Abstract

本发明公开了一种油菜撒播播种方法,涉及农业种植技术领域,包括如下步骤:(1)选种,(2)消毒浸种,(3)种子催芽,(4)撒播。本发明通过消毒水对种子进行彻底消毒,软化种皮的同时防止种子自身发生霉变,并在撒播时对种子进行拌种,通过在种子表面形成透明保护膜的方式来进行病虫害防治和防止种子因过多失水或吸水而失活,并能为幼苗生长提供养分,从而提高种子发芽率和幼苗成活率。

本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,具体涉及一种油菜撒播播种方法。
背景技术:
油菜,又叫油白菜、苦菜,营养丰富,维生素C含量很高。油菜一般生长在气候相对湿润的地方,油菜花在含苞未放的时候可以食用,油菜花盛开时是一道亮丽的风景线,可开发为观赏旅游区,花朵凋谢后收获的油菜籽可以榨油。撒播是油菜播种的常用播种方法,具有操作方便、省时省力的特点。大多数种植户直接将油菜种子撒入田地内,未经催芽和消毒处理,使油菜种子的发芽率和幼苗成活率降低,后期需要进行补苗,增加了劳动力投入,不利于大量种植。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种种子的发芽率和幼苗成活率高,且投入成本低的油菜撒播播种方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种油菜撒播播种方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选种:选用经过本地试种且表现优良的杂交油菜品种,种子纯度不低于93%,净度不低于97%,发芽率不低于90%,水分不高于10%;
(2)消毒浸种:将油菜种子用30-35℃热风干燥,当含水量低于5%后停止干燥,将种子用25-30℃消毒水浸种10min,再用25-30℃清水浸种30min,然后用50-55℃清水浸种2h;
所述消毒水由如下重量份数的原料制成:樒树叶15-20份、香樟叶10-15份、茶枯粉8-12份、草乌叶6-10份、棉籽饼5-8份、苍耳子4-6份、烟草秸秆3-5份、芥菜籽3-5份、皂角粉2-3份、茴香籽2-3份、干漆1-2份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份、水100-150份,其制备方法为:①将茶枯粉、棉籽饼、苍耳子和干漆加入水中,先加热至回流状态保温处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理15min,过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;②将樒树叶、香樟叶和草乌叶经充分冷冻干燥后研磨成粉末,即得物料II;③将烟草秸秆烧成灰烬,再加入芥菜籽和茴香籽,加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,然后趁热研磨成粉末,即得物料III;④向物料I中加入物料II、物料III、皂角粉和纳米钛白粉,充分混合均匀。
(3)种子催芽:将浸种后的种子沥尽水分,并用纱布包裹,于35-40℃下催芽,待80%种子露白后即可播种;
(4)撒播:将待播田地施肥整平后即可撒播,撒播前对种子拌种,拌种剂与种子的用量比为0.5:10,每亩田地撒播0.5-1kg种子,撒种后浅犁,使种子混入土壤中。
所述拌种剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:鱼塘泥30份、韭菜10份、蓖麻叶8份、辣蓼草8份、聚乙烯吡唑烷酮6份、火山灰5份、微晶纤维素5份、活性白土4份、北豆根3份、白附子3份、松节油2份、大枫子2份、青西红柿2份、巴西棕榈蜡1份、炉甘石粉0.5份、食盐0.5份,所述鱼塘泥取自养殖鱼类5年以上的鱼塘,含水量为15-20%;其制备方法为:(1)将北豆根、白附子和大枫子切碎后加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,再趁热利用粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入松节油、巴西棕榈蜡和炉甘石粉,保温研磨10min,即得粉料;(2)将韭菜、蓖麻叶、辣蓼草和青西红柿加入功率600W榨汁机中,经充分榨汁后再将所得浆料加入功率1.5kW磨浆机中,磨浆结束后过滤,即得料液;(3)向料液中加入粉料、鱼塘泥、聚乙烯吡唑烷酮、火山灰、微晶纤维素、活性白土和食盐,充分混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明公开了一种油菜撒播播种方法,从选种、消毒浸种、种子催芽到撒播,严格控制每一道工序,再通过消毒水对种子进行彻底消毒,软化种皮的同时防止种子自身发生霉变,并在撒播时对种子进行拌种,通过在种子表面形成透明保护膜的方式来进行病虫害防治和防止种子因过多失水或吸水而失活,并能为幼苗生长提供养分,从而提高种子发芽率和幼苗成活率。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)选种:选用经过本地试种且表现优良的杂交油菜品种,种子纯度不低于93%,净度不低于97%,发芽率不低于90%,水分不高于10%;
(2)消毒浸种:将油菜种子用30-35℃热风干燥,当含水量低于5%后停止干燥,将种子用25-30℃消毒水浸种10min,再用25-30℃清水浸种30min,然后用50-55℃清水浸种2h;
消毒水的制备:①将8份茶枯粉、5份棉籽饼、4份苍耳子和1份干漆加入150份水中,先加热至回流状态保温处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理15min,过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;②将15份樒树叶、12份香樟叶和6份草乌叶经充分冷冻干燥后研磨成粉末,即得物料II;③将3份烟草秸秆烧成灰烬,再加入3份芥菜籽和3份茴香籽,加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,然后趁热研磨成粉末,即得物料III;④向物料I中加入物料II、物料III、2份皂角粉和0.5份纳米钛白粉,充分混合均匀。
(3)种子催芽:将浸种后的种子沥尽水分,并用纱布包裹,于35-40℃下催芽,待80%种子露白后即可播种;
(4)撒播:将待播田地施肥整平后即可撒播,撒播前对种子拌种,拌种剂与种子的用量比为0.5:10,每亩田地撒播1kg种子,撒种后浅犁,使种子混入土壤中。
拌种剂的制备:其制备方法为:(1)将3份北豆根、3份白附子和2份大枫子切碎后加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,再趁热利用粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入2份松节油、1份巴西棕榈蜡和0.5份炉甘石粉,保温研磨10min,即得粉料;(2)将10份韭菜、8份蓖麻叶、8份辣蓼草和2份青西红柿加入功率600W榨汁机中,经充分榨汁后再将所得浆料加入功率1.5kW磨浆机中,磨浆结束后过滤,即得料液;(3)向料液中加入粉料、30份鱼塘泥、6份聚乙烯吡唑烷酮、5份火山灰、5份微晶纤维素、4份活性白土和0.5份食盐,充分混合均匀。其中,鱼塘泥取自养殖鱼类5年以上的鱼塘,含水量为15-20%。
实施例2
(1)选种:选用经过本地试种且表现优良的杂交油菜品种,种子纯度不低于93%,净度不低于97%,发芽率不低于90%,水分不高于10%;

