本发明关于一种磁性水龙头,将带有磁性水龙头钥匙塞进磁性水龙头顶部的孔内,水龙头就会自然打开,本发明具有良好的优越性能,可广泛用于无人看所用水的场所。

本发明涉及一种水龙头,尤其是关于一种磁性水龙头。
背景技术
水龙头是日常生活中应用最为广泛的一种控水设备,但是在如在公共场所或是出租的场所,由于人员复杂,用传统的水龙头装在公共场所,容易出现使用后忘记关闭的现象或大量用水的现象,所以有很多地方装有内六角形钥匙的水龙头固定,而此龙头时间长了会出现卡死的现象最后无法控制。
发明内容:
针对现有钥匙水龙头的缺点,本发明提供一种磁性水龙头,将带有磁性水龙头钥匙塞进磁性水龙头顶部的孔内,水龙头就会自然打开,本发明具有良好的优越性能,可广泛用于无人看所用水的场所。
本发明是这样实现的:一种磁性水龙头,包括有:磁性水龙头、磁性钥匙组成,其特征在于:水龙头包括一体成型的总进水口与总出水口,进水口表面与出水口表面由弹性橡胶隔开,弹性橡胶由一压盖压住,压盖再由阀体盖压住并密封,一磁性活塞可在压盖与阀体盖中心密封腔内垂直运动,所述弹性橡胶上装有一塑料压片,塑料压片中心位置及边缘位置均设有一小孔,所述磁性活塞一端装有密封橡胶,磁性活塞的另一端装有磁体,所述压盖是一只中间留有可让磁性活塞穿过的孔并可压住弹性橡胶的盖子,所述磁性钥匙一端装有磁体,磁体的极性与磁性活塞一端磁体的极性相吸。
本发明的优点无机械联动,不会存在机械卡死现象,弹性橡胶与关水口接触关水,性能可靠经久耐用,整个结构简单,方便实用,操作灵活,具有很高的应用价值和推广价值。

参见附图1,2:整个水龙头相当一个一次浇铸的阀体1,它分为总进水口11与总出水口12两个水腔,两个腔的平面保持平整无毛刺,弹性橡胶10装有塑料片9后紧贴在两个平面上,弹性橡胶10四周由压盖6压住,压盖6再由阀体压盖2压住并密封,阀体压盖2及压盖6压住弹性橡胶10后中间留有一活塞腔位置可以让磁性活塞3在此作垂直运动,磁性活塞3一端装有磁体A4、另一端装有密封橡胶5,阀体压盖2顶部留有一可插入磁性钥匙13的孔,此孔与阀腔内不连通,磁性钥匙13的顶端装有磁体B14;进水口接入自来水后,这时不插入磁性钥匙13,由于磁性活塞3自身的重量压住塑料片9上面中心孔8,自来水由总进水口进入进水口腔11,自来水本身压力的作用水再由塑料片9边缘孔7进入阀腔61,自来水压力由边缘小孔7进入阀腔61后对塑料片9及弹性橡胶10产生压强,弹性橡胶10就紧紧地封住出水口腔12的表面,这时水就被关在进水口腔11内;当磁性钥匙13放入水龙头顶部阀体盖2的孔内(如图2),钥匙表面的磁体B14与磁性活塞3表面的磁体A4是相吸的,磁性活塞3就会被磁性钥匙13吸到活塞腔的顶部,阀腔61内的压力随之减小压强也减小,进水口腔11内压力就顶开弹性橡胶,水就从进水口腔11流入出水口腔12。

1.一种磁性水龙头,包括有:磁性水龙头、磁性钥匙组成,其特征在于:水龙头包括一体成型的总进水口与总出水口,进水口表面与出水口表面由弹性橡胶隔开,弹性橡胶由一压盖压住,压盖再由阀体盖压住并密封,一磁性活塞可在压盖与阀体盖中心密封腔内垂直运动,所述弹性橡胶上装有一塑料压片,塑料压片中心位置及边缘位置均设有一小孔,所述磁性活塞一端装有密封橡胶,磁性活塞的另一端装有磁体,所述压盖是一只中间留有可让磁性活塞穿过的孔并可压住弹性橡胶的盖子,所述磁性钥匙一端装有磁体,磁体的极性与磁性活塞一端磁体的极性相吸。
