Abstract

本发明提出一种阻燃防尘涂料胶,其包括以下质量份的成分:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂60‑80份,聚丙烯酰胺20‑40份,紫外线吸收剂0‑1份,抗氧剂0‑3份,流变剂1‑3份。本涂料胶是两种高分子聚合物结合改性得到的聚合物,其中三聚氰胺树脂具有不燃防火的性能,在地面涂装后可获得耐火不燃的地面,提高了房间的耐火等级;高合成的分子树脂稀脂溶液共混体,其中所加入的化学助剂,使产物具有吸水防尘性能。

一种阻燃防尘涂料胶
技术领域
本发明属于有机高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种具有阻燃性能的涂料组合物。
背景技术
在电子、微电子行业、制药行业、血液制品行业、无尘室、无菌室、医院、食品厂、办公室等地方,需要在地面铺设防尘涂料。
防尘漆涂刷之前,要对不平处进行修复,然后进行打扫、吸尘,把潮湿的位置烘干。现有的市场上的防尘漆多选用环氧树脂加固化剂而制成。其涂刷要求比较高,必须要求地面高度的清洁、美观,而且无尘、无菌。还有的防尘漆以聚硅氧烷聚合物为基础(例如防尘涂料),在耐受一些外部条件,诸如雨水,阳光和极高温方面上有不足之处。
发明内容
为满足市场上需求,本发明的目的是提出一种阻燃防尘涂料胶。
本发明的另一目的是提出所述阻燃防尘涂料胶的应用。
为实现本发明的上述目的,具体技术方案为:
一种阻燃防尘涂料胶,包括以下质量份的成分:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂60~80份,聚丙烯酰胺20~40份,紫外线吸收剂0~1份,抗氧剂0~3份,流变剂1~3份。
优选地,所述的阻燃防尘涂料胶,包括以下质量份的成分:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂70~80份,聚丙烯酰胺20~30份,紫外线吸收剂0.1~0.8份,抗氧剂1-2份,流变剂1~3份。
其中,所述紫外线吸收剂为2-(2'-羟基-3',5'双(a,a-二甲基苄基)苯基)苯并三唑(UV-234),UV-12299,受阻胺类光稳定剂(UV944)中的一种或多种。
其中,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂234、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1098中的一种。
其中,所述流变剂为聚酰胺酯、改性聚脲混合物、氢化蓖麻油中的一种。
本发明所述阻燃防尘涂料胶在地面涂装中的应用。
所述的应用具体为,将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂60~80份加热至40~50℃然后加入聚丙烯酰胺20~40份,紫外线吸收剂0~1份,抗氧剂0~3份,搅拌均匀,待混合物降至常温时加入流变剂。
本发明所述的质量份为本领域技术人员常用的质量单位,例如可以是克,千克,吨,或为了操作方便自定的质量单位。在同一个配方中,“份”表示的单位质量相同。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提出一种基于三聚氰胺树脂的高分子防尘胶,可广泛应用于民用建筑、矿井、隧道、防腐工程等各种工业环保场地等。
本涂料胶是两种高分子聚合物结合改性得到的聚合物,其中三聚氰胺树脂具有不燃防火的性能,在地面涂装后可获得耐火不燃的地面,提高了房间的耐火等级;所合成的分子树脂稀脂溶液共混体,其中所加入的化学助剂,使产物具有吸水防尘性能。
本发明防尘胶耐高低温、耐酸碱、油污,具有长期保留水分,防止灰尘飞扬,防止空气污染的优点,可防止水分挥发,洁净空气。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不应用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中,如无特别说明,所用手段均为本领域常规技术手段。
实施例1:
涂料胶的组成如下:
制备方法:将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)加温45℃时添加紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂、流变剂搅拌15分钟,待混合料常温时加吸水剂搅拌15分钟。该涂料胶制完后在半小时以内即进行涂装。
地面的涂装流程:
1.地面平整处理:对室内地面进行全面的打磨,对不平整的地方找平修复,然后清扫、吸尘。
2.铺设砂浆层:将腻子加上石英砂,均匀地刮涂在底层的上面。
3.铺设中层:用中涂材料用镘刀铺在砂浆层之上。中涂材料可采用聚氨酯涂料。
4.铺设涂料胶:将涂料胶的个成分调配搅拌,用镘刀均匀涂在中层之上,这样可以形成一道防尘、防腐、耐磨、光洁和亮丽的自流平表层。
涂层全干后,表面具有亲水性能;耐盐雾时间(5%盐水喷雾)200小时。
耐火试验表明,制得的地面涂层符合现行中华人民共和国GB8624-2006《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》的A级标准及中华人民共和国GB5022-95《建筑内部装修设计防火规范》的A级要求。
实施例2

所述阻燃防尘涂料胶制备方法为:将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂加温45℃时添加紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂、流变剂搅拌15分钟,待混合料常温时加吸水剂搅拌15分钟,该涂料胶制完后在半小时以内即进行涂装;
地面的涂装流程:
1)地面平整处理:对室内地面进行全面的打磨,对不平整的地方找平修复,然后清扫、吸尘;
2)铺设砂浆层:将腻子加上石英砂,均匀地刮涂在底层的上面;
