Abstract

本发明公开了一种导向固定型双密封方法,在承口部位从外向内依次设为圆锥面密封结构和圆柱面密封结构,圆锥面密封结构和圆柱面密封结构共同作为导向机构,然后将与导向机构结构配套的密封接头插入导向机构内进行固定密封。本发明还公开了此方法的专有装置。本发明中转此承插接头采用双密封设计,在产品处于特殊环境下能更好的保证其密封效果,使用性更稳定。

一种导向固定型双密封方法及其密封装置
技术领域
本发明属于机械密封领域,具体涉及一种导向固定型双密封方法及其密封装置。
背景技术
MW26-G/DYN中速磨煤机液压系统的进、回油管均是弧度连接,油管是由数节不锈钢管拼接而成均匀环形,但是油管拼接位置的三通连接器则是直线设计,导致安装过程中连接处产生受力不均衡;加之磨煤机内部进入坚硬物体导致磨煤机本体工作负荷突增,本体震动量过大,与其连接的各油管接头紧固能力无法满足其超负荷震动而出现松动,导致连接处出现漏油现象。
为了缓解渗油现象,人们在原有基础上提出了许多改进方案,如:对进、回油管进行加固,对接头处涂抹加固胶水等,并取得了一定效果,尽管如此,这些措施仍不能保证其正常使用,无法满足磨煤机在越来越复杂的工作环境下,对密封部件性能、寿命的苛刻要求。改进优化连接方式及密封形式是推动机械密封发展的重要手段。现有密封结构具有如下缺陷:
1、单密封情况在低压环境下表现良好,但在高压环境下使用,其稳定性和密封性都会大大降低,寿命和使用安全性都会下降;
2、锥面或球面构造,在使用环境剧烈震动时易松动,不能较好的保证密封效果;
3、锥面接头与其连接的管子发生变形或弯曲时,锥面接头与三通进行对接时易产生错口,达不到其密封效果。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种导向固定型双密封方法及其密封装置。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种导向固定型双密封方法,在承口部位从外向内依次设为圆锥面密封结构和圆柱面密封结构,圆锥面密封结构和圆柱面密封结构共同作为导向定位机构,然后将与导向机构结构配套的密封接头插入导向机构内进行固定密封。
上述密封方法专用的导向固定型双密封装置,包括连接器和密封接头,所述连接器至少有一密封承口,所述密封承口从外向内依次设为圆锥面密封承口和圆柱面密封承口,所述密封接头端口呈与密封承口相配套的结构。
优选地,所述连接器为T字型的三通连接器。
优选地,所述连接器承口外有螺纹。
优选地,所述连接器和密封接头通过活动螺母进行固定连接。
优选地,所述密封接头上至少设有一密封圈。
优选地,所述密封接头上密封圈的数量为2时,在与圆锥面密封承口和圆柱面密封承口相接触面分别设有锥面密封圈和柱面密封圈。
优选地,所述圆锥面密封承口的锥度与水平之间的夹角范围为2°~10°。
本发明中,密封接头通过活动螺母与三通连接器安装在一起,密封接头的锥面和圆柱面与三通连接器的锥面和内孔面贴合,密封圈与三通连接器内壁实现挤压密封,形成双密封构造;同时密封接头的前端圆柱结构起到导向和固定作用,在安装管道发生弯曲时,密封接头和三通连接器不会因为扭力而出现偏移。
有益效果:本发明相对于现有技术而言,具备以下优点:
(1)本发明中转此承插接头采用双密封导向结构设计,在产品处于特殊环境下能更好的保证其密封效果,使用性更稳定,克服了现有技术中锥面或球面构造,在使用环境剧烈震动时易松动,导致漏油的现象。
(2)本发明承插接头采用导向设计,当连接管弯曲时不易松动且密封性良好,克服了接头与其连接的管子发生变形或弯曲时,锥面接头与三通进行对接易产生错口,达不到其密封效果的技术问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种导向固定型双密封方法,在承口部位从外向内依次设为圆锥面密封结构和圆柱面密封结构,圆锥面密封结构和圆柱面密封结构共同作为导向定位机构6,然后将与导向机构结构6配套的密封接头插入导向定位机构6内进行固定密封。导向定位机构起到安装导向和定位作用,防止安装出现空隙和松动。
一种导向固定型双密封装置,包括连接器1和密封接头2,所述连接器1至少有一密封承口,所述密封承口从外向内依次设为圆锥面密封承口7和圆柱面密封承口8,所述密封接头3端口呈与密封承口相配套的结构。所述连接器1为三通连接器。所述连接器1承口外有螺纹。所述连接器1和密封接头3通过活动螺母2进行固定连接。所述密封接头3上至少设有一密封圈。所述密封接头3上密封圈的数量为2时,在与圆锥面密封承口7和圆柱面密封承口8相接触面分别设有锥面密封圈4和柱面密封圈5。所述圆锥面密封承口7的锥度与水平之间的夹角范围为2°~10°
本实施例中,采用双密封构造,通过锥面与圆柱面两次精密贴合,加之使用密封圈与三通连接器内壁形成挤压密封,在特殊环境下仍能保持良好的密封效果。
采用导向定位设计,圆柱面不仅增大密封效果,而且具有导向作用;当密封接头与三通连接器对接后,即使密封接头与其连接的管子发生变形时仍可保证接头与三通处于同一轴心线,定位效果极佳。此产品适用于高压、高温、强震等特殊环境。

1.一种导向固定型双密封装置,其特征在于:所述的装置包括连接器和密封接头,所述连接器至少有一密封承口,所述密封承口从外向内依次设为圆锥面密封承口和圆柱面密封承口,所述密封接头端口呈与密封承口相配套的结构,所述的圆锥面密封结构和圆柱面密封结构共同作为导向机构,所述连接器为呈T字型的三通连接器,所述的连接器承口外有螺纹,所述连接器和密封接头通过活动螺母进行固定连接;所述圆锥面密封承口的锥度与水平之间的夹角范围为2°~10°;所述密封接头与连接器之间有一缓冲间隙;所述密封接头上密封圈的数量为2时,在与圆锥面密封承口和圆柱面密封承口相接触面分别设有锥面密封圈和柱面密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导向固定型双密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封接头上至少设有一密封圈。
