[0002]芥兰,又名:白花芥蓝、绿叶甘蓝、芥蓝、芥蓝菜、盖菜,为十字花科,属一年生草本植物,栽培历史悠久,是中国的特产蔬菜之一;芥蓝的菜苔柔嫩、鲜脆、清甜、味鲜美,以肥嫩的花薹和嫩叶供食用,每10g芥蓝新鲜菜苔含水分92-93g,维生素C 51.3-68.8mg,还有相当多的矿物质,是甘蓝类蔬菜中营养比较丰富的一种蔬菜,可炒食、汤食,或作配菜;芥蓝含纤维素、糖类等,其味甘,性辛,具备利水化痰、解毒祛风、除邪热、解劳乏、清心明目等功效。
[0003]目前的栽培技术中,芥兰的出苗率低,对土壤条件的要求较高,导致产量低,成本高,并不适用于大规模的培育繁殖,因此寻求低成本、高产量以及可以大规模种植方法仍然是目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
[0004]为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种芥兰的种植方法。
[0005] —种芥兰的种植方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)育苗:将芥兰种子在35-38°C的温水中浸泡18-20h,取出,将浸泡后的芥兰种子撒入含有育苗基质的穴盘上,覆盖上一层营养土,厚度为l_2cm,并喷洒促苗剂2-3次,每3天喷洒一次,每次喷洒至基质的含水量为55-60%,白天温度保持在20-25°C,夜间温度保持在15-20°C,当70%的种子萌芽出土时,始终保持基质的含水量在60-64%,待芥兰苗长高至7-8cm时,进行移栽;
(2)移栽:将芥兰苗从穴盘上取出芥兰幼苗,带土移栽,按行距17-20cm,株距18_25cm进行栽插;
(3)田间管理:移栽10天后,进行施复合肥一次,施肥量为100-130kg/亩,浇透水一次,此后7-10天进行补水,每次补水量400ml/株,每间隔一个月进行一次施农家肥,每次施肥量200-240kg/亩,并及时除草和松土 ;
(4)采收:当芥兰呈深蓝色,即可进行采收。
[0006]所述的基质由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻5份、蚤缀3份、米瓦罐2份、粟米草I份、破铜钱草5份、酶解液1.2份、动物粪混合物40份、环已基硫代磷酸三酰胺0.1份、灰色白云石粉末I份、树皮3份、保水剂2份。

(1)将海藻、蚤缀、米瓦罐、粟米草与破铜钱草进行捣烂再放入清水中,加入酶解液,均匀搅拌3-4h后,将水分完全蒸发出去,碾碎,得固体混合物;
(2)将动物粪混合物堆作一团,上层覆盖薄膜,在常温下发酵3-4天后,翻堆一次,升高温度到55-65°C,继续发酵6-8天,再进行粉碎,过筛,得腐熟发酵料;
(3)将固体混合物和腐熟发酵料混合加入环已基硫代磷酸三酰胺、灰色白云石粉末、树皮、和保水剂均匀混合在一起,得育苗基质。
[0008]所述的营养土由以下重量份的原料制成:腐熟家禽粪颗粒30-50份、蛭石7-10份、珍珠岩5-10份、木肩粉6-8份、米糠粉8-10份、煤灰8-9份、唑菌胺酯杀菌剂1-2份;
所述营养土制备步骤:
A.将家禽粪在阳光下暴晒,至家禽粪表面发白,然后堆成高10-15cm的粪堆,并在其表面洒上农富康粪便发酵剂,按重量比发酵剂:家禽粪=1: 20,再在粪堆表面用塑料薄膜覆盖,经20天发酵后,将粪堆摊开暴晒脱水,再经粉碎机粉碎成颗粒,过80-100目筛,得腐熟家禽粪颗粒;
B.将蛭石、珍珠岩进行粉碎,过100-120目筛,然后置于300-350 V的高温中膨胀,冷却后,再次粉碎,过80-100目筛,得膨胀石粉;
C.将腐熟家禽粪颗粒和膨胀石粉混合,然后加入木肩粉、米糠粉、煤灰、唑菌胺酯杀菌剂,混合均勾,得营养土。

[0010]本发明的有益效果:本发明的芥兰的种植方法,培养周期短、可操作性强,成活率高,便于进行芥兰的大规模种植;种子经过喷洒促苗剂,种子萌发速度显著增快,并且能够明显提高萌发率,达到95.6%以上,生长出的幼苗长势齐,成活率高;培育基质中含有的钙、铁、锰、锌、镁、钾等营养元素,不仅能够满足幼苗时期的营养需求,还可以改善土壤的结构,进而促进幼苗的健康生长,提高幼苗吸收养分和水分的能,起到抑菌和抗病毒作用,减少后期幼苗的病虫害发生率;用营养土盖住种子,促进了种子的发芽,起到肥料的作用;本发明方法科学合理,简单易行,管理简便,易于种植户操作实施,适合大规模栽培,且产量高,品质好。

