本发明公开了一种风冷散热装置,包括微型制冷装置和散热板,所述散热板内侧中上部固定安装有横杆,所述横杆中部与风扇固定连接,所述风扇下方设有冷气罩所述冷气罩内部设有微型制冷机,所述散热板顶端设有格栅,所述散热板底端设有滤网所述滤网下方设有温度传感器,所述散热板内部设置有散热管,所述散热板一侧的顶部设有散热管入口,所述散热管入口同侧的散热板底部设有散热管出口,所述散热板固定安装于底座上,所述风扇、微型制冷机和温度传感器均电性连接于控制器。本使用新型可以实现在高温条件下的有效散热,热交换效率高,适合推广使用。

一种风冷散热装置
技术领域
本发明属于散热装置技术领域,具体涉及一种风冷散热装置。
背景技术
有些设备工作时会产生大量的热量,而这些多余的热量不能有快速散去并聚积起来产生高温,很可能会毁坏正在工作的设备,这时散热器便能有效地解决这个问题。按照散热器材质划分主要的散热器有钢制散热器,铸铝散热器,铜铝复合散热器和铸铁散热器,按照形式是划分有钢制板型散热器、钢制柱式散热器、卫浴散热器、铜铝复合散热器和铸铁散热器。空调散热器的作用就是将压缩机压缩后的高温高压的气体,经过冷凝器散热变成高压液体,如果冷凝器散热不好,气体不能完全冷凝变成液体,而气体体积不断膨胀,压力不断升高,压缩机负荷加重,一直达到压缩机过流保护停机为止。现有空调散热器多为散热鳍片结构的平板型散热和风扇辅助散热,散热鳍片之间存在的缝隙将导致和散热管的热交换效率降低,风扇也不能随室外温度高低而改变转速,所以室外温度较高时,散热效果会减弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种风冷散热装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种风冷散热装置,包括微型制冷装置和散热板,所述散热板内侧中上部固定安装有横杆,所述横杆中部与风扇固定连接,所述风扇下方设有冷气罩,所述冷气罩内部设有微型制冷机,所述散热板顶端设有格栅,所述散热板底端设有滤网,所述滤网下方设有温度传感器,所述散热板内部设置有散热管,所述散热板一侧的顶部设有散热管入口,所述散热管入口同侧的散热板底部设有散热管出口,所述散热板固定安装于底座上,所述风扇、微型制冷机和温度传感器均电性连接于控制器。
优先的,所述散热板为圆柱形,且散热管呈螺旋状。
优先的,所述冷气罩表面均匀分布有气孔。
优先的,所述散热板外表面布满散热片,且散热片为Y形结构。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该风冷散热装置,螺旋状设置的散热管可以更好的将热量分散到散热板上,Y形散热片可以更大面积的和空气接触,通过散热板以及散热板外表面的Y形散片将热量传递到空气中,当室外温度较高达到温度传感器所设定的温度,散热效果会降低,此时控制器激活微型制冷机,产生的冷气通过冷气罩表面的气孔释放出,降低散热板内侧的温度,同时辅以风扇加快空气流动,实现快速有效散热。本使用新型可以实现在高温条件下的有效散热,热交换效率高,适合推广使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-3所示的一种风冷散热装置,包括微型制冷装置13和散热板7,所述散热板7内侧中上部固定安装有横杆5,所述横杆5中部与风扇1固定连接,所述风扇1下方设有冷气罩2,所述冷气罩2内部设有微型制冷机13,所述散热板7顶端设有格栅3,所述散热板7底端设有滤网6,所述滤网下方设有温度传感器4,所述散热板7内部设置有散热管8,所述散热板7一侧的顶部设有散热管入口9,所述散热管入口9同侧的散热板7底部设有散热管出口10,所述散热板7固定安装于底座12上,所述风扇1、微型制冷机13和温度传感器4均电性连接于控制器14,所述散热板7为圆柱形,且散热管8呈螺旋状,所述冷气罩2变面均匀分布有气孔,所述散热板7外表面布满散热片11,且散热片11为Y形结构。
具体的,使用时,将高温气体接入到散热管入口9,高温气体进入散热板7内部的散热管8中,通过热交换,散热管8将热量传递给散热板7上,散热板7以及散热板7外表面的Y形散热片则将热量传递到空气中,当室外温度较高达到温度传感器4所设定的温度,散热效果会降低,此时控制器14激活微型制冷机13,产生的冷气通过冷气罩2表面的气孔释放出,降低散热板7内侧的温度,同时辅以风扇1加快空气流动,实现快速有效散热。

1.一种风冷散热装置,包括微型制冷装置(13)和散热板(7),其特征在于:所述散热板(7)内侧中上部固定安装有横杆(5),所述横杆(5)中部与风扇(1)固定连接,所述风扇(1)下方设有冷气罩(2),所述冷气罩(2)内部设有微型制冷机(13),所述散热板(7)顶端设有格栅(3),所述散热板(7)底端设有滤网(6),所述滤网下方设有温度传感器(4),所述散热板(7)内部设置有散热管(8),所述散热板(7)一侧的顶部设有散热管入口(9),所述散热管入口(9)同侧的散热板(7)底部设有散热管出口(10),所述散热板(7)固定安装于底座(12)上,所述风扇(1)、微型制冷机(13)和温度传感器(4)均电性连接于控制器(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风冷散热装置,其特征在于:所述散热板(7)为圆柱形,且散热管(8)呈螺旋状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风冷散热装置,其特征在于:所述冷气罩(2)表面均匀分布有气孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种风冷散热装置,其特征在于:所述散热板(7)外表面均匀分布有散热片(11),且散热片(11)为Y形结构。
