Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有特定铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物,该织物具有由玻璃纤维短切毡层、+45°轴向玻璃纤维层、90°轴向玻璃纤维层、-45°轴向玻璃纤维层等共四层构成的铺层结构,在+45°轴向玻璃纤维层、-45°轴向玻璃纤维层之间夹有90°轴向玻璃纤维层,该织物厚度≤0.85mm、容重≤850g/m2。采用具有这种铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物作为增强材料可制造具有优良横向机械性能的复合材料拉挤型材,这类复合材料拉挤型材尤其适于制作要求各向性能较为均衡的复合材料结构构件。

Description

一种具有特定铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种纤维三轴向织物,特别是一种具有特定铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物,用其作为增强材料可制造具有优良横向机械性能的复合材料拉挤型材。
背景技术:
在复合材料拉挤型材的生产制造中常用玻璃纤维粗纱和玻璃纤维毡等作为增强材料。玻璃纤维粗纱在复合材料拉挤型材中均沿型材的纵向分布,可大大强度增强复合材料拉挤型材的纵向强度;玻璃纤维短切毡、玻璃纤维连续毡等玻璃纤维毡受其制造工艺所限,不能在与其纵向垂直的方向即90°方向以及相应的+45°、-45°方向定向定量的配置纤维,其对复合材料拉挤型材的横向强度的增强作用通常远不及玻璃纤维粗纱对复合材料拉挤型材的纵向强度的增强作用,因而复合材料拉挤型材通常存在纵向机械性能有余而横向机械性能不足的缺陷。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种具有特定铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物,具有这种铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物在复合材料拉挤型材的生产制造中特别适宜用作增强复合材料拉挤型材横向强度的增强材料,以使型材的横向弯曲强度、横向压缩强度和抗剪能力得到提高并使其纵向、横向强度趋于均衡,从而克服一般的复合材料拉挤型材通常存在的纵向机械性能有余而横向机械性能不足的缺陷。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种具有特定铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物,该织物具有由玻璃纤维短切毡层、+45°轴向玻璃纤维层、90°轴向玻璃纤维层、-45°轴向玻璃纤维层等共四层构成的铺层结构,在该铺层结构中玻璃纤维短切毡层位于+45°轴向玻璃纤维层或-45°轴向玻璃纤维层之外面;在+45°轴向玻璃纤维层、-45°轴向玻璃纤维层之间夹有90°轴向玻璃纤维层,这三层中的玻璃纤维均分别在各层沿各自轴向均匀排列;+45°轴向玻璃纤维层和-45°轴向玻璃纤维层的厚度相同且均在0.05~0.18mm之间,90°轴向玻璃纤维层厚度在0.15~0.28mm之间;该织物的厚度≤0.85mm,该织物的容重≤850g/m2
在该织物中所使用的纤维材料除玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维毡外,还可以是其它纤维或纤维毡,如碳纤维、玄武岩纤维及碳纤维毡、玄武岩纤维毡等。
本发明的有益效果是:采用具有这种铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物作为增强材料可制造具有优良横向机械性能的复合材料拉挤型材,特别是能使这类型材的纵向、横向强度趋于均衡且提高该型材的横向弯曲强度、横向压缩强度和抗剪能力,从而克服一般的复合材料拉挤型材通常存在的“纵向机械性能有余而横向机械性能不足”的缺陷,以满足用这类型材制造 的目标工程构件或建筑结构的性能要求。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示的织物2,由其长度方向5、宽度方向3、厚度方向1形成三维空间,其中由长度方向5、宽度方向3形成的二维平面中有90°轴向3、+45°轴向4、-45°轴向6。如图1、图2所示织物2的铺层结构为四层,在该四层结构中,以自上而下为序,第一层为按+45°轴向4排列的玻璃纤维层7,该层厚度为0.15mm;第二层为按90°轴向3排列的玻璃纤维层8,该层厚度为0.2mm;第三层为按-45°轴向6排列的玻璃纤维层9,该层厚度为0.15mm;第四层为厚度为0.3mm的玻璃纤维短切毡层10;上述四层玻璃纤维材料经缝编设备缝编定位后成为一种具有特定铺层结构的+45°、90°、-45°纤维三轴向织物2,该织物的总厚度为0.78mm,该织物的容重≤820g/mm2。该织物铺层结构中的90°轴向3、+45°轴向5、-45°轴向6上的玻璃纤维在拉挤生产制造过程中被基体树酯充分浸渍并经热固化定型后能赋予复合材料拉挤型材优良的横向拉伸强度、横向弯曲强度、横向压缩强度和抗剪能力,这类复合材料拉挤型材尤其适于制作要求各向性能较为均衡的复合材料结构构件。
以上对本发明的一个实施例进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本发明所涉及的复合材料拉挤槽钢型材的实施例,不能被认为可由此限定本发明的实施范围。凡依本发明申请范围所作的均等变化与改进等,均应在本发明权利要求所涵盖的范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有特定铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物,该织物具有由玻璃纤维短切毡层、+45°轴向玻璃纤维层、90°轴向玻璃纤维层、-45°轴向玻璃纤维层等共四层构成的铺层结构,在该铺层结构中玻璃纤维短切毡层位于+45°轴向玻璃纤维层或-45°轴向玻璃纤维层之外面;在+45°轴向玻璃纤维层、-45°轴向玻璃纤维层之间夹有90°轴向玻璃纤维层,这三层中的玻璃纤维均分别在各层沿各自轴向均匀排列;+45°轴向玻璃纤维层和-45°轴向玻璃纤维层的厚度相同且均在0.05~0.18mm之间,90°轴向玻璃纤维层厚度在0.15~0.28mm之间;该织物的厚度≤0.85mm,该织物的容重≤850g/m2
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有特定铺层结构的纤维三轴向织物,在该织物中所使用的纤维材料除玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维毡外,还可以是其它纤维或纤维毡,如碳纤维、玄武岩纤维及碳纤维毡、玄武岩纤维毡等。
