本发明涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种具有除湿祛热，健脾燥湿，健脾益气功效的健脾祛湿中药茶方。
背景技术
湿邪，可说是现代人健康的最大敌人之一，10个人里有八九个人有湿邪潜伏，这是因为现代人运动量越来越小，体内阴盛阳虚从而湿邪内郁，加之人们饮食上偏爱辛辣、味重，还有甜的口味，这些肥甘厚腻食物过多摄取，影响人的脾胃运化功能，当脾胃没有办法把所有东西都转化为人体能够利用的营养成分的时候，那些没有被转化的东西,就变成中医认为的湿邪，留在体内，导致浑身发沉无力、头发油，脸上油以及腹部凸出、水肿肥胖、免疫力下降等症状的发生。生活中很多人患上了脂肪肝、哮喘、高血压、心脑血管等疾病，甚至恶性肿瘤，其实这些病都跟湿邪有关,所以平时要注意去湿气邪毒，在日常生活中除了注意饮食和加强运动外，还可通过饮用中药茶进行调理，由于中药茶温和调理，副作用小，效果显著，得到大众的认可，现有祛湿健脾中药茶价格高，大多单方独味，疗效不全面。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本发明提供一种药源广泛，价格低廉
具有除湿祛热，健脾燥湿，健脾益气功效的健脾祛湿中药茶方。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种健脾祛湿中药茶方：采用的配方及其重量配比是：茯苓15克，淮山药15克，薏苡仁15克，炒麦芽10克，白术15克，陈皮10克，当归10克，葛根15克，黄芪15克，滑石18克，广木香10克，鸡内金10克、甘草6克。
本发明配方中各中药的功效是：
茯苓：利水渗湿，健脾，安神。
淮山药：健脾补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精。
薏苡仁：养颜排毒、健脾止泻、滋补、抗癌、降压、解热、利尿之功效。
炒麦芽：行气消食，健脾开胃。
白术：健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。
陈皮：健脾、理气和中，燥湿化痰，利水通便。
当归：补血活血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠。
葛根：升阳解肌，透疹止泻，除烦止渴。
黄芪：补气升阳，固气益表。
滑石：利水渗湿，清暑解。
广木香：温中行气止痛,健脾消食导滞。
鸡内金：消食化积，健运脾胃。
甘草：补脾益气、清热解毒、调和诸药。
本发明的有益效果是：药源广泛，价格低廉、以调理滋补为主，具有除湿祛热，健脾燥湿，健脾益气的功效，适用于湿热体质的人群，大便稀溏、腹涨，嗳腐吞酸，排便不畅，不易擦净，大便粘马桶，不易冲走，肤色暗黄，面色晦暗，懒言乏力，神倦乏力，舌淡、苔白或腻，有齿痕、湿气重脾胃虚人群。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
一种健脾祛湿中药茶方：采用的配方及其重量配比是：茯苓15克，淮山药15克，薏苡仁15克，炒麦芽10克，白术15克，陈皮10克，当归10克，葛根15克，黄芪15克，滑石18克，广木香10克，鸡内金10克、甘草6克。
服用方法：水煎三次混合一起，全天当茶喝。或把中药置保温瓶中，以沸水冲泡，盖闷约30分钟左右，代茶频饮。
本发明以调理滋补为主，具有除湿祛热，健脾燥湿，健脾益气的功效。
