本发明提供了一种具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将碳纳米纤维与PA6纳米纤维混合,通过探头式超声波处理器分散在表面活性剂中,机械搅拌,充分溶解;2)将混合物加入注射器中,置于计量泵上,采用静电纺丝装置进行纺丝,纺丝过程中,溶液注射速度为0.4ml/h,电压为15kv。本发明的具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法,可以生产出具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法,属于化学纤维技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和环保意识的增强,消费市场出现了对高感性化、高功能化纺织品的需求。为了解决这些需求,必须对传统的纤维制造进行变革,开发出高功能纤维、高感性纤维、智能纤维以及可降解纤维等,以提高纺织品的科技含量和人们的生活质量。复合纤维的开发则是实现纤维高感性化、高功能化的一个重要手段。它可以通过喷丝板形设计、聚合物的配选设计以及纺丝纤维的截面设计等多种方式,获得各种性能、风格的新型纺织材料。
复合纤维是指由两种或两种以上的高聚物或同种不同性能的聚合物,以一定的方式沿纤维轴向复合而成的纤维。这类纤维可集多种组分的优点于一身,如涤/锦复合纤维,它既具有锦纶耐磨性好、高强、易染、吸湿的优点,又具有涤纶弹性好、模量高、织物挺括等特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法。
本发明的具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将碳纳米纤维与PA6纳米纤维混合,通过探头式超声波处理器分散在表面活性剂中,机械搅拌,充分溶解;
2)将混合物加入注射器中,置于计量泵上,采用静电纺丝装置进行纺丝,纺丝过程中,溶液注射速度为0.4ml/h,电压为15kv。
所述的步骤1)中碳纳米纤维与PA6纳米纤维的重量比为1:(10-15)。
本发明的具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法,可以生产出具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将碳纳米纤维与PA6纳米纤维混合,通过探头式超声波处理器分散在表面活性剂中,机械搅拌,充分溶解;
2)将混合物加入注射器中,置于计量泵上,采用静电纺丝装置进行纺丝,纺丝过程中,溶液注射速度为0.4ml/h,电压为15kv。

1.一种具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将碳纳米纤维与PA6纳米纤维混合,通过探头式超声波处理器分散在表面活性剂中,机械搅拌,充分溶解;
2)将混合物加入注射器中,置于计量泵上,采用静电纺丝装置进行纺丝,纺丝过程中,溶液注射速度为0.4ml/h,电压为15kv。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有竹节状的仿亚麻锦纶丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤1)中碳纳米纤维与PA6纳米纤维的重量比为1:(10-15)。
