Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农业领域,特别涉及农业用膜。
背景技术
作为农业用膜,通常希望其光线透过率高,但根据作物种类的不同,希望尽可能减少直射光的比例,并增加散射光的比例。例如,在烟叶、莴苣之类的柔弱蔬菜的育苗室中,为了防止晒伤叶片,使用直射光少的农业用膜是必不可少的。另外,在烟叶的干燥室中,为了防止速干、或防止生出簇叶、腐叶,使用直射光少的农业用膜是必不可少的。因此,作为农业用膜,逐渐使用了梨皮型(satin like)的膜。
发明内容
针对现有的技术不足,本发明提供农业用膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种农业用膜,包括基材膜、多孔质亲水性涂膜、混合物层,所述多孔质亲水性涂膜包含勃姆石粒子、二氧化硅粒子及粘合剂,所述粘合剂为水溶性聚乙烯醇类,所述基材膜为四氟乙烯/乙烯类共聚物膜,所述混合物层在最外层,且含有乙烯·乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(A)和聚烯烃(B),所述乙烯·乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(A)的来自乙酸乙烯酯的结构单元的含量为14质量%以上,且基于JIS K7210-1999以190℃、2160g的负荷的条件测得的熔体流动速率即MFR为11g/10分钟以上且300g/10分钟以下,所述聚烯烃(B)的基于JIS K7210-1999以190℃、2160g的负荷的条件测得的MFR为5g/10分钟以下。
所述所述亲水性涂膜的厚度为100~700nm,亲水性涂膜中的细孔直径1~60nm的细孔的总容积为1.0~20.0[×10-4cc/g],所述亲水性涂膜中的粘合剂的比例是相对于勃姆石粒子和二氧化硅粒子的总量100质量份为0.5~15质量份,所述亲水性涂膜的雾度值为5%以下。
将包含勃姆石粒子、二氧化硅粒子、粘合剂及水的组合物涂布于基材膜的表面并干燥而形成亲水性涂膜,且对所述氟树脂膜的形成亲水性涂膜的表面预先实施提高润湿性的表面处理。
本发明的有益效果:本发明具有防雾性、流滴性(水滴均一地润湿扩散而形成水膜的特性)、防污性且本发明的农业用膜的表面具有亲水性。
具体实施方式
一种农业用膜,包括基材膜、多孔质亲水性涂膜、混合物层,其特征在于,所述多孔质亲水性涂膜包含勃姆石粒子、二氧化硅粒子及粘合剂,所述粘合剂为水溶性聚乙烯醇类,所述基材膜为四氟乙烯/乙烯类共聚物膜,所述混合物层在最外层,且含有乙烯·乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(A)和聚烯烃(B),所述乙烯·乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(A)的来自乙酸乙烯酯的结构单元的含量为14质量%以上,且基于JIS K7210-1999以190℃、2160g的负荷的条件测得的熔体流动速率即MFR为11g/10分钟以上且300g/10分钟以下,所述聚烯烃(B)的基于JISK7210-1999以190℃、2160g的负荷的条件测得的MFR为5g/10分钟以下。

1.一种农业用膜,包括基材膜、多孔质亲水性涂膜、混合物层,其特征在于,所述多孔质亲水性涂膜包含勃姆石粒子、二氧化硅粒子及粘合剂,所述粘合剂为水溶性聚乙烯醇类,所述基材膜为四氟乙烯/乙烯类共聚物膜,所述混合物层在最外层,且含有乙烯·乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(A)和聚烯烃(B),所述乙烯·乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(A)的来自乙酸乙烯酯的结构单元的含量为14质量%以上,且基于JIS K7210-1999以190℃、2160g的负荷的条件测得的熔体流动速率即MFR为11g/10分钟以上且300g/10分钟以下,所述聚烯烃(B)的基于JIS K7210-1999以190℃、2160g的负荷的条件测得的MFR为5g/10分钟以下。
