Abstract
本发明提供一种自行车训练器,其包括架体、滚轮、第一阻力源及第二阻力源。架体适于支撑自行车。滚轮枢设至架体并适于接触自行车的车轮。第一阻力源耦接至滚轮并通过滚轮提供阻力至车轮。第二阻力源耦接至滚轮并通过滚轮提供阻力至车轮。本发明提供的自行车训练器可用以配合自行车来模拟在户外道路上骑乘自行车。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自行车,特别是涉及一种自行车训练器。
背景技术
当因天气影响而无法在户外道路上进行训练时,自行车运动的选手或爱好者可利用自行车搭配自行车训练器来模拟在户外道路上的骑乘。目前在市场上,自行车训练器通常只有单一阻力源,例如风阻式阻力源、磁阻式阻力源及液阻式阻力源。单一阻力源仅能模拟一种骑乘情境,如要增加坡度骑乘情境或逆风骑乘的阻力状态或是提升训练强度,就会发生模拟失准的结果,造成骑乘上的不适感。
发明内容
本发明提供一种自行车训练器,用以配合自行车来模拟在户外道路上骑乘自行车。
本发明的一种自行车训练器适于配合自行车来模拟在户外道路上骑乘自行车。自行车训练器包括架体、滚轮、第一阻力源及第二阻力源。架体适于支撑自行车。滚轮枢设至架体并接触自行车的车轮。第一阻力源耦接至滚轮并通过滚轮提供阻力至车轮。第二阻力源耦接至滚轮并通过滚轮提供阻力至车轮。更进一步,可将第一阻力源、第二阻力源及滚轮耦接至同一转轴,可以让阻力的传递更加直接,骑乘的感觉更好。
基于上述,在本发明中,通过设置双阻力源来模拟在户外道路上骑乘自行车,因此可依照实际需求来设定阻力源的参数,例如依据不同坡度而设计的阻力源或是依据不同速度下的风阻设计的阻力源或是依据训练强度而设计的阻力源。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的一实施例的一种自行车训练器的方块图,图2是图1的自行车训练器的立体图,图3是图2的自行车训练器的侧视图,请参考图1、图2及图3,在本实施例中,自行车训练器100适于配合自行车50来模拟在户外道路上骑乘自行车50。自行车训练器100包括架体110、滚轮120、第一阻力源130及第二阻力源140。架体110适于支撑自行车50,特别是支撑自行车50的车轮52。滚轮120枢设至架体110并适于接触自行车50的车轮52。第一阻力源130耦接至滚轮120并通过滚轮120提供阻力至车轮52。第二阻力源140耦接至滚轮120并通过滚轮120提供阻力至车轮52。
在一实施例中,第一阻力源130可为风阻式阻力源、磁阻式阻力源、液阻式阻力源或摩擦式阻力源。第二阻力源140为风阻式阻力源、磁阻式阻力源、液阻式阻力源或摩擦式阻力源。在一实施例中,第一阻力源130及第二阻力源140分别位于滚轮120的两端,因此在配重上可获得平衡。在一实施例中,第一阻力源130为自动调整阻力源,且第二阻力源140为手动调整阻力源。
图4A是图3的自行车训练器在静止状态沿割面线X-X的局部剖视图,请参考图2、图3及图4A,在本实施例中,第一阻力源130采用磁阻式阻力源,特别是一种利用涡电流效应(eddy current effect)来产生磁阻的阻力源。第一阻力源130可包括磁性固定件131及第一非导磁金属旋转件132。磁性固定件131固接至架体110的支撑部112。滚轮120耦接至转轴122,转轴122通过多个轴承124枢设至架体110,而第一非导磁金属旋转件132通过转轴122耦接至滚轮120。转动中的第一非导磁金属旋转件132与磁性固定件131相互感应以产生磁阻,并提供给滚轮120。在本实施例中,磁性固定件131为起磁件(例如磁铁),而第一非导磁金属旋转件132可为感磁飞轮(例如锌合金、铝合金、铜合金或是不锈钢制飞轮)。
图4B是图4A的自行车训练器在运动状态的局部剖视图,请参考图4A及图4B,在本实施例中,为了让第一阻力源130依照滚轮120(即车轮52)的转速自动调整其所提供的阻力,第一阻力源130还可包括限位旋转件133及多个滚动件134(例如多个滚珠)。限位旋转件133可通过转轴122耦接至滚轮120并与第一非导磁金属旋转件132构成多个通道S。这些滚动件134分别位于这些通道S内。当第一非导磁金属旋转件132及限位旋转件133的转速发生变化时,这些滚动件134将受离心力作用分别沿着这些通道S移动,使得第一非导磁金属旋转件132相对于限位旋转件133移动,以调整磁性固定件131与第一非导磁金属旋转件132之间的感应距离D。值得注意的是,涡电流效应所产生的磁阻与感应距离D的平方成反比。当感应距离D越小时,磁性固定件131与第一非导磁金属旋转件132相互感应所产生的磁阻越大,如图4B所示。
请参考图4A及图4B,在本实施例中,第一非导磁金属旋转件132与转轴122之间存在多个滚动件126(例如滚珠)。这些滚动件126线性地排列在转轴122的周围,并置于特定沟槽内,以设定第一非导磁金属旋转件132相对于转轴122的移动方向。
请参考图4A及图4B,在本实施例中,第一阻力源130还可包括复位件135。复位件135可相对于限位旋转件133复位第一非导磁金属旋转件132。当第一非导磁金属旋转件132及限位旋转件133的转速降低时,复位件135复位第一非导磁金属旋转件132,以增加第一非导磁金属旋转件132与磁性固定件131之间的感应距离D,如图4A所示,因而降低磁性固定件131与第一非导磁金属旋转件132相互感应所产生的磁阻。复位件135可通过弹力或互斥磁力来达成,因此复位件135可为弹性件或一对磁性件。在本实施例中,复位件135例如是弹簧,其套设在转轴122上,并可通过套设在转轴122上的内限位环128a及外限位环128b来设定第一非导磁金属旋转件132及复位件135相对于转轴122的移动范围。
