本发明涉及电信号滤波器,它被用来对加密的电视信号译码和解扰码,以便能接收它们和减弱/除去部分信号而防止这部份信号的接收。特别是,本发明涉及一种改进的滤波器构件,它具有密封的筒夹组件,以防止湿气和/或其它的污染物进入滤波器。
调谐滤波器已经使用了许多年,它被用来解译扰码的或加密的电视信号。美国专利5,168,251公布了一种陷波滤波器,例如,它包括安装在同一块电路板上两个隔开的、电连接的滤波器部分。在电路板上的滤波器部分的连接是借助焊接在电路板上的筒夹组件和端头实现的。两个滤波器部分通过隔离屏限定的隔离区域而被磁隔离。该共用的电路板被放入一滤波器外壳内,而该外壳有一开口端和在另一端的与其连成一体的接头。然后用压入方法将一端盖安装在滤波器壳体的开口端。然后,通过将滤波器外壳滑入一外套管的开口端而将安装着端盖的滤波器外壳安装在外套管内。压入方式通常被当作一种固定方式,以便使滤波器外壳保持在外套管之内。
密封滤波器构件是很重要的,这样可防止湿气和其它污染物进入滤波器。但是筒夹组件和滤波器外壳之间的交界面对于密封来说是一个特别困难的区域。现有技术中的制造技术是试图利用较大量的密封胶涂覆在筒夹组件的整个后部上。然而,这种方法在加工时有些困难,并可能在制造的滤波器的质量上造成不一致。由此,人们设想提供一种筒夹组件,这种筒夹组件在制造过程中可快速和方便地进行密封。

在所述的滤波器构件中,它还包括一包含一接头部分的端盖,所述端盖安装在滤波器外壳的开口端。
在所述的滤波器构件中,它还包括一包含一开口端和一止动端的外套管,内部安装着电路板组件、开口端安装着端盖的滤波器外壳通过外套管上的开口端进入外套管内,而端盖上的接头部分通过在止动端中的止动开口。
本发明的优点是,这种滤波器里的筒夹组件能提供可靠密封,且制造简单,成本低。

陷波滤波器电路板组件的俯视图如图1所示。电路板组件10包括第一和第二滤波器部分12和14,它们通常在一块电路板16上。第一和第二滤波器部分12和14由隔离区18隔开,隔离区18由两块沿电路板组件10的上表面和下表面向上和向下突出的隔离屏20和22限定。在隔离区18内的、连接第一和第二滤波器部分12和14的导体(未画出)以基本平行于隔离屏20和22的方式、并在它们的中间处引出。测试点24与该导体连接,它向上突出于电路板16的零件安装面,并位于隔离屏20和22之间。套管26可用来防止测试点24接地,它也位于隔离屏20和22之间。隔离屏20和22接地,以便通过防止任何磁场从一个滤波器部分作用在另一个滤波器部分上而在第一和第二滤波器部分12和14之间提供磁绝缘。利用筒夹组件27和输入端28使第一和第二滤波器部分12和14分别接地。关于电路板组件的更详细的说明可见美国专利4,451,803号,这里将参考使用其中的内容。
电路板组件10安装在图2所示的一圆筒形的或管状的滤波器外壳30里。滤波器外壳30最好包括若干孔32,以便可以接触在电路板组件上的各感应线圈里的调谐芯;一开口端33;以及一具有构成整体一部分的螺纹接头34的端部。滤波器外壳30的开口端33由一端盖封闭,该端盖是在电路板组件10放入滤波器外壳30内后压紧在上面的。特别是,该端盖的外周面被压入滤波器外壳30的内周面内。
图3表示一端盖40的侧视图,它包括一接头部分42,它具有一内螺纹孔44,以便与外部电缆连接。当端盖40被压入滤波器外壳30的开口端33时,电路板组件10上的输入端28通过该螺纹孔44。接头部分42的外侧表面呈圆环形。
将滤波器外壳30和通常的端盖40组装后放入图4和5所示的外套管50内。外套管50的第一端52完全敞口,以便让组装在一起的滤波器外壳30和端盖40进入其中。然而,外套管50的第二止动端54有一个止动开口56,只有端盖40的接头部分42可以通过。如图5所示,止动开口56是圆环形的,从而与端盖40的接头部分42的圆形相配合。在外套管50的开口端52处进行卷边操作,从而完成与滤波器外壳30上的连成一体的螺纹接头34的装配。