实施例
[0012] —种芥兰的种植方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)育苗:将芥兰种子在35-38°C的温水中浸泡18-20h,取出,将浸泡后的芥兰种子撒入含有育苗基质的穴盘上,覆盖上一层营养土,厚度为l_2cm,并喷洒促苗剂2-3次,每3天喷洒一次,每次喷洒至基质的含水量为55-60%,白天温度保持在20-25°C,夜间温度保持在15-20°C,当70%的种子萌芽出土时,始终保持基质的含水量在60-64%,待芥兰苗长高至7-8cm时,进行移栽;
(2)移栽:将芥兰苗从穴盘上取出芥兰幼苗,带土移栽,按行距17-20cm,株距18_25cm进行栽插;
(3)田间管理:移栽10天后,进行施复合肥一次,施肥量为100-130kg/亩,浇透水一次,此后7-10天进行补水,每次补水量400ml/株,每间隔一个月进行一次施农家肥,每次施肥量200-240kg/亩,并及时除草和松土 ;
(4)采收:当芥兰呈深蓝色,即可进行采收。
[0013]所述的基质由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻5份、蚤缀3份、米瓦罐2份、粟米草I份、破铜钱草5份、酶解液1.2份、动物粪混合物40份、环已基硫代磷酸三酰胺0.1份、灰色白云石粉末I份、树皮3份、保水剂2份。

(1)将海藻、蚤缀、米瓦罐、粟米草与破铜钱草进行捣烂再放入清水中,加入酶解液,均匀搅拌3-4h后,将水分完全蒸发出去,碾碎,得固体混合物;
(2)将动物粪混合物堆作一团,上层覆盖薄膜,在常温下发酵3-4天后,翻堆一次,升高温度到55-65°C,继续发酵6-8天,再进行粉碎,过筛,得腐熟发酵料;
(3)将固体混合物和腐熟发酵料混合加入环已基硫代磷酸三酰胺、灰色白云石粉末、树皮、和保水剂均匀混合在一起,得育苗基质。
[0015]所述的营养土由以下重量份的原料制成:腐熟家禽粪颗粒30份、蛭石10份、珍珠岩5份、木肩粉7份、米糠粉8份、煤灰8份、唑菌胺酯杀菌剂I份;
所述营养土制备步骤:
A.将家禽粪在阳光下暴晒,至家禽粪表面发白,然后堆成高10-15cm的粪堆,并在其表面洒上农富康粪便发酵剂,按重量比发酵剂:家禽粪=1: 20,再在粪堆表面用塑料薄膜覆盖,经20天发酵后,将粪堆摊开暴晒脱水,再经粉碎机粉碎成颗粒,过80-100目筛,得腐熟家禽粪颗粒;
B.将蛭石、珍珠岩进行粉碎,过100-120目筛,然后置于300-350 V的高温中膨胀,冷却后,再次粉碎,过80-100目筛,得膨胀石粉;
C.将腐熟家禽粪颗粒和膨胀石粉混合,然后加入木肩粉、米糠粉、煤灰、唑菌胺酯杀菌剂,混合均勾,得营养土。
[0016]所述的促苗剂为重量比1:10的赤霉素和磷酸二氢钾的水溶液,质量浓度为60-70%。
Claims (4)
1.一种芥兰的种植方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤: (1)育苗:将芥兰种子在35-38 °C的温水中浸泡18-20h,取出,将浸泡后的芥兰种子撒入含有育苗基质的穴盘上,覆盖上一层营养土,厚度为l_2cm,并喷洒促苗剂2-3次,每3天喷洒一次,每次喷洒至基质的含水量为55-60%,白天温度保持在20-25°C,夜间温度保持在15-20°C,当70%的种子萌芽出土时,始终保持基质的含水量在60-64%,待芥兰苗长高至7-8cm时,进行移栽; (2)移栽:将芥兰苗从穴盘上取出芥兰幼苗,带土移栽,按行距17-20cm,株距18-25cm进行栽插; (3)田间管理:移栽10天后,施复合肥一次,施肥量为100-130kg/亩,浇透水一次,此后7-10天进行补水,每次补水量400ml/株,每间隔一个月进行一次施农家肥,每次施肥量200-240kg/亩,并及时除草和松土; (4)采收:当芥兰呈深蓝色,即可进行采收。
