本发明公开一种头枕管缩口模,包括模具本体,该模具本体上设有与外部连通的缩口孔,该缩口孔的孔径从外向内依次减小,所述缩口孔的内壁为凹形弧面。缩口孔外端的孔径为d,所述缩口孔的内壁沿孔心线方向分为三段依次相切的弧面,沿孔心线方向穿过的任一平面与所述缩口孔的内壁相交可得到相交曲线,该相交曲线外侧段的圆弧半径为Ra,弧长为La;中间段的圆弧半径为Rb,弧长为Lb;内侧段的圆弧半径为Rc,弧长为Lc;Ra:Rb:Rc=18~22:5~8:1.5~3;La:Lb:Lc=7~8:9~10:2~4;Ra=(1.3~1.5)d。采用本发明的一种头枕管缩口模,能使头枕管管端的缩口率一次性达到50%以上,无需进行多次缩口操作,头枕管缩口处表面平滑、无褶皱,头枕管管端成型质量高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,具体涉及一种头枕管缩口模。
背景技术
在车辆发生追尾时,人体由于惯性会向后倒,此时车辆加速或减速的压力都集中在人体脆弱的颈部和头部,而头枕则对此起缓冲作用,保护人体头部。头枕主要分为两大类,一是不可调式,另一种是可调式。可调式的汽车头枕的头枕管与座椅靠背骨架上的头枕管套连接,通过头枕管沿头枕管套滑动调节汽车头枕的高度,在对头枕和座椅靠背骨架进行组装时,头枕管管端越小、越平滑,组装更容易;同时,在车辆发生碰撞时,后排的乘客可能会与头枕管管端接触碰撞,出于安全性考虑,头枕管管端缩口应尽量小,且保证缩口处圆滑。
目前对头枕管管端进行缩口的模具,大多采用平滑的缩口孔,这就使得管端的缩口率不能大于25%,否则缩口处的管壁会出现褶皱破坏。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种头枕管缩口模。
技术方案如下:
一种头枕管缩口模,其关键在于:包括模具本体,该模具本体上设有与外部连通的缩口孔,该缩口孔的孔径从外向内依次减小,所述缩口孔的内壁为凹形弧面。
采用以上技术方案,缩口孔的内壁为凹形弧面,头枕管管端的经过凹形弧面的挤压,管径不断缩小,既能提高缩口率,又能保证缩口处管壁平滑。
优选方案,上述缩口孔外端的孔径为d,所述缩口孔的内壁沿孔心线方向分为三段依次相切的弧面,沿孔心线方向穿过的任一平面与所述缩口孔的内壁相交可得到相交曲线,该相交曲线外侧段的圆弧半径为Ra,弧长为La;中间段的圆弧半径为Rb,弧长为Lb;内侧段的圆弧半径为Rc,弧长为Lc;
Ra:Rb:Rc=18~22:5~8:1.5~3;
La:Lb:Lc=7~8:9~10:2~4;
Ra=(1.0~2.5)d。
采用该方案,头枕管管端的缩口率大大提高,且能保证缩口处管壁平滑。
进一步优选,
Ra:Rb:Rc=20:7:2;
La:Lb:Lc=7.2:9.3:2。
采用该优选方案,头枕管管端能达到较高的缩口率,且能保证缩口处管壁平滑。
进一步优选,上述缩口孔的内端穿出所述模具本体。
更进一步优选,上述缩口孔的外端设有倒角或R角。采用该优选方案,方便头枕管插入。

如图1所示,一种头枕管缩口模,包括模具本体1,该模具本体1上设有与外部连通的缩口孔2,该缩口孔2的孔径从外向内依次减小,所述缩口孔2的内壁为凹形弧面,所述缩口孔2外端的孔径为d,所述缩口孔2的内壁沿孔心线方向分为三段依次相切的弧面,沿孔心线方向穿过的任一平面与所述缩口孔2的内壁相交可得到相交曲线,该相交曲线外侧段的圆弧半径为Ra,弧长为La;中间段的圆弧半径为Rb,弧长为Lb;内侧段的圆弧半径为Rc,弧长为Lc,所述缩口孔2的内端穿出所述模具本体1,所述缩口孔2的外端设有倒角或R角。
Ra、Rb、Rc、La、Lb、Lc、Ra和d满足以下关系:
Ra:Rb:Rc=18~22:5~8:1.5~3;
La:Lb:Lc=7~8:9~10:2~4;
Ra=(1.0~2.5)d。
当Ra、Rb、Rc、La、Lb、Lc、Ra和d满足以下关系时,对头枕管管端的缩口效果更好:
Ra:Rb:Rc=20:7:2;
La:Lb:Lc=7.2:9.3:2;
La=(0.18~0.2)Ra;
Lb=(0.65~0.68)Rb;
Lc=(0.45~0.52)Rc。
选用以上实施例提供的一种头枕管缩口模进行试验,一种头枕管缩口模满足以下条件:d=27.9mm、Ra=40mm、Rb=14mm、Rc=4mm、La=7.19、Lb=9.33、Lc=2.11;头枕管外径D1=28mm,内径D2=23mm;
缩口后,头枕管管端外径D3=12mm,缩口率=(D1-D3)/D1×%=(28-12)/28×%=57%,经观察,缩口处表面光滑无褶皱。
有益效果:采用本发明的一种头枕管缩口模,能使头枕管管端的缩口率一次性达到50%以上,无需进行多次缩口操作,头枕管缩口处表面平滑、无褶皱,头枕管管端成型质量高。
