Abstract

本发明公开了一种油墨,由颜料、有机树脂、有机溶剂、薄荷醇和功能助剂组成;所述有机树脂包括醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂、醇溶改性醛酮树脂,所述有机溶剂为浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液;所述功能助剂包括消泡剂和分散剂;上述各组份按质量份数分别为:颜料占5‑10份、醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂占5‑30份、醇溶改性醛酮树脂占10‑40份、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液占40‑60份、薄荷醇占5‑20份、消泡剂占0.5‑2份和分散剂0.5‑2占份。本发明由颜料、有机树脂、有机溶剂、薄荷醇和功能助剂组成,薄荷醇的使用使得油墨具有薄荷气味,有机溶剂选择了浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液,不存在溶剂和有毒物质的残留,起到了环保的功能。

本发明涉及油墨领域,特别是涉及一种带有薄荷味的油墨。
背景技术
随着社会的发展与进步,人们对生活质量和生活舒适度的关注越来越高,对于印刷产品的质量要求也越来越严格,不仅需要印刷品本身具有非常好的的印刷效果,而且对于印刷所用油墨,应尽可能的减少其对于周围环境和人身产生的不良危害。另外,人们在观看使用印刷品时,一些印刷品往往由于使用的油墨散发出难闻的味道,使人们觉得不舒服。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种油墨,采用环保性能的醇溶体系,保护了环境,并且散发薄荷味而不会散发难闻的味道。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供了一种油墨。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,油墨由颜料、有机树脂、有机溶剂、薄荷醇和功能助剂组成;所述有机树脂包括醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂、醇溶改性醛酮树脂,所述有机溶剂为浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液;所述功能助剂包括消泡剂和分散剂;上述各组份按质量份数分别为:颜料占5-10份、醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂占5-30份、醇溶改性醛酮树脂占10-40份、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液占40-60份、薄荷醇占5-20份、消泡剂占0.5-2份和分散剂占0.5-2份。
优选的,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油消泡剂。
优选的,所述分散剂为乙烯醋酸共聚物分散剂。
进一步的,所述颜料为无机颜料或有机颜料中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明由颜料、有机树脂、有机溶剂、薄荷醇和功能助剂组成,薄荷醇的使用使得油墨具有薄荷气味,有机溶剂选择了浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液,不存在溶剂和有毒物质的残留,起到了环保的功能。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
颜料占7份、醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂占18份、醇溶改性醛酮树脂占31份、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液占49份、薄荷醇占16份、消泡剂占1.5份和分散剂占1.5份。
上述油墨的制备方法如下:将醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂、醇溶改性醛酮树脂、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液放入容器中,进行搅拌,过滤后溶液在搅拌状态下依次加入乙烯醋酸共聚物分散剂和颜料,搅拌均匀后研磨至5μm以下,再加入乳化硅油消泡剂和薄荷醇,搅拌分散均匀后得到成品。
实施例2:
颜料占5份、醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂占30份、醇溶改性醛酮树脂占40份、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液占40份、薄荷醇占5份、消泡剂占0.5份和分散剂占2份。
上述油墨的制备方法如下:将醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂、醇溶改性醛酮树脂、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液放入容器中,进行搅拌,过滤后溶液在搅拌状态下依次加入乙烯醋酸共聚物分散剂和颜料,搅拌均匀后研磨至5μm以下,再加入乳化硅油消泡剂和薄荷醇,搅拌分散均匀后得到成品。
实施例3:
颜料占10份、醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂占5份、醇溶改性醛酮树脂占10份、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液占60份、薄荷醇占20份、消泡剂占2份和分散剂占0.5份。
上述油墨的制备方法如下:将醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂、醇溶改性醛酮树脂、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液放入容器中,进行搅拌,过滤后溶液在搅拌状态下依次加入乙烯醋酸共聚物分散剂和颜料,搅拌均匀后研磨至5μm以下,再加入乳化硅油消泡剂和薄荷醇,搅拌分散均匀后得到成品。

1.一种油墨,其特征在于,由颜料、有机树脂、有机溶剂、薄荷醇和功能助剂组成;所述有机树脂包括醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂、醇溶改性醛酮树脂,所述有机溶剂为浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液;所述功能助剂包括消泡剂和分散剂;上述各组份按质量份数分别为:颜料占5-10份、醇溶改性丙烯酸树脂占5-30份、醇溶改性醛酮树脂占10-40份、浓度为95%以上的乙醇溶液占40-60份、薄荷醇占5-20份、消泡剂占0.5-2份和分散剂0.5-2占份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油墨,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油消泡剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油墨,其特征在于,所述分散剂为乙烯醋酸共聚物分散剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油墨,其特征在于,所述颜料为无机颜料或有机颜料中的一种或多种。
