本发明涉及建筑材料领域,特别是涉及一种高防水保温砂浆。
背景技术
混凝土砂浆广泛应用于桥梁、建筑、水电站等工程,不仅需要有较高的强度、韧性和稳定性要求,而且同时必须具有一定的自身防水性能,在北方地区,还需要具备耐寒抗冻性能。保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为集料,以水泥为胶结料,再加入一些改性添加剂,经搅拌混合制成。主要用于建筑外墙的保温,具有施工方便、耐久性好等优点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高防水保温砂浆,环保、阻燃性好,导热系数低,粘结性好,满足建筑业砂浆的性能指标的要求。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种高防水保温砂浆,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥100-200、矿渣粉40-60、稻壳20-40、膨润土20-40、聚丙烯纤维10-20、可再分散乳胶粉3-5、蛭石粉3-5、氟石膏2-4、木质素磺酸钙2-4、氢氧化钠2-3、淀粉醚2-4、聚羧酸减水剂3-5、水100-150。
所述的矿渣粉的粒度要求为比表面积≥350m3/Kg。
所述的高防水保温砂浆的制备方法,除硅酸盐水泥以外,将所述的原料按重量份比例搅拌均匀,最后加入硅酸盐水泥,混合均匀制成产品。

所述的高防水保温砂浆的制备方法,除硅酸盐水泥以外,将所述的原料按重量份比例搅拌均匀,最后加入硅酸盐水泥,混合均匀制成产品。

一种高防水保温砂浆,由以下原料按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥100、矿渣粉50、稻壳25、膨润土25、聚丙烯纤维15、可再分散乳胶粉3、蛭石粉3、氟石膏4、木质素磺酸钙2、氢氧化钠3、淀粉醚3、聚羧酸减水剂4、水130。
