Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
in order to implement the interworking between the conventional voice mailbox system and the converged communication system, this embodiment provides a method for implementing the interworking between the voice mailbox system and the converged communication system, as shown in fig. 1, which includes the following steps:
step 101: the converged communication system corresponding to the first calling user generates a first voice file and sends the first voice file to the converged communication system corresponding to the first called user.
Specifically, in this step, when it is found that the first called subscriber opens the voice mailbox, the first voice file is generated and sent to the converged communication system corresponding to the first called subscriber. The method shown in fig. 1 is a process of sending RCS to VMS, so before sending voice, it is also necessary to query whether the called user opens a voice mailbox, so that voice sending is meaningful, and if the called user does not open a voice mailbox, it is impossible to listen to a voice message.
For example, when a calling subscriber uses a service of 'send to voice mailbox' under an RCS user interface, the sending capability detection option queries whether the called subscriber registers and activates a VMS function, if the VMS function is activated, a converged communication system corresponding to the calling subscriber quantizes voice sampling to generate a voice file, and sends a file transmission session according to a called route.
In this embodiment, the converged communication system corresponding to the first calling subscriber is a converged communication system where the first calling subscriber is located, and similarly, the converged communication system corresponding to the first called subscriber may be a converged communication system where the first called subscriber is located.
Step 102: and the converged communication system corresponding to the first called user receives the first voice file.
Specifically, in this step, the first voice file may be received only when it is found that the first called user is registered on the converged communication system corresponding to the first called user. The called user registers in the converged communication system, namely, the voice mailbox system is associated with the converged communication system, so that when the converged communication system receives the voice file, the attribute information of the voice file can be sent to the corresponding voice mailbox system for the user to inquire and listen.
For example, after receiving a file transfer session message of a converged communication system party corresponding to a first caller, the converged communication system corresponding to a first called user searches for local registration information, and if the user is registered, the converged communication system corresponding to the first caller establishes a file transfer session and receives a file by using an MSRP protocol.
Step 103: and the converged communication system corresponding to the first called user stores the first voice file to a network and sends the file attribute information of the first voice file to a voice mailbox system corresponding to the first called user.
After the converged communication system corresponding to the first called User successfully receives the file, the voice file may be copied to a path of a voice mailbox network disk, and then file attribute information such as a file name, a storage path, a size, and the like of the voice file is sent to the voice mailbox system corresponding to the first called User.
Step 104: and the voice mailbox system corresponding to the first called user acquires the first voice file from the network according to the file attribute information and plays the first voice file to the terminal of the first called user.
After the terminal of the first called user is on line, the voice mailbox system informs the first called user that there is a voice message, and then reads the voice file from the network disk according to an instruction fed back by the terminal of the first called user, such as a viewing instruction or a playing instruction, and plays the voice file to the first called user, and after a deleting instruction fed back by the user terminal, the voice mailbox system deletes the corresponding voice file in the network.
As shown in fig. 2, a schematic diagram for implementing interworking between a voice mailbox system and a converged communication system provided in this embodiment includes: the system comprises a converged communication system at the location of a calling party, a converged communication system at the location of a called party, a voice mailbox system corresponding to the called party, a calling terminal, a called terminal and a network disk;
the communication system can realize that a voice mailbox user listens the voice messages from the converged communication user, and the specific process is as follows:
the method comprises the steps that a calling terminal sends voice information to a converged communication system at the place where a calling party is located, a plug-in box of the converged communication system generates a voice file according to a voice mailbox after a called party opens a voice mailbox function, and the voice file is sent to the converged communication system at the place where the called party is located through an SIP or MSRP protocol;
if the converged communication system at the location of the called party finds the registration information of the called party, the converged communication system receives the voice file, stores the voice file in a network disk, and then sends the file attribute information of the voice file to a voice mailbox system corresponding to the called party by adopting an internal message format;
after the called terminal is on line, the converged communication system at the location of the called terminal informs the called terminal that a new message is left, receives a viewing instruction sent by the called terminal, reads a voice file from a network disk according to the file attribute information and plays the voice file to the called terminal.
By applying the method of the embodiment, the voice mailbox user can listen to the voice messages from the converged communication user, so that the traditional voice mailbox system and the converged communication user are communicated to a certain extent, and the user experience is improved.
In order to enable the converged communication subscriber to receive the voice message from the voice mailbox subscriber, as shown in fig. 3, the method of this embodiment may further include the following steps:
step 201: and the voice mailbox system corresponding to the second calling party generates a second voice file, stores the second voice file to the network, and sends the file attribute information of the second voice file to the converged communication system corresponding to the second calling party.
In this embodiment, when it is found that the second called subscriber is the converged communication subscriber, the voice mailbox system corresponding to the second calling subscriber generates the second voice file. The process shown in fig. 2 is a process in which the VMS sends a voice file to the RCS, and therefore, it is necessary to query whether the called subscriber is an RCS subscriber at the initial stage of sending the voice file, so that it is meaningful to send the voice file.