请参考图4A,在本实施例中,第一阻力源130还包括第一内盖136。第一内盖136固接至架体110,而磁性固定件131固接至第一内盖136,以与非导磁金属旋转件132相互感应来产生磁阻。此外,第一阻力源130还包括一第一外盖137。第一外盖137固接至限位旋转件133,以与限位旋转件133、第一非导磁金属旋转件132及转轴122一起旋转。
图5A是图3的自行车训练器的第二阻力源在未增加磁阻的局部放大立体图,图5B是图5A的自行车训练器的第二阻力源在已增加磁阻的局部放大立体图,请参考图5A及图5B,在本实施例中,第二阻力源140也采用磁阻式阻力源,特别是一种利用涡电流效应来产生磁阻的阻力源。第二阻力源140可包括磁性调整件141、第二非导磁金属旋转件142及调整组件143。磁性调整件141可移动地连接至架体110。第二非导磁金属旋转件142通过耦接至转轴122而耦接至滚轮120并与磁性调整件141相互感应以产生磁阻。调整组件143例如是手动线控调整组件并连接至磁性调整件141,用以调整磁性调整件141与第二非导磁金属旋转件142之间的感应面积A。当第一阻力源130、第二阻力源140及滚轮120耦接至同一转轴122时,阻力的传递更加直接,使得骑乘的感觉更好。
请参考图4A,在本实施例中,第二阻力源140还包括第二内盖144及第二外盖145。第二内盖144固定至架体110的支撑部112,而磁性调整件141可移动地(例如可旋转地)耦接至架体110的支撑部112。第二外盖145固接至第二非导磁金属旋转件142,并与第二非导磁金属旋转件142及转轴122一起旋转。
综上所述,在本发明中,通过设置双阻力源来模拟在户外道路上骑乘自行车,因此可依照实际需求来设定阻力源的类型。此外,可将阻力源设定为自动调整来模拟户外无坡度道路(即平坦道路)的阻力,并将另一阻力源设定为手动调整来加入户外有坡度道路的阻力或是骑乘时的风阻或是增加训练强度。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种自行车训练器,适于配合自行车来模拟在户外道路上骑乘所述自行车,其特征在于,所述自行车训练器包括:
架体,适于支撑所述自行车;以及
滚轮,枢设至所述架体并适于接触所述自行车的车轮;
第一阻力源,耦接至所述滚轮并通过所述滚轮提供阻力至所述车轮,且所述第一阻力源为自动调整阻力源,所述第一阻力源包括:
磁性固定件,固接至所述架体;
第一非导磁金属旋转件,耦接至所述滚轮并与所述磁性固定件相互感应以产生磁阻;
限位旋转件,耦接至所述滚轮并与所述第一非导磁金属旋转件构成多个通道;以及
多个滚动件,分别位于该些通道内,并受离心力作用分别沿着该些通道移动,使得所述第一非导磁金属旋转件相对于所述限位旋转件移动,以调整所述磁性固定件与所述第一非导磁金属旋转件之间的感应距离;以及
第二阻力源,耦接至所述滚轮并通过所述滚轮提供阻力至所述车轮,且所述第二阻力源为手动调整阻力源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自行车训练器,其特征在于,所述第一阻力源为风阻式阻力源、磁阻式阻力源、液阻式阻力源或摩擦式阻力源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自行车训练器,其特征在于,所述第二阻力源为风阻式阻力源、磁阻式阻力源、液阻式阻力源或摩擦式阻力源。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自行车训练器,其特征在于,所述第一阻力源及所述第二阻力源分别位于所述滚轮的两端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自行车训练器,其特征在于,所述第一阻力源、所述第二阻力源及所述滚轮耦接至同一转轴。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自行车训练器,其特征在于,所述第一阻力源还包括:
复位件,相对于所述限位旋转件复位所述第一非导磁金属旋转件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自行车训练器,其特征在于,所述第一阻力源还包括:
第一内盖,固接至所述架体,其中,所述磁性固定件固接至所述第一内盖;以及
第一外盖,固接至所述限位旋转件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的自行车训练器,其特征在于,所述第二阻力源包括:
磁性调整件,可移动地连接至所述架体;
第二非导磁金属旋转件,耦接至所述滚轮并与所述磁性调整件相互感应以产生磁阻;以及
调整组件,连接至所述磁性调整件,用以调整所述磁性调整件与所述第二非导磁金属旋转件之间的感应面积。
9.根据权利要求8所述的自行车训练器,其特征在于,所述第二阻力源还包括:
第二内盖,固接至所述架体,其中,所述磁性调整件可动地耦接至所述第二内盖;以及
第二外盖,固接至所述第二非导磁金属旋转件。
