本发明涉及一种织物,尤其涉及一种防撕扯织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
随着经济的不断发展,人们对服装的要求越来越高,除了具备舒适保暖外,还要具备特定的功能。市场上的服装织物多以轻薄、舒适为主,但其对人体的保护功能不足,尤其是在做剧烈运动的时候,例如对抗性激烈的比赛、高负荷、高强度的工作中,所使用的衣物应具备一定的抗拉、防撕扯功能。目前市场上最为常见的采用牛仔布料制成的衣物,其具备了一定的耐磨效果,但牛仔布料过于厚实,透气性差、重量大,无法满足人们对织物既轻便又抗撕扯的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防撕扯织物,该织物具备了重量轻、抗拉、耐磨、防撕扯等功能,满足消费者的需求。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种隔热效果甚佳防撕扯织物,包括内里纤维层,所述内里纤维层外依次设有中间复合层、织物层、基础层和抗撕扯层,各层通过缝合固定;所述内里纤维层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用棉纤维织成,所述第一纬纱采用亚麻纤维织成;所述中间复合层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用牛仔纱线织成,所述第二纬纱采用金属丝螺旋纤维织成;所述织物层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用莫代尔纤维织成,所述第三纬纱采用棉纤维织成;所述基础层采用CoolMaX杜邦吸湿透气涤纶纤维织成;所述抗撕扯层采用杜邦CORDURA纤维织成。所述内里纤维层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种隔热编织物,主要是以适量的反光纱线编织而成,且,各该反光纱线表面并设有多数不规则的反光面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
杜邦CORDURA 纤维,具备高强度、高耐磨、高撕裂起抗切割等性能;牛仔纱线与金属丝螺旋纤维形成中间复合层,与抗撕扯层结合形成双重耐磨抗撕扯功能。
本发明用以可通过各该反光面反射阳光、降低吸热,隔热效果甚佳。
