本发明公开一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:包括取暖器、基座壳和出风框和风机;所述基座壳的侧壁设置有通风镂空,所述风机设置于所述基座壳内,所述基座壳的顶部连通所述出风框的一侧;所述出风框的截面的中部设置有通风空腔,所述出风框的侧壁设置有出风口;所述取暖器设置于基座壳的顶部。本发明的有益效果:1.通过取暖器和风扇部件的有机结合,使得两者可以一同使用,减少了设备的占地面积;2.采用无叶风扇,避免了上述安全隐患;3.同时配备了空气净化的模块,使得风扇部件在吹风时可以同时对室内空气进行净化处理,一举三得。

一种取暖无叶风扇一体机
技术领域
本发明涉及家电技术领域,具体涉及一种取暖无叶风扇一体机。
背景技术
随着我国人们生活水平的不断提高,人们在日常生活中越来越愿意使用多功能而且安全性能高的多功能电器产品。但是,目前市面上大部分家用电器产品只是担当一部分的功能,这就造成了电器季节性的资源浪费。例如,电热取暖器只能在冬天温度较低的场合所使用,到了夏季等温度较高的场合并不适用,但是冬天的使用时间相对整一年的时间比例并不大,电热取暖器过了冬季就要找地方去存放电热取暖器,电热取暖器也占用了家居环境空间,导致空间资源浪费。又或者是,普通电风扇只能在需要降温或者吹风的场合所使用,也存在年使用率不高和占用家居环境空间资源,而且,普通电风扇利用扇叶的旋转制风,需要有电机带动扇叶转动,因为是多级传动,传动的效率并不是很高,导致吹送风的范围并不是很大。因为有扇叶,若人们不小心将手伸进风扇扇叶当中,会刮伤手,也存在一定的安全隐患。目前市面上,并不多见无叶吹风风扇和电热取暖器的一体机电器产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种简单可靠,具有取暖器和风扇部件一体的设备
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,包括取暖器、基座壳和出风框和风机;所述基座壳的侧壁设置有通风镂空,所述风机设置于所述基座壳内,所述基座壳的顶部连通所述出风框1的一侧;所述出风框的截面的中部设置有通风空腔,所述出风框的侧壁设置有出风口;所述取暖器设置于基座壳的顶部。
优选的,所述取暖器包括红外发热管、反射罩和防烫网罩,所述红外发热管的一端安装在反射罩的内侧的中部,所述防烫网罩安装设置在所述反射罩开口处。
优选的,所述出风框为圆环或椭圆环状,所述出风框的侧壁为螺旋状设置,出风框的出风口设置于所述出风框的内侧。
优选的,还设置有负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器设置于所述风机的上方。
优选的,还设置有空气净化器,所述空气净化器从下至上依次包括紫光灯、光触媒装置、活性炭装置和静电除尘装置,所述空气净化器设置于所述风机和负离子发生器之间。
优选的,所述基座壳包括容纳通风部和气流增压部,所述气流增压部设置于所述容纳通风部的上端,所述气流增压部的横截面积小于所述容纳通风部,所述气流增压部的窄口端连通所述出风框。
优选的,还包括控制装置,所述控制装置包括热量控制模块和输出空气流量模块,所述热量控制模块电连接所述取暖器,所述输出空气流量模块电连接所述风机。
优选的,还设置有底座,所述底座设置于所述基座壳的底端。
优选的,所述取暖器和所述出风框之间设置有通风间隙,所述反射罩开口方向与所述出风框的出风方向相反。
优选的,所述取暖器和所述出风框之间设置有通风间隙,所述反射罩开口方向与所述出风框的出风方向相同。
本发明的有益效果:1.通过取暖器和风扇部件的有机结合,使得两者可以一同使用,减少了设备的占地面积;2.采用无叶风扇,避免了上述安全隐患;3.同时配备了空气净化的模块,使得风扇部件在吹风时可以同时对室内空气进行净化处理,一举三得。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
本实施例的取暖无叶风扇一体机,如图1所示,包括取暖器、基座壳和出风框1和风机2;所述基座壳的侧壁设置有通风镂空3,所述风机2设置于所述基座壳内,所述基座壳的顶部连通所述出风框1的一侧;所述出风框1的截面的中部设置有通风空腔,所述出风框1的侧壁设置有出风口;所述取暖器设置于基座壳的顶部。
本实施例的取暖无叶风扇一体机把取暖器和风扇有机结合,在温度低的冬季,开启取暖器,而在温度较高的夏季,则可以使用其风扇的功能,与独立的取暖器和独立的风扇相比,大大减少了占地面积,而且生产成本也大大降低。
优选的,所述取暖器包括红外发热管43、反射罩41和防烫网罩42,所述红外发热管42的一端安装在反射罩41的内侧的中部,所述防烫网罩42安装设置在所述反射罩41开口处。红外发热管43产生电热,并将热量辐射到使用环境当中,一部分热量经过反射罩41的反射再辐射回使用环境当中;结构简单可靠。
优选的,所述出风框1为圆环或椭圆环状,所述出风框1的侧壁为螺旋状设置(如图2所示),出风框1的出风口设置于所述出风框1的内侧。本取暖无叶风扇一体机,风扇部分工作时,风机2把空气从通风镂空3中抽入,并输送至所述出风框1的通风空腔,接着如图2的箭头所示,气流从螺旋状的侧壁的出风口处流出。
