Description
技术领域
本发明属于畜禽用复方药物技术领域,尤其涉及一种含甘草和诺氟沙星的畜禽用复方药物,用于治疗畜禽由大肠埃希氏菌感染引起的疾病。
背景技术
甘草为豆科甘草属多年生草本,甘草的根及根茎,具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和药性、提高动物体免疫力等诸多功效。目前,甘草的根及根茎常作为中草药饲料添加剂,药源丰富,在动物体内无毒副作用,几乎无残留,又不产生耐药性,集营养保健、预防疾病、调味增香、促进畜禽生产和改善畜禽肉质于一体。甘草根及根茎在畜禽饲料添加剂中不仅具有开胃进食、强化消化、改善风味、促生长育肥的功能,且具有预防和治疗多种畜禽疾病的功能,研究表明,在畜禽饲料添加剂中添加甘草可促进畜禽生长,长期食用可使畜禽皮毛光亮,牲畜长膘快,家禽产蛋多。甘草在预防和治疗鸡常见病的中药饲料添加剂中应用时,具有预防治疗效果好、无任何毒副作用、原料易得、价格低廉的优势。此外,甘草根及根茎还可用于仔猪痢特灵中毒、家畜误食毒草中毒、猪霉玉米中毒等动物中毒的解救,救治效果较好。甘草根及根茎作为兽用药可用于多种畜禽疾病的治疗和预防,并取得了非常好的治疗和预防效果。
畜禽受大肠埃希氏菌感染后,可致急性败血症、腹膜炎、肝炎、肺炎、肠炎等多部位严重感染,给畜禽养殖造成巨大的经济损失。诺氟沙星、氟苯尼考等是防治此类疾病的常用西药,随着用药愈来愈泛滥,其耐药菌株愈来愈多,用药成本也越来越大,但是治疗效果及耐药情况并没有得到好转,反而每况日下。
经检索,没有查询到将甘草和诺氟沙星联合用于治疗畜禽由大肠埃希氏菌感染引起的疾病的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种含甘草和诺氟沙星的畜禽用复方药物,其协同作用明显,能够消除大肠埃希氏菌对诺氟沙星的耐药性,提高治疗效果。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种含甘草和诺氟沙星的畜禽用复方药物,由诺氟沙星和甘草组成,诺氟沙星和甘草的重量比为1:5-1:10。
本发明还要求保护由上述畜禽用复方药物所制备成的复方制剂。
本发明具备的有益效果是:经试验研究证明,诺氟沙星与甘草以特定的重量比例联合使用,具有协同作用明显,疗效快,成本低等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案及有益效果做进一步说明,除特殊声明外,本发明所述的甘草重量均为甘草的干重。
一、甘草对诺氟沙星的耐药消除作用的测定
1.测定方法
按照重量比为1:1、1:3、1:5、1:10、1:30、1:50分别配制甘草与各种西药的混合药液;选取对西药耐药的菌株作为试验对象,利用平板稀释法进行传代培养,测定各处理药液对耐药菌株的MIC变化情况;同时设不加甘草的西药为阳对照,设不加甘草及西药作为阴对照。
上述处理分别连续培养4代。
2.试验结果
连续培养4代后,阴对照的处理平板是长菌的,其他各药剂及混合药液对于大肠埃希氏菌的MIC的结果统计如表1所示:
由上表可知,当诺氟沙星与甘草的重量比为1:5和1:10时,诺氟沙星对耐药大肠埃希氏菌的最小抑菌浓度均减小32倍以上,可见,耐药大肠埃希氏菌对诺氟沙星的耐药性明显降低。
而当诺氟沙星与甘草的重量比为1:1、1:3、1:30和1:50时,诺氟沙星对耐药大肠埃希氏菌的最小抑菌浓度与不加甘草的阳对照相比,没有明显变化。
二、诺氟沙星与甘草联合使用的体外实验
将诺氟沙星和甘草(粉)按照重量比为1:5混合,制成散剂,作为试验组;另设诺氟沙星单剂及甘草单剂作为对照组1和对照组2。
试验对象为确诊感染了鸡大肠埃希氏菌疾病的鸡群。
将发病鸡群分成3组给药。试验组按照1g/kg饲料的添加量给药,对照组1用诺氟沙星单剂按照0.2g/kg饲料的添加量给药,对照组2用甘草单剂按照1g/kg饲料的添加量给药;各组均持续用药5天。
试验结果:试验组的病鸡采食量有所增加,无死亡,使用5天后鸡群即可痊愈;对照组1的鸡群大多数仍呈病态,有6%的病鸡死亡;对照组2的鸡群大多数也是仍呈病态,有18%的病鸡死亡。

1.一种含甘草和诺氟沙星的畜禽用复方药物,其特征在于,由诺氟沙星和甘草组成,诺氟沙星和甘草的重量比为1:5-1:10。
2.由权利要求1所述的畜禽用复方药物所制备成的复方制剂。
