The invention discloses a method and a device for pushing information. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: receiving a member joining request sent by a first account number concerning a public number; transferring the resource to be transferred to a public number or a second account number bound with the public number; recording the first account as a member account; acquiring an account number of a concerned public number; acquiring first information with a first identifier; and sending first information with a first identifier to the member account, wherein the first information with the first identifier is not allowed to be forwarded to a third account, and the third account is a non-member account in the first target account and the second target account. The invention solves the technical problem that the public number has a single information sending form for all concerned accounts in the prior art.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of internet, in particular to a method and a device for pushing information.

Background

The public number is an account number which is registered on a public platform and passes information verification, and the public number can provide services for the personal account number by using the capability provided by the public platform. For example, the public post can send articles, pictures, videos, etc. to individual users. Individual users may focus on the public number if they are interested in the content delivered by the public number. Users who have paid attention to the public number can receive information transmitted by the public number. Currently, the public number sends the same information to all users who have paid attention to the public number. However, in practice, the needs of these users who have paid attention to public numbers are different. For example, assuming that a public number is about english study, a total of 1000 people pay attention to the public number, 700 of the 1000 people simply browse the contents transmitted by the public number at will, and the remaining 300 people are very interested in the contents transmitted by the public number and always look through the contents transmitted by the public number.

In the prior art, the public number sends the same information to all concerned accounts, the form is single, and the real requirements of users are ignored.

In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides an information pushing method and device, which at least solve the technical problem that the information sending form of a public number to all concerned accounts is single in the prior art.

According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a method for pushing information, including: receiving a member joining request sent by a first account concerned with the public number, wherein the member joining request carries indication information used for indicating resources to be transferred; transferring the resource to be transferred to a public number or a second account number bound with the public number; recording the first account as a member account; acquiring account numbers concerning public numbers, wherein the account numbers concerning the public numbers at least comprise first type target account numbers and second type target account numbers, the public numbers are set to send different types of information to the first type target account numbers and the second type target account numbers, and one of the first type target account numbers and the second type target account numbers is the member type account numbers; acquiring the first information with a first identifier, wherein the first identifier is used for marking that the first information is allowed to be viewed by the member account; and sending the first information with the first identification to the member account, wherein the first information with the first identification is not allowed to be forwarded to a third account, and the third account is a non-member account in the first target account and the second target account.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a method for pushing information, including: receiving a first instruction, wherein the first instruction is used for instructing a public number to send first information to a first type of target account, the account concerning the public number at least comprises the first type of target account and a second type of target account, and the public number is set to send different types of information to the first type of target account and the second type of target account; acquiring the first type of target account; and sending the first information to the first type of target account through the public number.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The first terminal 102 and the second terminal 106 may communicate with each other without the first terminal 102 being connected to the server 104. Such networks include, but are not limited to: the terminal 102 may be a mobile phone terminal, or may also be a PC terminal, a notebook terminal, or a tablet terminal.

The main operating principles of the hardware environment system shown in fig. 1 are:

the first account logged in through the first terminal 102 and the third account logged in through the second terminal 106 are both interested in a particular public number. The first account sends a member joining request, the server 104 receives the member joining request sent by the first account, and the server 104 records the first account as a member account. The server 104 also records the third account as a non-member account. The server 104 acquires first information with the first identifier, and the server 104 sends the first information to the member account, wherein the member account can view the first information but cannot forward the first information to the non-member account. For example, the server 104 sends the first information to the first account, which is able to view the first information but is unable to forward the first information to the third account.

The method comprises the steps that account numbers concerning public numbers are divided into member account numbers and non-member account numbers, the public numbers send different information to the member account numbers and the non-member account numbers, the information sent to the member account numbers carries marks, and the information sent to the member account numbers is not allowed to be forwarded to the non-member account numbers, so that the technical problem that the information sending form of the public numbers to all the concerned account numbers is single in the prior art is solved, and the technical effect that the information sending form of the public numbers to the concerned account numbers is diversified is achieved.

Further, the member joining request sent by the first account carries indication information for indicating the resource to be transferred, and the server 104 transfers the resource to be transferred to the public number or the account bound with the public number.