In this embodiment, the converged communication system corresponding to the second calling party may be a converged communication system where the second calling party is located.
Specifically, in this step, if the voice mailbox system of the calling subscriber finds that the called subscriber opens the converged communication subscriber and focuses on the voice mailbox, that is, the called subscriber already supports RCS capability and routing registration in VMS registration; the voice file generated by the voice mailbox system sends attribute information such as a VMS network disk path, a file name, a size and the like to a converged communication system at the location of the calling party in a UDP (user Datagram protocol) mode by adopting an internal protocol interface, and specifically, the attribute information can be sent to a converged communication gateway in the converged communication system.
Step 202: and the converged communication system corresponding to the calling user sends the file attribute information of the second voice file to the converged communication system corresponding to the second called user.
In this embodiment, the converged communication system corresponding to the second called subscriber is a converged communication system at the location of the second called subscriber.
Specifically, after receiving the file attribute message, the converged communication gateway at the location of the calling subscriber sends the attribute message to a converged communication system at the location of the called subscriber, for example, to a converged communication gateway in the converged communication system at the location of the called subscriber.
Step 203: and the converged communication system corresponding to the second called user acquires the second voice file from the network according to the file attribute information and plays the second voice file to the terminal of the second called user.
The step may specifically include:
after the terminal of a second called user is on line, the fusion system corresponding to the second called user sends the message of the second voice file to inform the terminal of the second called user;
receiving a viewing instruction sent by the terminal of the second called user;
after receiving the viewing instruction, the converged communication system corresponding to the second called user acquires the second voice file from the network according to the file attribute information, and plays the second voice file to the terminal of the second called user.
For example, after the called user is online, the user receives the message notification of the file, and when the user selects to "view" the playing voice under the converged communication interface, the called user terminal sends a viewing instruction to the converged communication system at the location of the called user, and the converged communication system reads the voice file from the network disk according to the stored file attribute information and plays the voice file to the called user after receiving the instruction.
In addition, the called user can also delete the source file after the user receives the source file which sets the VMS network disk path and clicks the user interface, at this time, the fused communication system at the called location receives the deletion instruction sent by the called terminal, and then deletes the source file under the VMS network path.
Of course, the called user may also perform other operations, such as updating, on the user interface of the converged communication.
Preferentially, the converged communication system corresponding to the first calling subscriber and the converged communication system corresponding to the second called subscriber in this embodiment may be the same converged communication system, that is, the location of the first calling subscriber is the same as that of the second called subscriber; the converged communication system corresponding to the first called subscriber and the converged communication system corresponding to the second calling subscriber may be the same converged communication system, that is, the location of the first called subscriber is the same as that of the second calling subscriber.
As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment further provides another schematic diagram for implementing interworking between a voice mailbox system and a converged communication system, where the schematic diagram includes: the system comprises a converged communication system at the location of a calling party, a converged communication system at the location of a called party, a voice mailbox system corresponding to the called party, a calling terminal, a called terminal and a network disk;
the specific implementation process may include:
the calling terminal sends voice information to a voice mailbox system of the calling terminal, if the voice mailbox system finds that a called party is registered in the voice mailbox system and supports converged communication capacity, the voice mailbox system generates a voice file according to the voice information, stores the voice file to a network disk, and sends file attribute information of the voice file to a converged communication system where a host is located by adopting an internal message format;
the converged communication system at the location of the host computer sends the file attribute information to the converged communication system at the location of the called user through an SIP protocol, the converged communication system at the location of the called user caches the file attribute information, after the called user is on line, a new message is left through the called user, the voice file is selectively played or deleted according to the operation of the called user on the terminal, and when the voice file is selectively played, the converged communication system at the location of the called user reads the voice file from a network disk and plays the voice file according to the file attribute information.
The method can realize that the converged communication user receives the message from the voice mailbox user on the basis of realizing that the voice mailbox user receives the message of the converged communication user, realizes the complete intercommunication between the voice mailbox system and the converged communication system and improves the user experience.
The process of user registration in this embodiment may include:
and the user of the language mailbox VMS signs a contract and joins the RCS network at the converged communication place. If the user is a mobile phone number and the user is not registered, or the user is a fixed phone number, the user registers by taking sip: + xxxx @ vms. If the user is a mobile phone number and the RCS service is opened, only the RCS gateway originally registered by the user is needed to mark the user to open the VMS intercommunication function.
The user of the RCS uses the mobile phone number as the user identification, if the voice mailbox service is opened, the user can select and pay close attention to the language mailbox function in the 'setting' of the RCS, at this time, the user registers to the language mailbox VMS system, and the route registers the route. If the language mailbox receives the language and the like, a message is sent to the converged communication, and the RCS user can check and delete the language message files and the like under the voice mailbox of the converged communication user interface.
