Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸及其制造方法,其中的复合纸包括基层载体,基层载体上涂覆有浆料复合涂层,基层载体和浆料复合涂层构成复合纸内层,复合纸内层外面包覆有由天然纤维或合成纤维构成的纤维外层;所述基层载体采用玻璃纤维材质;所述浆料复合涂层为含分子筛的水性PU浆料。本发明设计通过对复合纸结构和加工工艺上的改进来满足瓦楞一次成型,能有效解决复合纸的加工难题,在保证复合纸加工质量的同时有效降低企业的生产成本。

Description

一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业废气吸附的复合纸,具体为一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸及其制造方法。
背景技术
VOCs为工业有机废气中含有的大量低浓度的苯、甲苯、二甲苯等挥发性有机化合物,治理VOCs污染是大气污染治理的重要组成部分。
在现阶段,VOCs工业废气的吸附技术目前已经比较成熟,其吸附技术主要是集中在活性炭吸附,但活性炭吸附过程中存在燃烧失火风险。
为此,近年来应用分子筛吸附技术随之逐渐兴起。分子筛吸附技术主要用到一种吸附复合纸,该复合纸主要由基材载体和其上的吸附涂层构成,这种复合纸在加工中存在很大困难,如果对该吸附纸直接进行成型加工,很容易导致吸附涂层与瓦楞成型设备瓦楞辊粘连问题。为克服该问题,一般采用特氟龙涂层,但特氟龙涂层加工时存在涂层脱落现象,涂层受挤压后附着力技术不过关等问题。为此,在国内分子筛转轮制造存在很多工艺上和技术上的难点,尤其是瓦楞成型工艺是技术的瓶颈,这导致国内分子筛转轮几乎全部从国外如日本进口,90%以上的市场被国外公司垄断,其结果导致国内企业的生产成本大增,迫切需要打破该技术上的垄断。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明设计了一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸制造方法,其通过对复合纸结构和加工工艺上的改进来满足瓦楞一次成型,能有效解决复合纸的加工难题,在保证复合纸加工质量的同时有效降低企业的生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:包括基层载体,基层载体上涂覆有浆料复合涂层,基层载体和浆料复合涂层构成复合纸内层,复合纸内层外面包覆有由天然纤维或合成纤维构成的纤维外层;所述基层载体采用玻璃纤维材质;所述浆料复合涂层为含分子筛的水性PU浆料。
进一步的,所述复合纸通过以下制造方法获得:
a、用玻璃纤维制作基材载体;
b、在基材载体上涂敷含分子筛的水性PU浆料,并在120℃环境下烘干成型形成复合纸内层;
c、将复合纸内层放入含有天然或者合成纤维抄纸纸浆中,在其表面形成薄层纤维,然后将其在120℃环境下烘干成型即可获得内层玻璃纤维和浆料复合涂层,外层薄层天然纤维或合成纤维的复合纸。
进一步的,上述纤维外层的厚度为10-20μm。
进一步的,上述玻璃纤维的规格为10-30克/平米。
进一步的,上述含分子筛的水性PU浆料中各成分的质量比为:碳酸钙2.5,分子筛20,50%固含水性PU2.5,水75。
进一步的,上述分子筛与碳酸钙粒度D50为1-10μm,浆料的pH值为5-6,浆料粘度为800-1500mPa.s。
进一步的,上述浆料复合涂层的负载量在50-70克/平米。
进一步的,上述纤维外层的纤维直径1-30 μm,长度200-5000 μm。进一步的,上述复合纸的总克重在70-110克/平米。
本发明设计的复合纸,其在基层载体和浆料复合涂层构成的复合纸内层外面包覆有薄层的纤维外层,该结构设置能从根本上消除浆料复合涂层(含PU等有机增韧剂)与分子筛转轮上瓦楞的粘连,满足瓦楞压制一次成型,有利于瓦楞连续稳定生产。而构成纤维外层的天然纤维或合成纤维较软,不会明显增加复合纸的硬度,有利于瓦楞压制时瓦楞成型。同时纤维外层的厚度仅有10-20μm,有利于瓦楞辊加工时的吸风,使得复合纸更加贴辊,有利于后续施胶操作。