The account concerning the public number at least comprises two types of accounts, namely a first type target account and a second type target account, and the public number sends first information to the first type target account. The first type of target account may be a member type account, and the second type of target account may be a non-member type account. The public number sends different information to the member account and the non-member account. The information sent by the public number to the member account is provided with an identifier, and after the member account receives the information sent by the public number, the information can be checked, but the information cannot be forwarded to the non-member account.

By sending different information to different types of accounts and not allowing the information to be forwarded among the different types of accounts, the fact that the accounts belonging to different types can receive and check different information is guaranteed.

The process of becoming a member account is as follows: assuming that a first account wishes to join a member, the first account needs to pay attention to a public number, and initiates a member joining request after paying attention to the public number, wherein the member joining request carries indication information for indicating resources to be transferred, and the resources to be transferred can be money, virtual money and the like. The member joining request carries account information of the first account, a numerical value of the resource to be transferred and the like. Transferring the resource to be transferred to a public number or an account number bound with the public number, and recording the first account number as a member account number.

After the public number records the first account as a member account, a manager of the public number can know information such as account information of the first account and a value of a resource transferred to the public number by the first account. When a certain account clicks a menu to initiate a query request, information corresponding to the query request is sent to the account. To enhance the user experience, the experience period of the member service may be set.

After a first account paying attention to the public number initiates a member joining request and transfers resources to the public number or an account bound with the public number, the first account becomes a member account. The first account has a predetermined experience period from the first account becoming a member account. And if the first account cancels the attention of the public number or withdraws the member joining request outside the experience period, the resources are not returned to the first account. The predetermined time may be set to 7 days, 10 days, 30 days, etc.

It should be noted that, the public numbers do not influence each other, and the user can simultaneously apply for and enjoy member services of multiple public numbers.

When the administrator of the public number determines to activate the member function, the public platform presents the interface shown in fig. 2 to the public number. The manager of the public number needs to activate a personal payment function, such as a personal WeChat payment function. The manager of the public number needs to fill in the material in the interface as shown in fig. 2, and the content to be filled in may include: A. the payment system comprises a payment setting module, a payment setting module. The account which does not pay attention to the public number cannot view the member detail page entry, and the account which cancels the paying attention to the public number after becoming a member cannot view the member detail page entry.

In order to protect the benefit of the user, the embodiment of the invention provides a reporting mechanism. When the member is dissatisfied due to inconsistency between member services provided by the public number and previous promises or other reasons, the member can communicate with an administrator of the public number through a multi-customer service function of the member, can submit complaint information at a complaint entrance of an interface of the public number, and can also submit the complaint information through a complaint entrance of articles, pictures or videos sent by the public number. Only members can submit complaint information.

Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of interaction between a general user, a concerned user and a member user and a public number according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 12, the a-public number is a public number, and after paying attention to the a-public number, the general user becomes an attention-paid user. A, editing a common article a by a public number and sending the article a to a concerned user. Attention has been paid to the ability of the user to read the plain article a sent by the a-public. Users who do not pay attention to the a public number can also read the plain article a. The concerned user becomes a member user after paying a member fee. And A, editing a member article b by the public number and sending the member article b to a member user. The member user can read the member article b transmitted by the a-public number.

The link of the member article b is contained in the general article a, and the page can jump to the member article b by clicking the link. Before the interface jumps, the server judges whether the current user is a member user, and if the current user is the member user, the page is allowed to jump to a member article b; if the user is not a member user, jumping to the page of the member article b and popping up a prompt message to prompt that the current content cannot be checked and can be checked after becoming a member.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the server stores at least two tables, one table (as table 1) stores member information of all accounts concerning public numbers, for example, whether the accounts are members, what the grades of the members are, and the like, and the other table (as table 2) stores account information of each account of member classes, for example, the accounts, the grades of the members, the starting time of becoming members, the validity period, and the like.

The beneficial effects that the embodiment of the invention can produce mainly include the following aspects: the activity of the public number is improved; the content received by the user is enriched; promoting the development of public platforms.

By dividing users subscribing the public numbers into different levels, the fees paid by the users of each level to the public numbers are different, the public numbers provide contents with different values for the users of each level, and more paying users can be attracted when the contents provided by the public numbers are high in quality, so that more and more public numbers are encouraged to contribute contents such as articles, pictures, videos and the like with high quality on a public platform.

