[0015] 空气取暖净化一体机,具有前壳体11和后壳体12,所述前壳体11后端和后壳体12前端固定连接为一体形成腔体,所述腔体由空气净化腔15和加热腔16构成,所述空气净化腔15位于加热腔16下方且两者之间设有负离子发生器6,所述空气净化腔15内设有多级空气净化装置,具体说,所述多级空气净化装置包括粗效过滤单元1、甲醛过滤单元2、活性炭过滤单元3和高效过滤单元4,所述粗效过滤单元I设置在进风口 14处,所述甲醛过滤单元2、活性炭过滤单元3和高效过滤单元4顺序设置在空气净化腔15内且三者之间的位置可调换;粗效过滤单元I预过滤,预过滤网经过抗菌物质处理,可虑除头发、宠物毛发等较大颗粒;所述甲醛过滤单元2为甲醛过滤网,专用甲醛过滤网结合活性炭过滤网,有效过滤掉甲醛及其挥发性有机化合物(VOC)以及有害气体和气味(选择性过滤网);所述活性炭过滤单元3为活性炭毡网,高吸收活性炭过滤网,可有效过滤异味和各种有害气体,包括甲醛;所述高效过滤单元4为HEPA过滤网,高效能HEPA过滤网可有效过滤掉细菌、大于20纳米的微细颗粒(包括部分病毒),抑菌涂层可抑制细菌和病毒。所述空气净化腔15还设有风机5,所述风机5进口端与风道9出口端连通,所述风道9进口端与最后一个过滤单元的出口端连通,风机5出口端与负离子发生器6进口端连通。风机5主要将净化空气吹进加热腔和加速空气循环(为了防止加热装置向下的辐射热,此处应该加隔热层,另外电机有载体,必定会产生声音,此处还应该增加隔音效果)。
[0016] 上述加热腔16内设有加热装置7,具体说,所述加热装置7为电加热管、硅橡胶加热管或PTC加热管。其中,所述后壳体12下端部设有温控器10并制有开口超下的进风口14,所述后壳体12上端部制有开口超上的出风口 8,空气从进风口 14进入空气净化腔15内净化后进入负离子发生器6消毒再进入加热腔16加热后从出风口 8到达室内。负离子发生器6利用高电压电离空气产生高浓度负离子的装置负离子杀菌及净化空气功能的主要原理在于负离子与细菌结合后,使细菌产生结构的改变或能量的转移,导致细菌死亡,最终降沉于地面,使空气中细菌迅速递减,同时负离子可与空气中的尘埃结合沉淀,达到除尘的目的。

[0018] 工作原理:风机5启动使室内空气循环流动,污染的空气通过空气净化腔15内的多级空气净化装置后将各种污染物清除或吸附,然后经过负离子发生器6 (工作时负离子发生器6中的高压产生直流负高压),将空气不断电离,产生大量负离子,被风机5送到加热腔16内,形成负离子气流,然后经过加热装置7将其加热,达到清洁、净化有热量的空气的目的;本实用新型还设计有控制系统,有效的将取暖功能和净化空气功能结合,分为三种形式:①单功能取暖器;②单功能空气净化器;③取暖空气净化一体机。

2.根据权利要求1所述的空气取暖净化一体机,其特征在于:所述多级空气净化装置包括粗效过滤单元(I)、甲醛过滤单元(2)、活性炭过滤单元(3)和高效过滤单元(4),所述粗效过滤单元(I)设置在进风口(14)处,所述甲醛过滤单元(2)、活性炭过滤单元(3)和高效过滤单元(4)顺序设置在空气净化腔(15)内且三者之间的位置可调换,所述空气净化腔(15)还设有风机(5),所述风机(5)进口端与风道(9)出口端连通,所述风道(9)进口端与最后一个过滤单元的出口端连通,风机(5)出口端与负离子发生器(6)进口端连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气取暖净化一体机,其特征在于:所述甲醛过滤单元(2)为甲醛过滤网,所述活性炭过滤单元(3)为活性炭毡网,所述高效过滤单元(4)为HEPA过滤网。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的空气取暖净化一体机,其特征在于:所述加热装置(7)为电加热管、硅橡胶加热管或PTC加热管。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空气取暖净化一体机,其特征在于:固定架(13)安装在后壳体(12)后端形成壁挂式结构或安装在机体下端形成落地式结构。
