背景技术
玻璃是由二氧化硅和其他化学物质熔融在一起形成的,在熔融时形成连续网络结构,冷却过程中粘度逐渐增大并硬化致使其结晶的硅酸盐类非金属材料。现有的玻璃在高温、高热的作用下,其脆性增大,易裂,影响正常的使用。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种低膨胀率、耐高温、高强度、高硬度、经济性好的耐热玻璃。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种耐热玻璃,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
石灰石25-30份,萤石14-16份,高硼硅7-11份,玻璃纤维8-10份,环氧树脂13-17份,二氧化硅7-10份,硅酸钙5-8份,三氧化二铝6-10份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠4-6份,高岭土9-11份。
上述的耐热玻璃,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
石灰石28份,萤石15份,高硼硅9份,玻璃纤维9份,环氧树脂15份,二氧化硅8份,硅酸钙7份,三氧化二铝8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠5份,高岭土10份。
