技术领域：
本发明涉及一种实木复合门，尤其是一种防火隔热实木复合门扇。
背景技术：
实木复合门，是指以木材、胶合材等为主要料复合制成的实型体或接近实型体，面层为木质单板贴面或其他覆面材料的门。在实木复合门中，常以普通木材指接材为基材，起结构连接和框架作用，提高抗变形能力；木材纹理装饰性强，以珍贵树种等制作的薄木，用作门的表面装饰材料，能够真实地体现木材的特征；所用的人造板主要是中纤板，其材质均匀，铣削加工性能好，可用作造型构件。因此，实木复合门是充分利用了各种实木复合门材质的优良特性，避免了采用成本较高的珍贵木材，在不降低门的使用和装饰性能的前提下，有效地降低生产成本。除了良好的视觉效果外，还具有隔音、隔热、强度高、耐久性好等特点，从而被人们所接受。但传统的实木复合门防火性能差，自身的重量较大，因此，对传统的实木复合门还有待于进一步的改进。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为了克服传统的实木复合门的不足，提供一种防火性能好，隔热性能强，自身的重量轻的防火隔热实木复合门扇。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种防火隔热实木复合门扇，包括框体、上面板、下面板、内支撑、填充物、防火涂层和外饰面层，上面板、下面板在框体的内部，在上面板、下面板之间每隔3-10cm设有数根内支撑，在相邻两根内支撑之间设有填充物，在框体、上面板、下面板组成的长方形门扇的外表面喷涂一层防火涂层，在防火涂层的外面包裹一层外饰面层。
所述框体为长方形框体，由上、下、左、右四根边框组成，每根边框的两端面均为45°斜切面，既便于连接，又美观。每根边框由大小不同的两根长方形实木条组合而成，小长方形实木条固定在大的长方形实木条内侧面的中心处，形成榫状结构，避免开榫工艺，节省木材。
所述内支撑为长方形实木条，其长度小于上面板或下面板的长度，在上面板、下面板之间的边缘形成一周榫槽，便于与框体相连接。内支撑的高度与框体内侧的小长方形实木条的宽度相一致，内支撑的两端距离上面板或下面板两端的距离与框体内侧的小长方形实木条的高度度相一致。
所述填充物为泡沫塑料，具有质轻、绝热、吸音、防震、耐潮、耐腐蚀等优点。
本发明的有益效果是：外形美观，结构合理，制作容易，防火性能好，隔热性能强，强度高、耐久性好，自身的重量轻。
