本发明涉及筛选机械技术领域,具体为一种电动筛。
背景技术
振动筛是利用振子激振所产生的往复旋型振动而工作的,其具有效率高、质量轻、系列完整多样、层次多,可满足不同需求,振动筛分设备按重量用途可分为:矿用振动筛、轻型精细振动筛和实验振筛机,按照振动筛的物料运行轨迹可以分为:直线振动筛、圆振动筛和精细筛分机。
振动筛广泛应用于化工、矿石、粮油等行业,其根据不同行业产品和筛选精度要求而不同,一般一个筛选机只有一种筛选方式,因此要想达到一定要求的精选要求,则需要通过多次不同精度的筛选工序。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动筛,其在圆筒式的卧室气旋筛的筛选精料出料口与圆筒筛之间增加一个直线振动精选筛,其结构简单,精选效果好,筛选速度快。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
提供一种电动筛,其包括机体,机体壳上开有进料口、粗料排料口和细料排料口,机体上安装有气旋圆筒筛组件、直线振动筛组件,所述的气旋圆筒筛组件通过主轴驱动电机驱动,其包括主轴,绕主轴安装有风轮、风轮叶片、网架,主轴端连接螺旋输送系统,所述的直线振动筛组件通过振动驱动电机驱动,其包括安装在细料出料口上方的振动筛面,振动筛面下方安装有振动弹簧。
本发明与现有相比,其有益效果为:其在圆筒式的卧室气旋筛的筛选精料出料口与圆筒筛之间增加一个直线振动精选筛,其结构简单,精选效果好,筛选速度快,整体体积小,重量轻,平稳无噪音,密封性能好、无粉尘,效率高。

如图1所示,一种电动筛,其包括机体,机体壳上开有进料口1、粗料排料口6和细料排料口7,机体上安装有气旋圆筒筛组件、直线振动筛组件,气旋圆筒筛组件通过主轴驱动电机9驱动,其包括主轴5,绕主轴5安装有风轮4、风轮叶片3、网架2,主轴5端部连接螺旋输送系统12,直线振动筛组件通过振动驱动电机8驱动,其包括安装在细料出料口上方的振动筛面11,振动筛面11下方安装有振动弹簧10。
为了进一步优化技术方案,所述振动筛面11倾斜安装,倾斜角不大于15度,振动筛面11倾斜的低端朝向粗料排料口6,在此位置机体上开有二次粗料出料口。