The individual user can regularly receive the information sent by the public number, and can enjoy better service only by paying certain membership fee, the content received by the user is enriched, and the loyalty of the user to the public number is favorably developed. And the user can enjoy the experience period service, and the experience period is unsatisfied with the unconditional return of the member fee. When the service provided by the public number is different from the promised service, the user can communicate with the administrator of the public number or directly complain about the violation behavior of the public number, so that the user experience is improved, and the satisfaction degree of the user is improved.

When the quality of articles, pictures, videos and other contents contributed by the public number on the public platform is higher, more users paying member fees to the public number are provided, the more income the public number can obtain is provided, so that the public number has higher capability and power to contribute contents with higher quality on the public platform so as to attract more users to join in members, a virtuous circle is formed, and the development of the public platform is promoted.

It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided an information pushing apparatus for implementing the information pushing method, where the information pushing apparatus is mainly used to execute the information pushing method provided in the foregoing content of the embodiment of the present invention, and the information pushing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically described as follows:

The second sending unit 1406 is configured to send the first information to the first type of target account through the public number.

Optionally, one of the first type target account and the second type target account is a member type account, and the apparatus further includes: the third receiving unit is used for receiving a member joining request sent by the first account of the concerned public number before the second receiving unit receives the first instruction, wherein the member joining request carries indication information used for indicating resources to be transferred; the second transfer unit is used for transferring the resource to be transferred to the public number or a second account number bound with the public number; and the second recording unit is used for recording the first account as a member account.

Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the first display unit is used for displaying the account information of the member account and obtaining the information of the resource transferred from the member account to the public number after the second recording unit records the first account as the member account.

Optionally, one of the first type target account and the second type target account is a member type account, and the second sending unit includes: the acquiring subunit is used for acquiring first information and adding a first identifier to the first information, wherein the first identifier is used for marking that the first information is allowed to be viewed by the member account; the sending subunit is configured to send first information with a first identifier to the member account through the public number, where the first information with the first identifier is not allowed to be forwarded to a third account, and the third account is a non-member account in the first-class target account and the second-class target account.

Optionally, the second transfer unit comprises: a detecting subunit, configured to detect whether a second instruction is received within a predetermined time, where the second instruction is used to instruct cancellation of an attention public number or a membership revocation joining request; the rollback subunit is configured to rollback the resource to be transferred to the first account if the second instruction is detected within the predetermined time; and the transferring subunit is used for transferring the resource to be transferred to the public number or the second account number bound with the public number if the second instruction is not detected within the preset time.

Optionally, if the second instruction is detected outside the predetermined time, the transfer subunit no longer backs the resource to be transferred to the first account.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a server for implementing the push method of the information, as shown in fig. 15, the server mainly includes a processor 1501, a display 1503, a data interface 1504, a memory 1505, and a network interface 1506, where:

the data interface 1504 transmits the data to the processor 1501 mainly by means of data transmission.

The memory 1505 is mainly used for storing account information of accounts which pay attention to public numbers and information of member accounts.

The network interface 1506 is mainly used for network communication with a server.

The display 1503 is mainly used to display account information of accounts for which public numbers have been paid attention.

The processor 1501 is mainly configured to perform the following operations:

Processor 1501 is also configured to perform: displaying a first type option to the first type target account, wherein the first type option is different from a second type option, and the second type option is an option displayed from the public number to the second type target account; and when a query request is received through the first type option, sending second information requested by the query request to the first type target account.

Processor 1501 is also configured to perform: detecting whether a second instruction is received within a preset time, wherein the second instruction is used for indicating that the public number is not paid attention or the member joining request is withdrawn; if the second instruction is detected within the preset time, the resources to be transferred are returned to the first account; and if the second instruction is not detected in the preset time, transferring the resource to be transferred to the public number or a second account number bound with the public number.

Processor 1501 is also configured to perform: and if the second instruction is detected outside the preset time, the resources to be transferred are not returned to the first account.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium. Alternatively, in this embodiment, the storage medium may be used to store the program code of the information push method according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Claims