优选的,还设置有负离子发生器6,所述负离子发生器6设置于所述风机2的上方。负离子,则有良好的生物活性,易于透过人体血脑屏障,进入人体发挥其生物效应;避免在密闭的空间进行取暖时,空气中的负离子含量降低,导致人员出现胸闷、头晕、乏力、工作效率和健康状况下降。
优选的,还设置有空气净化器,所述空气净化器从下至上依次包括紫光灯、光触媒装置、活性炭装置和静电除尘装置,所述空气净化器设置于所述风机2和负离子发生器6之间。空气净化器在过滤空气时,空气遇到紫光灯33和光触媒装置34,在紫光灯33的照射下,一方面紫外线具有杀菌的作用,另一方面,光触媒装置34在紫光灯33发射出的紫外光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解作用,降解空气中的有毒有害气体,杀灭多种细菌,能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解以及无害化处理。经过消毒净化的空气,在活性炭装置和静电除尘装置的共同作用下,吸附空气中的大颗粒灰尘和进一步净化空气。
优选的,所述基座壳包括容纳通风部和气流增压部5,所述气流增压部5设置于所述容纳通风部的上端,所述气流增压部的横截面积小于所述容纳通风部,所述气流增压部的窄口端连通所述出风框1;设置气流增压部5使得在容纳通风部流动的空气加速排出,可以使得空气吹得更远。
优选的,还包括控制装置7,所述控制装置包括热量控制模块和输出空气流量模块,所述热量控制模块电连接所述取暖器,所述输出空气流量模块电连接所述风机2。设置控制装置能够很好很方便控制设备的使用状态,整个控制过程也足够人性化,而且避免单个模块进行控制时出现功率负荷过大的问题。
优选的,还设置有底座,所述底座8设置于所述基座壳的底端。底座8支撑实施例的取暖无叶风扇一体机,优选的,所述底座8还可以设置有脚轮,使得室内取暖空气净化一体机可以方便移动。
优选的,所述取暖器和所述出风框1之间设置有通风间隙,所述反射罩41开口方向与所述出风框1的出风方向相反。或者,优选的,所述取暖器和所述出风框1之间设置有通风间隙,所述反射罩41开口方向与所述出风框1的出风方向相同。设置通风间隙,可以在风扇部分运作时,从通风间隙中吸取更多的空气,从而增加风扇的风力;而反射罩41开口方向与所述出风框1的出风方向相反则可以使得这两者互不干扰相应的工作;所述反射罩41开口方向与所述出风框1的出风方向相同,则可以在取暖器工作时,同时开动风扇部分,使得取暖器产生的热量可以更快地进行吹散,增加取暖器的工作效率。

1.一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:包括取暖器、基座壳和出风框和风机;
所述基座壳的侧壁设置有通风镂空,所述风机设置于所述基座壳内,所述基座壳的顶部连通所述出风框的一侧;
所述出风框的截面的中部设置有通风空腔,所述出风框的侧壁设置有出风口;
所述取暖器设置于基座壳的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:所述取暖器包括红外发热管、反射罩和防烫网罩,所述红外发热管的一端安装在反射罩的内侧的中部,所述防烫网罩安装设置在所述反射罩开口处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:所述出风框为圆环或椭圆环状,所述出风框的侧壁为螺旋状设置,出风框的出风口设置于所述出风框的内侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:还设置有负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器设置于所述风机的上方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:还设置有空气净化器,所述空气净化器从下至上依次包括紫光灯、光触媒装置、活性炭装置和静电除尘装置,所述空气净化器设置于所述风机和负离子发生器之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:所述基座壳包括容纳通风部和气流增压部,所述气流增压部设置于所述容纳通风部的上端,所述气流增压部的横截面积小于所述容纳通风部,所述气流增压部的窄口端连通所述出风框。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:还包括控制装置,所述控制装置包括热量控制模块和输出空气流量模块,所述热量控制模块电连接所述取暖器,所述输出空气流量模块电连接所述风机。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:还设置有底座,所述底座设置于所述基座壳的底端。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种取暖无叶风扇一体机,其特征在于:所述取暖器和所述出风框之间设置有通风间隙,所述反射罩开口方向与所述出风框的出风方向相反。