在此,以上本发明设计的复合纸纤维外层主要为简化复合纸的加工而设计,而为了保证复合纸的吸附效果,瓦楞成型后需将复合纸放到400℃以上的高温环境中将纤维外层烧结去除,使得分子筛发挥VOCS吸附性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,包括一基层载体1,基层载体1采用玻璃纤维材质,且采用的玻璃纤维规格为10-30克/平米。
所述基层载体1上涂覆有浆料复合涂层2。该浆料涂层2为含水性PU浆料,浆料中各成分的质量比为:碳酸钙2.5,分子筛20,50%固含水性PU2.5,水75,其中的分子筛与碳酸钙粒度D50为1-10μm,浆料的pH值为5-6,浆料粘度为800-1500mPa.s,最终获得的浆料涂层2的负载量在50-70克/平米。
所述基层载体1和浆料涂层2构成复合纸内层,复合纸内层外面包覆有由天然纤维或合成纤维构成的纤维外层3。所述纤维外层3的厚度在10-20μm,用于构成纤维外层3的纤维直径为1-30 μm,长度200-5000 μm。
以上所述结构的复合纸通过以下工艺加工步骤获得:
a、用玻璃纤维纸制作基材载体1;
b、在基材载体1上涂敷含分子筛的水性PU浆料,并在120℃环境下烘干成型形成复合纸内层;
c、将复合纸内层放入含有天然或者合成纤维抄纸纸浆中,在其表面形成薄层纤维,然后将其在120℃环境下烘干成型即可获得内层玻璃纤维和浆料涂层,外层薄层天然纤维或合成纤维的复合纸,获得的复合纸总克重在70-110克/平米。
本发明设计的复合纸,其在基层载体1和浆料涂层2构成的复合纸内层外面包覆有薄层的纤维外层3,该结构设置能从根本上消除浆料涂层2(含PU等有机增韧剂)与分子筛转轮上瓦楞的粘连,满足瓦楞压制一次成型,有利于瓦楞连续稳定生产。而构成纤维外层3的天然纤维或合成纤维较软,不会明显增加复合纸的硬度,有利于瓦楞压制时瓦楞成型。同时纤维外层3的厚度仅有10-20μm,有利于瓦楞辊加工时的吸风,使得复合纸更加贴辊,有利于后续施胶操作。
在此,以上本发明设计的复合纸纤维外层3主要为便于瓦楞成型加工而设计,而为了保证复合纸的吸附效果,瓦楞成型加工需将复合纸放到400℃以上的高温环境中将纤维外层3烧结去除,使得分子筛发挥VOCS吸附能力。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:包括基层载体,基层载体上涂覆有浆料复合涂层,基层载体和浆料复合涂层构成复合纸内层,复合纸内层外面包覆有由天然纤维或合成纤维构成的纤维外层;所述基层载体采用玻璃纤维材质;所述浆料复合涂层为含分子筛的水性PU浆料;
所述复合纸通过以下制造方法获得:
a、用玻璃纤维制作基材载体;
b、在基材载体上涂敷含分子筛的水性PU浆料,并在120℃环境下烘干成型形成复合纸内层;
c、将复合纸内层放入含有天然或者合成纤维抄纸纸浆中,在其表面形成薄层纤维,然后将其在120℃环境下烘干成型即可获得内层玻璃纤维和浆料复合涂层,外层薄层天然纤维或合成纤维的复合纸。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:所述纤维外层的厚度为10-20μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维的规格为10-30克/平米。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:所述含分子筛的水性PU浆料中各成分的质量比为:碳酸钙2.5,分子筛20,50%固含水性PU2.5,水75。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:所述分子筛与碳酸钙粒度D50为1-10μm,浆料的pH值为5-6,浆料粘度为800-1500mPa.s。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:所述浆料复合涂层的负载量在50-70克/平米。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:所述纤维外层的纤维直径1-30 μm,长度200-5000 μm。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种用于VOCs工业废气吸附的复合纸,其特征在于:所述复合纸的总克重在70-110克/平米。