1. A method for pushing information is characterized by comprising the following steps:

receiving a member joining request sent by a first account number paying attention to a public number, wherein the member joining request carries indication information used for indicating resources to be transferred;

transferring the resource to be transferred to a public number or a second account number bound with the public number;

recording the first account as a member account;

dividing the member account into account numbers of different levels according to the paid member fee, wherein the account numbers of different levels have different forwarding authorities;

setting an experience period for the member account, wherein the member account has the experience period when the member account becomes the member account of the concerned public number for the first time;

acquiring account numbers concerning public numbers, wherein the account numbers concerning the public numbers at least comprise first-class target account numbers and second-class target account numbers, the public numbers are set to send different types of information to the first-class target account numbers and the second-class target account numbers, and one of the first-class target account numbers and the second-class target account numbers is the member-class account numbers;

acquiring first information with a first identifier, wherein the first identifier is used for marking that the first information is allowed to be viewed by the member account;

sending the first information with the first identifier to the member account, where the first information with the first identifier is not allowed to be forwarded to a third account, where the third account is a non-member account in the first-class target account and the second-class target account, where the first information at least includes: member exclusive articles and member exclusive videos issued by the public number in all channels, and member exclusive articles and member exclusive video information issued by the public number periodically;

after the operation of clicking the head portrait of the member account, displaying the member starting and ending time of the member account and/or the accumulated member starting and ending time of the member account as the member time;

receiving a modification operation on the public number information in a first interface, and executing the modification operation, wherein the modification operation is used for modifying one of the following contents: the member service time and the service content of the public number and the cost for becoming the public number member account;

and receiving a screening instruction of a time period in a second interface, executing the screening instruction and displaying a member account list corresponding to the time period.

2. A method for pushing information is characterized by comprising the following steps:

receiving a first instruction, wherein the first instruction is used for instructing a public number to send first information to a first type of target account, the account concerning the public number at least comprises the first type of target account and a second type of target account, and the public number is set to send different types of information to the first type of target account and the second type of target account;

acquiring the first type of target account;

sending the first information to the first type target account through the public number, wherein the first information at least comprises: member exclusive articles and member exclusive videos issued by the public number in all channels, and member exclusive articles and member exclusive video information issued by the public number periodically;

the method further comprises the following steps: after the operation of clicking the head portrait of the member account, displaying the member starting and ending time of the member account and/or the accumulated member starting and ending time of the member account as the member time;

sending a modification operation on the public number information in a first interface, wherein the modification operation is used for modifying one of the following contents: the member service time and the service content of the public number and the cost for becoming the public number member account;

and sending a screening instruction of a time period to a second interface, executing the screening instruction in the second interface and displaying a member account list corresponding to the time period.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein one of the first type of target account and the second type of target account is a member type account, and wherein prior to the receiving the first instruction, the method further comprises:

receiving a member joining request sent by a first account paying attention to the public number, wherein the member joining request carries indication information used for indicating resources to be transferred;

transferring the resource to be transferred to the public number or a second account number bound with the public number;

and recording the first account as the member account.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein after recording the first account number as the member class account number, the method further comprises:

displaying account information of the member account and obtaining information of resources transferred from the member account to the public number.

5. The method of claim 3, wherein one of the first type target account and the second type target account is a member type account, and the sending the first information to the first type target account through the public number comprises:

acquiring the first information and adding a first identifier into the first information, wherein the first identifier is used for marking that the first information is allowed to be viewed by the member account;

and sending the first information with the first identifier to the member account through the public number, wherein the first information with the first identifier is not allowed to be forwarded to a third account, and the third account is a non-member account in the first target account and the second target account.

6. The method of claim 2, further comprising:

displaying a first type option to the first type target account, wherein the first type option is different from a second type option, and the second type option is an option displayed from the public number to the second type target account;

and when a query request is received through the first type option, sending second information requested by the query request to the first type target account.

7. The method of claim 3, wherein transferring the resource to be transferred to the public number or a second account bound to the public number comprises:

detecting whether a second instruction is received within a preset time, wherein the second instruction is used for indicating that the public number is not paid attention or the member joining request is withdrawn;

if the second instruction is detected within the preset time, the resources to be transferred are returned to the first account;

and if the second instruction is not detected in the preset time, transferring the resource to be transferred to the public number or a second account number bound with the public number.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein if the second instruction is not detected within the predetermined time, transferring the resource to be transferred to the public number or a second account bound to the public number comprises:

and if the second instruction is detected outside the preset time, the resources to be transferred are not returned to the first account.

