Abstract
本发明提供一种利用超细粉煤灰复合制作混凝土外加剂的方法,用超细磨将粉煤灰磨至比表面积大于1.0m2/g,用萘系减水剂、木钙、超细灰按1∶0.2~0.5∶8~25的比例制成混凝土泵送剂;用萘系减水剂、超细粉煤灰按1∶8~25的比例配制高强混凝土专用外加剂;用氧化铝、甲基纤维素、减水剂、超细粉煤灰按1∶3~5∶3~5∶20~50,配制粉煤灰防水剂。适用于多种建筑工程和建设工程。
Description
本发明涉及一种系列混凝土外加剂,特别是利用工业废渣粉煤灰,经高技术开发,配制混凝土复合外加剂,广泛用建筑、交通、水利、矿山、冶金等行业的各种混凝土工程。
工业废渣粉煤灰的处置和利用是带有全球性的重大课题,在发达国家粉煤灰的开发利用引起了足够重视,有筑路材料、混凝土和砂浆的掺和料、生产水泥、塑料填料、提取有用元素、烧制陶瓷、生产复合肥等。但对粉煤灰进行超细加工应用的却很少。
本发明的目的在于将粉煤灰进行超细加工、表面活化,激发粉煤灰的活性,并将粉煤灰作为活性载体,配制复合外加剂。可广泛用于各种混凝土工程。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
利用超磨细粉煤灰为主料,水泥混凝土外加剂配制成粉煤灰复合外加剂,其特征在于用振动磨或气流磨等超细磨将粉煤灰磨至比表面积大于1.0m2/g,与减水剂及其它水泥混凝土外加剂复合,根据不同功能要求,制成多种混凝土外加剂;泵送剂由萘系高效减水剂、木钙减水剂、超细粉煤灰组成,其配制比例依次为1∶0.2~0.5∶8~25,用混凝土机混配均匀;配制高强混凝土专用粉煤灰外加剂,用萘系高效减水剂、超细粉煤灰按1∶8~25的比例,用混料机混配均匀;用氧化铝、甲基纤维素、减水剂、超细粉煤灰按1∶3~5∶3~5∶20~50,准确计量后用混料机混配均匀。
下面举例说明:
实例1:将萘系高效减水剂、木钙、超细粉煤灰按比例1∶0.5∶12,配制成粉煤灰泵送剂。按水泥用量10%掺入混凝土中(同时取代10%水泥),其泵送混凝土性能如下:

普硅水泥
本发明的高强混凝土专用粉煤灰外加剂,用萘系高效减水剂与超细粉煤灰按1∶8-25的比例用混料机均匀混配。根据粉煤灰的细度和减水剂的掺量可配制多种强度等级的高强混凝土和高强泵送混凝土。
实例2:将粉煤灰超细加工至比表面积为1.15m2/g,萘系高效减水剂按1∶10的比例混配均匀。将外加剂按水泥用量的12%加入到混凝土中。
Claims (4)
1.利用超细粉煤灰复合混凝土外加剂的制造方法,利用超磨细粉煤灰为主料,复合不同功能的水泥混凝土外加剂配制成粉煤灰复合外加剂,其特征在于用振动磨或气流磨等超细磨将粉煤灰磨至比表面积大于1.0m2/g,与减水剂及其它水泥混凝土外加剂复合制成多种混凝土外加剂。
2.用权利要求1所述的方法加工超细粉煤灰配制粉煤灰泵送剂,其特征在于:泵送剂由萘系高效减水剂、木钙减水剂、超细粉煤灰组成,其配制比例依次为1∶0.2~0.5∶8~25,用混凝土机混配均匀。
3.按照权利要求1所述的超细粉煤灰复合外加剂制作方法,配制高强混凝土专用粉煤灰外加剂,其特征在于:用萘系高效减水剂、超细粉煤灰按1∶8~25的比例,用混料机混配均匀。
4.用权利要求1所述的方法加工超细粉煤灰,配制粉煤灰防水剂,其特征在于用氧化铝、甲基纤维素、减水剂、超细粉煤灰按1∶3~5∶3~5∶20~50,准确计量后用混料机混配均匀。
