本发明公开了一种新型隔膜阀，包括进口端上体、中部腔体、和出口端下体，所述中部腔体设在进口端上体和出口端下体之间，所述中部腔体与进口端上体之间紧密连接，且中部腔体与出口端下体顶部之间留有孔隙，所述中部腔体与出口端下体之间固定安装有橡胶隔膜片，所述橡胶隔膜片固定安装在中部腔体底部，流体从进口端上体进入通过中部腔体推动橡胶隔膜片与出口端下体间断分布的支撑座接触，流体绕过橡胶隔膜片从支撑座间断部通过并从出口端下体流出，当设备管路中流体返流时，流体进入出口端下体通过推动橡胶隔膜片与中部腔体内密封面快速贴合形成有效密封使得流体不能从进口端上体中流出。

本发明涉及阀门技术领域，具体为一种新型隔膜阀。
背景技术
微启式隔膜止回阀又名塑料单向阀，依结构可分为隔膜式、弹簧式、鸭嘴式、伞式以及复合式等，可广泛应用于汽车行业、医疗行业、机械设备、通信设备、家电行业、食品饮料行业等众多领域，现有隔膜止回阀普遍存在小于10Kpa微压下无法形成有效密封发生泄漏现象。
发明内容
针对以上问题，本发明提供了一种新型隔膜阀，通过调整隔膜止回阀开启压力来实现微压下的密封，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种新型隔膜阀，包括进口端上体、中部腔体、和出口端下体，所述中部腔体设在进口端上体和出口端下体之间，所述中部腔体与进口端上体之间紧密连接，且中部腔体与出口端下体顶部之间留有孔隙，所述中部腔体与出口端下体之间固定安装有橡胶隔膜片，所述橡胶隔膜片固定安装在中部腔体底部。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案，所述进口端上体和出口端下体中心均位于同一条直线上。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案，所述橡胶隔膜片与出口端下体之间呈跳跃式接触。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该隔膜阀，流体从进口端上体进入通过中部腔体推动橡胶隔膜片与出口端下体间断分布的支撑座接触，流体绕过橡胶隔膜片从支撑座间断部通过并从出口端下体流出，当设备管路中流体返流时，流体进入出口端下体通过推动橡胶隔膜片与中部腔体内密封面快速贴合形成有效密封使得流体不能从进口端上体中流出。

请参阅图1，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种新型隔膜阀，包括进口端上体1、中部腔体2、和出口端下体4，所述中部腔体2设在进口端上体1和出口端下体4之间，所述中部腔体2与进口端上体1之间紧密连接，且中部腔体2与出口端下体4顶部之间留有孔隙5，所述中部腔体2与出口端下体4之间固定安装有橡胶隔膜片3，所述橡胶隔膜片3固定安装在中部腔体2底部。
所述进口端上体1和出口端下体4中心均位于同一条直线上，所述橡胶隔膜片3与出口端下体4之间呈跳跃式接触。
本发明的优点在于：当流体从进口端向出口端推进时，橡胶隔膜片受流体推动与出口端下体间断分布的支撑座接触，流体绕过橡胶隔膜片从支撑座间断部通过并从出口端下体流出，当流体从出口端向进口端方向回流时，橡胶隔膜片受流体推动与中部腔体内密封面贴合形成有效密封实现止回功能，通过调整隔膜止回阀开启压力使得橡胶隔膜片受流体推动的力量非常微小从而实现微压下的快速密封，因而所述微启式隔膜止回阀同时具有微压、快速密封的功能。

1.一种新型隔膜阀，包括进口端上体（1）、中部腔体（2）、和出口端下体（4），其特征在于：所述中部腔体（2）设在进口端上体（1）和出口端下体（4）之间，所述中部腔体（2）与进口端上体（1）之间紧密连接，且中部腔体（2）与出口端下体（4）顶部之间留有孔隙（5），所述中部腔体（2）与出口端下体（4）之间固定安装有橡胶隔膜片（3），所述橡胶隔膜片（3）固定安装在中部腔体（2）底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔膜阀，其特征在于：所述进口端上体（1）和出口端下体（4）中心均位于同一条直线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔膜阀，其特征在于：所述橡胶隔膜片（3）与出口端下体（4）之间呈跳跃式接触。
