接在鼓型轮毂上。
