Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置,包括第一风机、微机控制面板、步进电机、液位检测器、油泵和第二风机,所述第二风机嵌入安装在喷漆设备框架的顶部,且第二风机的下方安装有第二远红外加热器,所述第一风机嵌入安装在喷漆设备框架的左侧,且第一风机的内侧安装有第一远红外加热器,所述第一风机的下方安装有温控器。本发明只需人力将钢管放置于钢管支架上,喷漆过程中无需人力参与,提高人力资源使用效率,内油漆喷管和外油漆喷管实现钢管内外同时喷漆,喷漆效率高,喷漆精度高且更加均匀,远红外加热器联动风机能够加速钢管内外油漆的晾干速度,且有效避免因湿度过大造成的表面返白现象,提高钢管质量。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及喷漆设备技术领域,具体为一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置。
背景技术
[0002]钢管不仅用于输送流体和粉状固体、交换热能、制造机械零件和容器,它还是一种经济钢材。用钢管制造建筑结构网架、支柱和机械支架,可以减轻重量,节省金属20〜40%,而且可实现工厂化机械化施工。
[0003]传统的钢管喷漆多采用人力,喷漆效率低,且喷漆精度不易把控,无法实现钢管内部喷漆,导致钢管易受氧化腐蚀,影响使用寿命,为此我们提出一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置来解决以上存在的问题。
发明内容
[0004]本发明的目的在于提供一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的喷漆效率低,且喷漆精度不易把控,无法实现钢管内部喷漆,导致钢管易受氧化腐蚀,影响使用寿命的问题。
[0005]为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置,包括第一风机、微机控制面板、步进电机、液位检测器、油栗和第二风机,所述第二风机嵌入安装在喷漆设备框架的顶部,且第二风机的下方安装有第二远红外加热器,所述第一风机嵌入安装在喷漆设备框架的左侧,且第一风机的内侧安装有第一远红外加热器,所述第一风机的下方安装有温控器,所述微机控制面板安装在喷漆设备框架的左侧,所述步进电机安装在喷漆设备框架的左侧壁上,所述喷漆设备框架的右侧安装有油漆储箱,所述液位检测器嵌入安装在油漆储箱的内部,所述油栗嵌入安装在喷漆设备框架的内部,且油栗的左侧安装有内油漆喷管,所述内油漆喷管的上方安装有外油漆喷管,所述第一风机、第一远红外加热器、步进电机、温控器、液位检测器、油栗、第二远红外加热器和第二风机的输出端均与微机控制面板的输入端电性连接。

[0010]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,操作简单方便,本发明只需人力将钢管放置于钢管支架上,喷漆过程中无需人力参与,提高人力资源使用效率,内油漆喷管和外油漆喷管实现钢管内外同时喷漆,喷漆效率高,喷漆精度高且更加均匀,远红外加热器联动风机能够加速钢管内外油漆的晾干速度,且有效避免因湿度过大造成的表面返白现象,提高钢管质量。

[0016]具体使用方式:该新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置按正常程序安装好过后,先将设备连接电源,将配套的钢管支架安装在步进电机4的转轴上,将钢管放置于钢管支架上,工作人员利用微机控制面板3启动设备,步进电机4通过转轴带动钢管旋转,油栗10将油漆储箱9内部的油漆抽出并通过外油漆喷管11和内油漆喷管7对钢管进行喷漆,同时第二远红外加热器12和第一远红外加热器2对第一风机I和第二风机13引入的风进行加热,加快钢管表面油漆的风干速度,可避免因湿气过重导致的返白现象。

1.一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置,包括第一风机(I)、微机控制面板(3)、步进电机(4)、液位检测器(8)、油栗(10)和第二风机(13),其特征在于:所述第二风机(13)嵌入安装在喷漆设备框架(6)的顶部,且第二风机(13)的下方安装有第二远红外加热器(12),所述第一风机(I)嵌入安装在喷漆设备框架(6)的左侧,且第一风机(I)的内侧安装有第一远红外加热器(2),所述第一风机(I)的下方安装有温控器(5),所述微机控制面板(3)安装在喷漆设备框架(6)的左侧,所述步进电机(4)安装在喷漆设备框架(6)的左侧壁上,所述喷漆设备框架(6)的右侧安装有油漆储箱(9),所述液位检测器(8)嵌入安装在油漆储箱(9)的内部,所述油栗(10)嵌入安装在喷漆设备框架(6)的内部,且油栗(10)的左侧安装有内油漆喷管(7),所述内油漆喷管(7)的上方安装有外油漆喷管(11),所述第一风机(I)、第一远红外加热器(2)、步进电机(4)、温控器(5)、液位检测器(8)、油栗(10)、第二远红外加热器(12)和第二风机(13)的输出端均与微机控制面板(3)的输入端电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置,其特征在于:所述步进电机(4)上设置有转轴,所述转轴上安装有钢管支架,所述钢管支架为可拆卸结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置,其特征在于:所述外油漆喷管(11)和内油漆喷管(7)上均设置有喷孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置,其特征在于:所述油栗(10)与油漆储箱(9)通过管道螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢管内外表面喷漆装置,其特征在于:所述喷漆设备框架(6)的底部安装有万向自锁轮。
