Background
When the sliver passes through a roving frame and a spinning frame, the sliver generally passes through a drafting zone consisting of a plurality of rollers and rubber rollers pressed on the rollers for drafting. the impurity sucking part 5 is provided with a fixed seat which is arranged on an installation plate 61, an adjusting gasket 62 is arranged between the installation plate 61 and the fixed seat, the adjusting gasket 62 is used for adjusting the radial distance between the impurity sucking part 5 and a roller shaft, and the fixed seat is provided with a strip-shaped screw through hole;

The adjusting shim 62 is installed between the mounting plate 61 and the fixing seat for adjusting the radial distance from the impurity suction member 5 to the first roller shaft 21, the second roller shaft 22 and the third roller shaft 23, and the first screw 68, the second screw 67 and the third screw 65 are all fixed on the mounting plate 61.
The invention has the advantages that: an impurity absorbing part 5 is added in an area where impurities are easy to adhere to and accumulate on the roller shaft, and the impurities such as fiber falling and the like are continuously absorbed through negative pressure, so that the accumulation of the impurities is avoided, and the aim of cleaning the roller is fulfilled.
