本发明公开了一种消音节能型桥梁挡风屏,该桥梁挡风屏包括挡风体以及位于挡风体内的发电装置,所述挡风体为中空的箱形结构,挡风体的迎风面为弧形挡风板,弧形挡风板的中间设有一圆形进风口,所述发电装置包括发电机、连接于发电机主轴上风叶轮,所述风叶轮位于圆形进风口上,所述挡风体的上部设有多个出风口,挡风体的后侧面设有一条形出风口,且条形出风口的方向为车辆行驶的方向。由于采用上述结构,在挡风消音的同时,将风能转换为电能,而且结构简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及公路桥梁技术领域,具体涉及一种消音节能型桥梁挡风屏。
背景技术
众所周知,较大的风荷载不仅对桥上行驶的车辆产生巨大的噪音,对其安全都会构成一定的威胁;横风是高速车辆的威胁之一,高速车辆在横风的作用力下,具有发生倾覆的威险,强风作用严重限制了车辆的运行速度。同时,风力也是一种能量,公路桥梁的上风力一般较大,对通过桥梁上的风能不能充分利用,也是一种浪费。为保持车行驶的稳定性,同时充分通过桥梁上的风能,申请人设计出了具有发电消音功能的桥梁挡风屏。经过检索发现,中国专利公开了几种利用桥梁上风能发电的专利技术,但普遍存在结构复杂,使用寿命短,生产成本高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种消音节能型桥梁挡风屏。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,该桥梁挡风屏包括挡风体以及位于挡风体内的发电装置,所述挡风体为中空的箱形结构,挡风体的迎风面为弧形挡风板,弧形挡风板的中间设有一圆形进风口,所述发电装置包括发电机、连接于发电机主轴上的风叶轮,所述风叶轮位于圆形进风口上,所述挡风体的上部设有多个出风口,挡风体的后侧面设有一条形出风口,且条形出风口的方向为车辆行驶的方向。
安装时,挡风体的弧形挡风面朝向桥梁的外侧,条形出风口方向朝向车辆行驶方向,将多个挡风体并排固定在桥梁的两侧形成挡风墙,每个挡风体内的发电机在风吹风叶轮的带动下可同时发电,供公路桥梁照明用电或上电网。
本发明的有益效果:由于采用上述结构,当横向风吹到弧形挡风板上时,由于弧面的聚集作用可将风集中吹在圆形进风口上的发电机的风叶轮上,风叶轮旋转带动发电机发电,同时,经过风叶轮旋转的强风进入挡风体的腔内形成涡流消音,一部分风从挡风体上部的出风口排出,另一部分风经过挡风体后侧面的条形出风口排出,形成车辆行驶的顺风。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,该桥梁挡风屏包括挡风体1以及位于挡风体1内的发电装置,挡风体1为中空的箱形结构,挡风体1的迎风面为弧形挡风板2,弧形挡风板2的中间设有一圆形进风口3,发电装置包括发电机4、连接于发电机4主轴上风叶轮5,风叶轮5位于圆形进风口3上,挡风体1的上部设有多个出风口6,挡风体1的后侧面设有一条形出风口7,且条形出风口7的方向为车辆行驶的方向。
安装时,挡风体1的弧形挡风面朝向桥梁的外侧,条形出风口7方向朝向车辆行驶方向,将多个挡风体1并排固定在桥梁的两侧形成挡风墙,每个挡风体1内的发电机4在风吹叶轮的带动下可同时发电,供公路桥梁照明用电或上电网。

1.一种消音节能型桥梁挡风屏,其特征在于该桥梁挡风屏包括挡风体以及位于挡风体内的发电装置,所述挡风体为中空的箱形结构,挡风体的迎风面为弧形挡风板,弧形挡风板的中间设有一圆形进风口,所述发电装置包括发电机、连接于发电机主轴上的风叶轮,所述风叶轮位于圆形进风口上,所述挡风体的上部设有多个出风口,挡风体的后侧面设有一条形出风口,且条形出风口的方向为车辆行驶的方向。
