技术领域
本发明涉及一种硅胶弹簧,具体是涉及一种用于医疗器械的硅胶弹簧,属于医疗配件技术领域。
背景技术
核磁共振又称磁共振成像,是利用原子核自旋运动的特点,将人体置于特殊的外加磁场内,经无线电射频脉冲激发人体内氢原子核,引起氢原子核共振,并吸收能量,在停止射频脉冲后,氢原子核按特定频率发出射电信号,并将吸收的能量释放出来,被体外的接受器收录,经电子计算机处理而获得图像的方法。在现代医学领域,核磁共振检查已成为常规检查之一,越来越多的患者需要进行核磁共振检查。由于核磁共振室内具有强磁场,所以含有金属铁部件的各种设备包括普通医疗转运平车、担架车、手术车、患者身上的戒指、眼镜、内衣金属扣、骨金属支架、血管支架等物品严禁进入核磁共振室,危重患者进、出核磁共振室接受检查,必须由医护人员或家属背或抬着进出,这给患者特别是严重颅脑损伤、骨折等患者增加痛苦,甚至加重病情,医护人员的劳动强度增加,给医疗检查带来极大不便。
为了能够使转运平车、担架车、手术车等医疗器械能够进入核磁共振室,我们必须取消各医疗器械中的金属部件,采用其他非金属部件来代替。弹簧是一种常用的机械部件,被广泛应用于机械结构中的减震、提供恢复力或阻碍力的机械结构中。目前的医疗器械中使用的弹簧均为金属弹簧,其存在会影响最终核磁共振的成像效果,并且金属弹簧在工作一段时间后会出现疲劳过度、弹性力降低的现象,进而造成弹簧的失效,因此有必要设计一种弹性力大、使用寿命长的且不会影响核磁共振的非金属弹簧来替代常规的金属弹簧。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种硅胶弹簧,其采用非金属材料硅胶制成,能够满足核磁共振医疗器械的需求,另外其弹性力大且不易产生疲劳过度,大大提高了弹簧的使用寿命。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种硅胶弹簧,它包括中空柱体,所述中空柱体采用硅胶制成,所述中空柱体左右两侧沿其长度方向均设置有一排通孔。
所述硅胶硬度为HA40-45。
所述通孔的形状为方形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明一种硅胶弹簧,其采用非金属材料硅胶制成,能够满足核磁共振医疗器械的需求,另外其弹性力大且不易产生疲劳过度,大大提高了弹簧的使用寿命。

如图1~图3所示,本实施例中的一种硅胶弹簧,它包括中空柱体1,所述中空柱体1采用硅胶制成,所述硅胶硬度为HA40-45,所述中空柱体1左右两侧沿其长度方向均设置有一排通孔2。
所述通孔2的形状为方形。