消毒水的制备:①将10份茶枯粉、5份棉籽饼、4份苍耳子和1份干漆加入150份水中,先加热至回流状态保温处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理15min,过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;②将20份樒树叶、10份香樟叶和6份草乌叶经充分冷冻干燥后研磨成粉末,即得物料II;③将3份烟草秸秆烧成灰烬,再加入5份芥菜籽和2份茴香籽,加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,然后趁热研磨成粉末,即得物料III;④向物料I中加入物料II、物料III、2份皂角粉和0.5份纳米钛白粉,充分混合均匀。
(3)种子催芽:将浸种后的种子沥尽水分,并用纱布包裹,于35-40℃下催芽,待80%种子露白后即可播种;
(4)撒播:将待播田地施肥整平后即可撒播,撒播前对种子拌种,拌种剂与种子的用量比为0.5:10,每亩田地撒播1kg种子,撒种后浅犁,使种子混入土壤中。
拌种剂的制备:其制备方法为:(1)将3份北豆根、3份白附子和2份大枫子切碎后加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,再趁热利用粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入2份松节油、1份巴西棕榈蜡和0.5份炉甘石粉,保温研磨10min,即得粉料;(2)将10份韭菜、8份蓖麻叶、8份辣蓼草和2份青西红柿加入功率600W榨汁机中,经充分榨汁后再将所得浆料加入功率1.5kW磨浆机中,磨浆结束后过滤,即得料液;(3)向料液中加入粉料、30份鱼塘泥、6份聚乙烯吡唑烷酮、5份火山灰、5份微晶纤维素、4份活性白土和0.5份食盐,充分混合均匀。其中,鱼塘泥取自养殖鱼类5年以上的鱼塘,含水量为15-20%。

(2)消毒浸种:将油菜种子用30-35℃热风干燥,当含水量低于5%后停止干燥,将种子用25-30℃消毒水浸种10min,再用25-30℃清水浸种30min,然后用50-55℃清水浸种2h;