图6详细展示了一现有技术中的筒夹组件。该筒夹组件包括一前盖60,它滑动地安装在后插入体62上。一筒夹接触延伸件64被插入到后插入体62之内,它还有一与电路板16焊接的端部66。在组装滤波器构件的过程中,筒夹组件滑入与滤波器外壳30成一体的螺纹接头34内。然后将密封胶涂在后插入体62的整个后部上,以便防止筒夹组件和滤波器外壳30之间的交界面、以及筒夹接触延伸件64和后插入体62之间的交界面上的泄漏。然而,进行这种密封操作是困难的,这是由于受到操作空间的限制,也就是说,密封胶必须通过滤波器外壳30上的一个侧面开口在滤波器外壳30里盲目地移动一段距离。
现在参看图7,它表示一按照本发明第一实施例的筒夹组件70,它包括一前盖72,前盖72在后插入体74的一部分上移动直至被制动结构73支承。如同图6所示的现有技术中的结构一样,一筒夹接触延伸件75插入后插入体74内。然而,筒夹组件70还包括一位于前盖72和后插入体74之间的表面加压密封件76(由橡胶或其它合适的弹性材料制造)。制动结构73的位置最好能保证在前盖72和加压密封件76之间有一个余隙空间。加压密封件76略大于在连成一体的螺纹接头34上的孔的内径,这样当筒夹组件70被插入与滤波器外壳30成一体的螺纹接头34内时与螺纹接头34的内表面接触(如图9所示),从而使筒夹组件70和螺纹接头34之间的交界面密封。后插体74上有一小凹槽78,里面充填密封胶79,从而使筒夹接触延伸件75和后插入体74之间的交界面密封。
筒夹组件70与现有技术中的筒夹组件相比有一个显著的优点,即加压密封件76的安装和在凹槽78里的充填可作为电路板组件制造工序的一部分来进行。由于筒夹组件可有效地自密封在筒夹组件和后插入体74之间的交界面、以及当制造电路板组件10时筒夹接触延伸件75的密封已经完成(在它较容易进入的时候),因此当电路板组件插入滤波器外壳时不再需要进行密封操作。此外,如果在制造过程中发现问题,滤波器可较容易地进行拆卸和更换零件,其中包括密封件76。
现在参看图8,它表示本发明的第二实施例,用一O型密封圈80来代替表面加压密封件76。第二实施例在其它方面都与第一实施例相同。
本发明已结合较佳的实施例进行了描述。但应该明白,还可以有许多改进和变化的形式属于附后的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种滤波器构件,它包括:一电路板组件,而该电路板组件包括一筒夹组件,而该筒夹组件由一前盖、一插装在所述前盖内的后插入体、一穿过后插入体的筒夹接触延伸件、以及一安装在前盖和后插入体之间的密封件组成;一滤波器外壳,而该滤波器外壳包括至少一个开口端和一与第二端配合的接头,其中,电路板组件安装在滤波器外壳里,并使筒夹组件位于接头内;其特征在于,筒夹组件上的密封件密封着在筒夹组件和接头之间的交界面。
2.如权利要求1所述的滤波器构件,其特征在于,后插入体包括一个筒夹接触延伸件由此通过的凹槽,所述凹槽里充填着使后插入体和筒夹接触延伸件之间的交界面密封的密封材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的滤波器构件,其特征在于,它还包括一包含一接头部分的端盖,所述端盖安装在滤波器外壳的开口端。
4.如权利要求3所述的滤波器构件,其特征在于,它还包括一包含一开口端和一止动端的外套管,内部安装着电路板组件、开口端安装着端盖的滤波器外壳通过外套管上的开口端进入外套管内,而端盖上的接头部分通过在止动端中的止动开口。