9. An apparatus for pushing information, comprising:

the system comprises a first receiving unit, a second receiving unit and a third receiving unit, wherein the first receiving unit is used for receiving a member joining request sent by a first account number paying attention to a public number, and the member joining request carries indication information used for indicating resources to be transferred;

the first transfer unit is used for transferring the resource to be transferred to a public number or a second account number bound with the public number;

the first recording unit is used for recording the first account number as a member account number;

the system comprises a first obtaining unit, a second obtaining unit and a third obtaining unit, wherein the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining accounts concerning public numbers, the accounts concerning the public numbers at least comprise first-class target accounts and second-class target accounts, the public numbers are set to send different types of information to the first-class target accounts and the second-class target accounts, and one of the first-class target accounts and the second-class target accounts is the member-class account;

a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain first information with a first identifier, where the first identifier is used to mark that the first information is allowed to be viewed by the member account;

a first sending unit, configured to send the first information with the first identifier to the member account, where the first information with the first identifier is not allowed to be forwarded to a third account, and the third account is a non-member account in the first-class target account and the second-class target account, where the first information at least includes: member exclusive articles and member exclusive videos issued by the public number in all channels, and member exclusive articles and member exclusive video information issued by the public number periodically;

wherein the apparatus is further configured to perform: dividing the member account into account numbers of different levels according to the paid member fee, wherein the account numbers of different levels have different forwarding authorities;

the apparatus is further configured to perform: after the operation of clicking the head portrait of the member account, displaying the member starting and ending time of the member account and/or the accumulated member starting and ending time of the member account as the member time;

the apparatus is further configured to perform: receiving a modification operation on the public number information in a first interface, and executing the modification operation, wherein the modification operation is used for modifying one of the following contents: the member service time and the service content of the public number and the cost for becoming the public number member account;

10. An apparatus for pushing information, comprising:

a second receiving unit, configured to receive a first instruction, where the first instruction is used to instruct a public number to send first information to a first type of target account, an account concerning the public number at least includes the first type of target account and a second type of target account, and the public number is set to send different types of information to the first type of target account and the second type of target account;

a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain the first type of target account;

a second sending unit, configured to send the first information to the first type target account through the public number, where the first information at least includes: member exclusive articles and member exclusive videos issued by the public number in all channels, and member exclusive articles and member exclusive video information issued by the public number periodically;

the apparatus is further configured to perform: after the operation of clicking the head portrait of the first type target account number, displaying the member starting and ending time of the member type account number and/or the accumulated member type account number as the member time;

the apparatus is further configured to perform: sending a modification operation on the public number information in a first interface, wherein the modification operation is used for modifying one of the following contents: the member service time and the service content of the public number and the cost for becoming the public number member account;

11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein one of the first type of target account and the second type of target account is a member type account, the apparatus further comprising:

a third receiving unit, configured to receive, before the second receiving unit receives the first instruction, a member joining request sent by a first account paying attention to the public number, where the member joining request carries indication information used for indicating a resource to be transferred;

the second transfer unit is used for transferring the resource to be transferred to the public number or a second account number bound with the public number;

and the second recording unit is used for recording the first account as the member account.

12. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:

the first display unit is used for displaying the account information of the member account and obtaining the information of the resource transferred from the member account to the public number after the second recording unit records the first account as the member account.

13. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein one of the first type target account and the second type target account is a member type account, and the second sending unit includes:

an obtaining subunit, configured to obtain the first information and add a first identifier to the first information, where the first identifier is used to mark that the first information is allowed to be viewed by the member account;

a sending subunit, configured to send the first information with the first identifier to the member account through the public number, where the first information with the first identifier is not allowed to be forwarded to a third account, and the third account is a non-member account in the first type target account and the second type target account.

14. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:

the second display unit is used for displaying a first type option to the first type target account, wherein the first type option is different from a second type option, and the second type option is an option displayed to the second type target account by the public number;

and the third sending unit is used for sending second information requested by the query request to the first-class target account when the query request is received through the first-class option.

a detecting subunit, configured to detect whether a second instruction is received within a predetermined time, where the second instruction is used to instruct cancellation of paying attention to the public number or revocation of the member joining request;

a rollback subunit, configured to rollback the resource to be transferred to the first account if the second instruction is detected within the predetermined time;

and the transferring subunit is configured to, if the second instruction is not detected within the predetermined time, transfer the resource to be transferred to the public number or the second account bound to the public number.

16. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein if the second instruction is detected outside the predetermined time, the transferring subunit does not rollback the resource to be transferred to the first account.

17. A computer-readable storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
